This is by far the best Supply House in Houston. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they offer next day delivery on special order parts. (Sometimes same day if you order it early enough.) They should be every HVAC companys first choice.

Great company to get hard to find replacement parts and there is always a substitution or equal part that can get the job done. Its up to us contractors and technicians find solutions to the problem. Yet in some situations when some parts are obsolete then an equipment replacement is the the final solution. Remember we will always try our best base on our skills. Keep learning and training since school and education never ends.

Im sharing my thoughts on the people that work here more than the company itself. The people at this location are just rude and non caring about their neighbors.Firstly, they have put lights up in the back that shine throughout the night into several peoples homes and wont even attempt to listen or put deflectors on the lights after multiple asks from neighbors to speak about the situation.Secondly, when finding an employees wallet on the ground, I called to make sure it got back to the rightful owner and was met in a way as if I was the one who stole it or something, not even a thank you from the person that picked it up or the owner of the wallet.Thirdly, the staff continue to park on the street to where the bigger trucks that enter and leave their facility have no room to turn and have broken the sewer covers too many times to count. The city keeps coming to fix it after we call and then 2 days later, broken again.Lastly, and the main reason for writing this, is that there was a fire in their backyard which spread to neighbors homes and while the whole company was outside watching, and watching the fire department do their thing, not one of them, not a one asked if any of us were ok, even though we were the ones outside battling the fire until the department showed up, trying to save our stuff and theirs. They all just stood there and said nothing. They ignored us as if it didnt affect us at all.What a shame. Please go elsewhere for your stuff, somewhere that will appreciate you as a customer, but more than that, appreciate you as a human being.

The “managers “ here are a joke. Being rude to the customer because you’re there at your scheduled time. We didn’t make your hours. Telling customer you can’t help them because you “ just got there “. That’s not our fault. Return policy is a joke. Even at the dollar store are returns honored. I will definitely be canceling my company’s account here and will absolutely deter other venders from doing business with this company. A total waste of integrity here.

As a contractor as well as a co-distributor, we use Johnstone Supply as our supplier/vendor. They have good pricing and take care of helping us grow the business. My rep Frank Delgado is super attentive and always ready to help.

Definitely recommend ordering online for a locker pickup. Going inside isnt my favorite. The employees are friendly and helpful. I wish someone greeted you and was there to explain the process of signing in when you first go in. My first time here I had to just figure it out on my own.

Twelve minutes on hold to check to see if this store has a part I need with no response from store staff, something that I was able to check in seconds online without an account with two other HVACR parts wholesalers in Houston. This level of service is why Johnson Supply is the absolute last choice for me as a commercial refrigeration mechanic when I need a competent vendor to supply my parts.

Johnstone AC supply is one of the most reputable companies I’ve ever worked with. Frank Delgado is extremely devoted to his job and helping the little guy make it. I wish I would’ve known about Frank and Johnstone Supply sooner. I can’t wait to continue our relationship.

I have been waiting 2 and a half hours just to get parts I need as I was told that accounting has gone to lunch. This is not the first time that I had to wait. But this will be the last. How can anyone have such poor customer service back to back.

Great store, but you never know if you need to sign in or make a line. Some people sign in and go look at tools while others make a line and wait. Sometimes people that sign in get skipped and they never know. The store has no ice machine! And you wait forever to get attended.

My contractor tried to charge me 400% extra on parts. I swapped the AC board myself. $90 total vs $600+ for 15 min job. Im very glad a specialized store like this is available in my area. If you need any repairs, get the part numbers and buy the parts yourself at Johnstone.

Nice location and they always seem to have everything I need but their computer system is too time consuming to extradite their customers orders efficiently. Bring a good book to read and be prepared for a long wait time

Need a HVAC certification and account. Great place to get HVAC supplies. Staff is very helpful. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is they have a tablet to check in and be helped. During COVID-19, I refuse to touch a single point of contact for many people. So 2 people were seen before me until I got annoyed and spoke up.

The young man that assisted us was more than helpful and really went out of his way to accommodate what we were trying to accomplish. He set up our commercial account and we were good to go.

By far the worst Johnstone supply in Houston, extremely unknowledgeable front counter workers & get ready to wait 30 minutes. Lines are always extremely long, & not enough parking in the driveway. I try to avoid this location & go to United Refrigeration or the location on South Loop.

Good people and good service

These people are horrible. Do not purchase from them.I had to speak with 5 different people for someone to finally inform me that my order was being pulled 45 minutes after speaking with someone.as an electrical distributor, I will personally never send another order to this company.

Conveniently located for Hvac supplies. Lines are always a pain. Nice guys at the front. Wish the online ordering and pickup was better.

Prices are higher than everywhere else and really long wait times for sales. Not bashing just informing everyone what to expect.

If you need anything from these people make sure they put their hands on it first before you drive over there. They will Tell you that they have it give you the price when you get there and they don’t have it.

The DO SELL TO DIY INDIVIDUALS! (Anything not related to freon). If you need a capacitor or any other electric part. Its the place to go.
