In Philadelphia PA when Johnstone first opened they served everyone after I got bigger and started getting more money the only dealt with licensed contractors sending people like you and I to Walmart or Home Depot or Lowes it didnt have the items we needed somebody forgets about the handyman when theres a lot of handyman out here it does more work than a big Corporation

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible service. Customer service is bad. They won’t honor their own return policy. They don’t care about the customer. They only care about taking your money. Will never come here again. They tried to tell me that we were responsible for equipment that was faulty from the manufacturer. Very upset sales people have no idea how to help and manager is equally as bad. Nothing can be done on a Saturday they only sell but no returns. Nobody to help with any kind of issues. Totally irresponsible. This is unresolved still. We need our money back or a new condenser. This is ridiculous. This is a big company that can take the unit back and deal with Goodman themselves. They need to honor their return policy that clearly states that we have 60 days to return uninstalled stocked items. But of course when it comes to swaps or returns nobody knows how to do it but when it comes to taking your money that is quick and easy. They don’t back up there products. This is ridiculous.

A wonderful experience. I paid for AC at 9:28 Am and I was told that I should get AC delivered the next day. To my utter surprise and amazement the AC was delivered that same day at 11:28 AM. I mean really within 2 hours a new goodman 3.5 ton condenser was delivered at the door step for merely $6 delivery fee. Simply marvellous. I am impressed. The customer service was superb.

I always appreciate a supply house and reps like Carlos, that looks out for their customers and calls to let them know when parts ordered have arrived. Keep up the the great work and looking forward to continuing business with this storefront.

It really make a difference when youre in a panic situation and someones like yourself who has the expertise doesnt mind helping us.

Very Poor customer service! Extremely rude! I was not informed the item I ordered would take 5-10 days to come in , I was charged $50.00 for shipping so I assumed that would be overnight! When I called three days later the manager claimed he told me , which he did not ! Note to Big John, You need to fix this store!

These guys are always friendly when I go in. I was recently working on a special project; Carlos, the man behind the counter, was very helpful and even gave suggestions on which product to purchase. I highly recommend this Supply house.

This place is awesome. Everytime I come in here Rico has what I need. He get me out quick fast and in a hurry. If i got questions, hes got the answer

Black guy was very rude and Im black. I saw a comment that said some one black was racist and I didnt feel that way.I stopped doing business with them 1yrs ago. Tried doing business again and was reminded why I stopped messing with them.

The guys provide great service and i always shop here first. they have everything i need. the new guy is hard working and friendly.

Very bad attitudes here. The guy hung up the phone because I gave my cell phone number, by mistake, for the business number. Called him back and he hung up again. Spent lots here but not no more.
