I would give this location 10 stars if I could. The customer service is phenomenal and the staff go above and beyond every time. Johnstone supply is where I go for all of my HVAC needs because they are reliable, but I will be making the further drive to this location solely because of the staff. Andrew was very accommodating. It’s one thing to be able to trust a business to meet my HVAC needs- with that alone they would have my business, but it’s another to see staff who clearly enjoy their line of work. I will recommend Johnstone Supply to my business partners. Thank you for being great.

Great location! Been dealing with Dean for many years now. He definitely knows the biz! I suck with names, but the other guys are always cordial and helpful. Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

OK let me tell you right now Andrew is the guy you need to talk he knows what you need and will get it when you need it. This man and his amazing beard was a life saver and is the only guy I talk to at this location. He is knowledgeable and amazing personality will make you always come back. I have had a lot of bad experiences but this place is truly a Slice of heaven. I will be back to buy parts and to gaze my eyes upon his amazing beard.

Theres an old man whos very grumpy and rude, my company has been doing business with JS for as long as I have been here but Im a fairly new guy with the company and I felt he came at me aggressively and will have a talk with his superiors , JS is know for great customer service and satisfaction but there was none today

Just finished speaking with Chris C. At the West Park location. I would like to share the very good customer service I received. Chris took the time to answer ALL my question, actually look up all the products I was inquiring about to let me know if they were in stock. I know that Saturdays are a busy day but Chris made me feel like I was the only customer not that if I didnt answer a question asked quick enough put me on hold. I appreciate your kindness and patience.

Horrible customers service, employees sound like they hate their job. They told me they dont stock a part before even finishing the process of actually checking for part. Then they put me on hold for 15 mins probably because I told them another location told me there was 1 of the specific part at every location the day before. Sheppard location got me what I needed in less than 5 mins and no need to put me on hold.

I have been dealing with Dean and Andrew for quite a while and these guys know their stuff. Thank you

One of the best places to buy hvac equipment, been buying for years and plan on continue to buy all kinds from this location and other branches as well. thank you guys !

I visited Johnstone Supply in Houston, TX, during an exceptionally cold day. Seeking shelter from the harsh weather, I requested permission to enter the store briefly but was denied by the staff. Consequently, I had to remain outside for approximately 10 minutes, enduring the freezing temperatures.While I acknowledge that stores may have specific policies regarding non-customers, I believe that, given the extreme weather conditions, a more empathetic and flexible approach from the staff would have been appropriate. This experience left me with a negative impression of the customer service at this establishment.I visited Johnstone Supply in Houston, TX on a particularly cold day. Upon arrival, I requested permission to enter the store and get out of the weather while I waited, but was denied entry by staff. As a result, I stayed outside for about 10 minutes, enduring very low temperatures.I understand that stores may have specific policies regarding non-customer access. However, I believe that in extreme weather situations, greater empathy and flexibility from staff would have been appropriate. This experience left me with a negative impression about the level of customer service at this establishment.

Very good customer service, it is always good and it doesnt get that busy, I think in my experience they are doing well
