Ferguson HVAC Supply

Very pleasant shopping experience for a homeowner (not a contractor or tradesperson). I needed a capacitor for my A/C. I called ahead and the guy found it for me on the shelf and told me the model number. I went in to buy it and it ended up being about 30% cheaper than Ace Hardware. Very good customer service at check-out. I was afraid they might treat me differently since Im not a contractor, but they were attentive and patient. Highly recommended.

Great place for the DIYer! They have common parts on shelves and can will call other parts. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you call, check if your part is on the shelf... If so, just go and dont wait for Will-call. Theyre busy so they may not immediately realize its on the shelf where you can just grab and go. Also, make sure you check your part before you leave. In cardboard boxes, open the box and check the part. I almost received the wrong part. Im a firm believer that your satisfaction is on you. They deliver and do what they can, but you need to be educated enough to check on the stuff and ensure you got what you need. This is a great place. Five stars. I very happy to have been able to get the part I needed for my personal HVAC emergency, and now I sit with my kids in the nice AC posting this, all because not only did I have the inclination to troubleshoot the issue myself, but I had a great parts store offering non-commercial sales to help me ASAP. THANKS!!! VALUABLE SERVICE! Great price! (Condenser capacitor was cheaper than on Amazon)

Very good place, easy to back in, didnt take but 30 minutes to get unloaded

Had a call in order and reference number and everything and got there at 12:06pm and told representative that I had the reference number and he really didnt bother to ask or anything he just simply told me that everything was shut down and walk away from me and I was at 45 north spring area and than had to call Ray for an emergency call so had drive opposite of the job to the gulf freeway Ferguson just to get the parts which was an hour away.

They were very efficient in getting the job done. I just thought it was a little pricey.

Its my favorite hvac supply. Their staff is very helpful and friendly.

The service was ok. Other than that, not much to speak of.
