Texas Quality Plumbing

So I needed a price quote on a new water heater and Texas Quality came out very fast. They were very professional and very helpful with everything that the new install would entail. I got five quotes from separate companies and their prices were VERY competitive. Ultimately we went another direction but they were our second pick so I cant vouch for their work quality but I can vouch for their competitive pricing and their professionalism. I really liked them. I almost went with them.

Cedric was awesome! Very knowledgeable& easy to work with. Very patient & flexible with our needs & requests. Highly recommend!Today Dayan & Pepe did several repairs. They were excellent, polite & professional! Highly recommend.

Technician was nice and courteous and knowledgeable. I didnt have time or a call back from another company to get a quote. Was a little pricey but was told an expensive valve. A Freeze was coming so needed done.

Highly recommend, they were very professional and quick to help. I had to reschedule the original appointment because of an emergency and they were very understanding. Claudio was the first technician that came out and he was very informative and honest. Recommend replacing and once we went over the information, and scheduled for the next day. Technician Rodolfo was the one that came in the next day to replace and honestly he was in and out in a timely manner. Quicker than I expected and everything works amazing now .

I also love that everyone from Texas Quality who has worked at my house has covered their shoes without being asked. Ferdi, was thorough and polite. He provided me with an honest answer and a set quote of the services they were offering for the issue with my main water lines. He was thorough enough to provide me with a service plan that allowed me to receive a discount on the services currently needed and future ones (12 months). He ensured that the techs that were going to complete the services were available for a time/day I was. I feel that this was professionally handled and I got a good price.

Manny spent the day replacing plumbing on my food trailer today. I let him know I’ve had nothing but problems with the plumbing since I purchased the food trailer. He made it all right! I am happy to share our experience with Texas Quality Plumbing. Their representative, Ferdi was out today 2/26/2025 and was definitely worth every bit of a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review and then some! He not only met our expectations, but exceeded them by far! 🙌 He sent us a text message prior to heading out our way, which included a photo of whom to expect and a brief introduction of himself. He also called to advise he was about to arrive (timely I might add). He was dressed neatly and was professional, very courteous, friendly, but most of all he was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He explained our repair options, and the difference between the recommended materials, pricing differences and talked us through what all to expect during the process, i.e. requesting the permit from the city, installation day, city inspector, CenterPoint Gas to reinstall the gas meter. We very much appreciate the time and attention that Texas Quality Plumbing has invested in training their personal, it truly does shine through. We were made to feel safe, informed, valued as a customer. We received a very fair price for the work to be done. I believe they have the makings of a very successful company. I congratulate them for all their hard and honest work. I would be more than happy to recommend them too all of our family and friends.

Texas plumbing is a professional company. Ruben, Hector and Daniel took their time to ensure the repair was completed correctly. They were helpful and thorough on explaining the repair process. They took the time to show me where the leak was coming from and what type of repair they were completing. I would recommend them again and look forward to working with them again. They were all very polite and understanding with my concern. They demonstrated integrity and they were knowledgeable. I am satisfied customer with Texas plumbing.

I called to get my ice maker drain connected under the sink. I explain to their dispatch and she said they would send someone out the same day….very responsive. I asked if I needed to send pictures before they came and she told me it was not needed. Within 3 hours they came…..plumber looked at it and said he could only give me an estimate. Even though their dispatch stated they would send someone out to fix it. I asked why he couldn’t fix it now? He said he needed a part and it will be $400.00 for the 30 minute job and I would have to make an appointment to have it repaired. I said thanks but no thanks. I called another plumber who had the part on their truck and completed the work for $210.

Texas quality plumbing was so easy to work with. They were quick to respond to our hot water heater issue and had a solution for us installed within a little over 24 hours of our phone call. Prices were fair and the team was kind and efficient. I highly recommend working with this plumbing company!

My home warranty sent this company out for a clogged toilet issue. Hector came out and he was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very up front with me. By the time he was leaving, I ended up joining their membership program. I also learned they do a lot more than just plumbing. Texas Quality Plumbing will be my go to.

The company has always been amazing! I used their service three times. Amazing quality and always way better price than others. This time,I could not get the service because prices are unacceptable. All the plumbing companies asked for $550 or $600 to install very simle under the sink water filtration service. I would assume it is a$150 worth of service. I was shocked to see the price. I can not afford it. I got the system for $280, cannot pay double the price for installation.

Daniel and Uzzi did a great job at Garden Grove Christian today. They were both very friendly. This is a great company to do business with.

Very professional and respectful of property, the Technicians know what they are doing and explained me all the process and answered all my questions, very mindful of my schedule and made sure that there was no issues with the job before they where finished, I highly recommend them. Manny was extremely well knowledgeable on getting the plumbing fix at my residence. What we taught was a simple job wasn’t.. he made certain that he found out the problem and got down and dirty to find the root cause of our plumbing issue! Hands down Texas Quality Plumbing is by far the best company Ive ever done business with. What made everything go so smoothly was Cedric. He presents himself to be a knowledgeable & kind person/salesman/technician. I ended up purchasing more than I needed. He made sure to explain everything to include their amazing warranties which helped me choose the correct product for what I needed. Hes definitely an asset to their team. Texas Quality Plumbing will be my go to company from now on.

I cant say enough negative things about the quality of Quality Plumbing. First off we had an appt on Tuesday they came out told us they would come back first thing with their supplies to fix our gas leak which was behind our stove. Wednesday comes around they never showed up even after numerous calls to the office they said oh they are coming and no one ever came. We called back on Thursday they said a Technician would come out then. Finally someone showed up around 4pm on Thursday. He made numerous cuts under my stove looking how to access the pipe that was leaking. He also took out a section of drywall in the garage without asking anything about it. To take this section of drywall they used a multi tool to cut it out which was fine. They unplugged my deep freezer which they never told anyone about and when i arrived home from work friday morning noticed my freezer was unplugged and all my meat was spoiled in the freezer. Technicans arrived on Saturday and i had told them i spent all morning finding an alterntive place for them to run the gas line which is showed in the pictures. I’m very unhappy with the service provided and the monetary value of meat i have lost. I hope ownership can reach out to me to correct this issue.

I had Texas Quality Plumbing replace a sewer “ bellied pipe”. I didn’t have any issues with my plumbing prior to this , no clogs , no slow drains , nothing at all, but I was hoping it would solve the moisture issue I been trying to solve. My overall experience was a headache , communication with them was not great , at first when I would call the office someone would answer but then no matter which hour of the day , only a virtual assistant would answer and honestly I feel like they automatically set my number to be directed to the virtual assistant . Also, they failed to relay information between their staff. A job that shouldn’t take no longer than a week took three weeks. I’m not going to get into every detail butDaniel was the original person to look at the job and I was confident in him and requested him to do the repair. Well next day they sent Christian out to do repair and I tried to call them but got virtual assistant.Well, he did a terrible job. He didn’t even fix the pipe correctly. He created a backdrop. I could go on and on about the terrible experience I had but long story short I give the company 2 stars and thats only because “they tried to take care of me “ but still a rip off, I don’t think i should be paying the amount ya are charging me , I would have been fine without replacing that pipe because I’m still having a moisture issue . Oh and ya promised a hydrostatic pressure test and guess what??? It didn’t get done. I would call to have it done but ya give me a virtual assistant to answer my calls.I’m not satisfied with the company but I do give 5 stars to their service tech, Daniel, He tried to help me and went above and beyond , he would relate my concerns to the person in charge, he also fixed Christian‘s mistake. Daniel was knowledgeable and I trusted him to get this done and over with . Claudio was also helpful , at first we had some miscommunication but he acknowledged it and dealt with helping my situation as much as Daniel did. So I thank both of you .

Im on a fixed income so trust me when I say the work was AFFORDABLE.

Very disappointed with these guys. They tried to gouge me. I had a pipe burst in two places in the backyard, they came out and quoted me $1,600 to fix it. I thought that was ridiculous so I asked them for a cost breakdown. After 30 minutes of the technician going back and forth with their main office he finally came back to me and said it was a fixed cost and couldnt provide me a breakdown. I told him that the price was outrageous considering the work involved might only take an hour and the parts were minimal. The technician then said he could cut the pipe and put a snake bite on it for a temporary solution. I said ok, how much. He quoted me $650. Again, outrageous. $650 quote for literally 5 minutes of work and a $10 part. I politely asked him to leave, but not before they charged me a $99 trip charge.I got another reputable plumber to fix the entire thing for $150 labor plus ~$300 parts.Again, very disappointed. I thought with the good reviews I wouldve gotten a fair price, but that was not the case.

Just want give kudos to Texas Quality Plumbing, Job Well Done! By Rodolfo and Oscar repairing my shower drain which has been leaking probably more than 40 years, (since the house was built). These guys are skilled and very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Need quality plumbing, contact these guys.

From my initial call to the technicians arrival, customer service was excellent. The technician was professional, friendly and engaging. He ensured that I understood all aspects of the estimates given, provided information regarding financing if needed and prior to his departure, all the information was sent to my email. I will definitely refer friends and family to them and use them for any other plumbing issues.

Beware! Absolutely beyond overpriced compared to other plumbing companies. I had a pipe leak underneath my kitchen sink, and needed new pvc piping. Technician gave me a quote of $1200 🤯 for a job that will take less than 30 mins, and parts which will cost less than $20 roughly. Thats like one month rent, for a plumbing job!!Ridiculous!I would do it myself if I had the DIY skills and proper tools.UPDATE: Looked up some youtube videos, took pictures of the undersink setup, drove to Home Depot and got everything I needed. I spent $21 in total.I got a new sink strainer and new gaskets and thats it…I inspected and throughly cleaned the current piping from both sinks, deciding to use it again as I didnt see any issues. My current P-trap was glued/cemented so I didn’t wanna bother with that, and it didnt seem to have any issues either. Installed the new gaskets, installed the new sink strainer with some putty, put it all back together, checked for leaks. Everything looked good! Took me 30 mins.Called it a day! ✌🏻

Water heater was replaced with a new one in about ~2 hours which was well within expectations. The techs, Vini and Arnold, were very knowledgeable and needed zero guidance outside of the water heater location. Highly recommend, A++!

I contacted Texas Quality Plumbing to do a pressure test on my gas line. They wanted to charge me $650 and that includes finding the leak if there is one. But what if there is not a leak? It takes 20 minutes to do a pressure test. $650 is a lot of money for me. So I said no thanks to the plumber who was scheduled to come out and I got the job done for $275. Then a week later I got an email they would give me $100 off. Then I started getting telemarketers calling me. Then the plumber that was going to check my gas line sent me a text message wishing me a Merry Christmas and sent me a picture of his family. Hey, Im just a customer, Im not your friend. And I already had my plumbing problem resolved and I didnt even hire TQP. Anyway I keep getting text messages from them and I called and asked me to be removed from their contact list but that didnt work. I just got a text message saying Roses are red, violets are blue. If your pipes start leaking we will take care of you So if you want a greedy plumber that will over charge you and sell your information and harass you with unwanted text messages, Texas Quality Plumbing is for you.

Daniel, Uzziel and Brian did an amazing job of fixing a major gas leak I had behind my home. They assed the situation, gave me a clear diagnosis. They walked me thru the whole process of what needed to be fixed. They explained they would tear some sheetrock to get to the gas line and they would do everything possible to not break too much and they didn’t. Mr. Daniel is an exceptional teacher and had great communication with his apprentice Uzziel. The quality of work is matched by their experience. Phenomenal service. 10 stars If I could.

Claudio called to notify us of his arrival time. He was on time. Claudio was polite and identified himself as a plumber from Texas Quality Plumbing. He asked me questions to understand the issues we are experiencing. He answered my questions throughly so I understood what to expect.

I cant express enough how satisfied I have been with the exceĺlent work, professionalism and curtesy that Pepe and Dayan have done replacing all my pipes and installing a tankless water heater!! I highly recommend both of them to do your plumbing.

My husband was out of town, and I panicked when I saw hot water pouring out of the side of my house. Texas Quality plumbing responded the next day and sent service technician Mike who was knowledgeable and fantastic! We however, went with another plumbing contractor because their prices were too high for my budget. $650 to replace one pressure valve for my hot water tank. It’s a $25 part🧐, with 20 minutes of labor to install. ARS, Abacus, and John Moore were quoted under $300. I originally called Texas Quality due to my neighborhood Facebook group. The owners are my neighbors and they were recommended by others in the community. I had to get multiple estimates because I couldn’t wrap my head around $650, and initially thought I was being a cheapskate but when I asked why the price was so high, and if labor was priced by the hour or a standard service call minimum fee, there was no good explanation. The reason I know the cost of the part is because Mike expressed he’d have to go to Lowe’s to purchase. All in all I got the work completed by the installer of tank, after seeing their service sticker attached to the water heater! Texas Quality plumbing has good customer service, but a little pricey for me.

I used Texas Quality Plumbing to fix a broken sewer line. The 2 techs, Herminio & Dayan, were very professional, hard-working guys. The weather the day they worked was very cold and they did not let that slow them down. They answered my questions and showed me the problem/repair that caused my sewer issue. This is my 2nd time using Texas Quality Plumbing. They will from this point be my got to plumbing service. My tech today was Mike and he was very thorough and explained everything to my husband and that helped us make the best decision. Thank you Mike and Texas Quality Plumbing.

Eric was great however, the second guy they sent out gave us a completely different bill and details on repairs. We followed Erics instruction and repaired everything! Then the following day when we repaired everything Eric told us to repair in order to pass inspection. Next day they sent out a different technician to evaluate repairs he however gave us a completely different Repair summary, all so we could get our gas meter back when the leak was outside of which Eric repaired at 0 charge! I do believe Eric is most excellent at his job however Its obvious the Company, TQP, trains employees to rack up high dollar invoices that exceed in the thousands. I do not recommend TQP and will not use them again. Beware of them creating more repairs that arent necessary with Gas lines etc! Not worth the insurance with Centerpoint as you have to deal with TQP which isnt far from a scam company! Eric needs to run and find a better job thats honest like he is! TQP makes things up as they go and trains employees to hike up prices for unnecessary repairs! Worst Plumbung/gas repair company weve ever encountered!!! Clients beware!This is just our perception based on the 2nd guy that cane out to see that we fixed all in order to get our gas meter back only for him to wrote up almost $2,000.00 in more repairs!

Texas Quality Plumbing addressed the problem with our drain line. As part of their work, they provided useful information on the hidden parts of our drainage system. When they determined that one of the services they originally recommended was not necessary, they reduced the charges. We have used this company for several years and expect to continue using them.

Work was done at my home by Jorge. My home was built in 1946 and Jorge did all he could to fix a pipe leak. But my pipe is too old. So, he went the extra mile and set me up with appointment to replace the old pipe. Very pleasant young man.

Its been 2 days and I still dont know who is doing the drywall portion.I recommend that you find your own drywall company. Texas Quality was organized up until this portion. Its too much of a headache. I dont recommend.

Added a VIP Membership fee on top of my estimate without mentioning it. Thought the bill was very high given it took less than an hour. Work was ok but shady to not mention. On par with John Moore for deceptive practices. They say they will refund next week but the cost will increase 🙄

Rodolfo and Jocelyn worked on the issue but were unable to complete due to an issue with the control box on the water heater. Discussed the options and decided it was better to replace the water heater due to its age. Also received a discount from purchasing the service plan.

So far these guys are great. No charge for an estimate, no high pressure sales, and Ferdi was great to work with.

I had been without gas for a month now.. Texas Quality Plumbing sent workers 4 days in a row for a major job.. Gustavo, Jonathan, Marcos and Daniel took care of our leaks! And they patched up all the digging done on my back yard… tough but thorough work! Thank God for their hard working men!!We passed inspection and should be getting our meter restarted…overdue a bath with hot water, before starting back to wash/dry clothes and cooking again…my family thanks them!

I typically get quotes from ~3 companies just to see what the normal rate is for a given project. They were significantly higher than the two other rates, by double. This isnt an issue as maybe they do 2x the quality of workmanship, doubtful but possible.The main issue is I never reached out to them again but I was then spammed, via text, by a dozen messages for their company. This needs to be changed, I will contact the company if I want further communication.

By the time Ferdi arrived, the plumbing concern had resolved, but he still checked everything out and didn’t charge me for the visit. We will definitely use Texas Quality again!

He examined the problem and explained what needed to be done. He was very nice and customer was good also! He made appoint for install and I was set.Today, Sergio B. came to my home to install my new water heater. He took the old one out and replaced with new. and did a great job. He explained the steps needed to get job done and he worked until it was completed. We had Texas Quality Plumbing install a garbage disposal just shy of 4-months ago. We ran into issues this week as it stopped working. Called TQP and they sent out a tech next day. Ended up needing to replace the new disposal. TQP replaced the disposal same day at no cost. We have used TQP for years—two water heaters, a natural gas leak (diagnoses and repair), and disposal. They are consistently responsive, helpful, fair priced, and stand behind both their work & products.

Mike was great, explained everything clearly, made an additional effort to fit my schedule. Cleaned up after, like he wasn’t even there!

Very professional and quickly built a quote for us to know how big of a project we would need to undertake. Will be calling them again.

Great experience! Mike F. was my technician and diagnosed all of my plumbing issues in a short amount of time. He ordered the parts I needed and solved my problems without error.

The company did have excellent customer service , however the repair price is sky high, plus service inspection guy did not provide details in each item charge. Don’t get me wrong, he is nice but typical business man taking big advantage on person like me have little knowledge about plumbing and repair…Example—-First. — you are forced to sign on their membership fee $129 in order to get little bit discount. Even the membership offers free water heater flushes and plumbing inspection. But do I really need it especially I don’t have needs for those at this moment. The membership is only good for a year…Second—$500 charge fee for just water leak inspection … I did have few quotes from other companies prior made appointment with Texas quality plumbing ,most the repair companies charge from $99-129 service fee , but never fee for water detection is mentioned . When I called up Texas quality plumbing I was only told by Texas quality plumbing saying there is no service fee over the phone, I thought I hit the jackpot finding no service fee, free estimate repair company to help… At the end I am charged $500 for water detection by Texas quality plumbing…Never got chance to be informed or explained in details about these non sense charges before I signed the repair agreement ., I learned my lesson from hard expensive way. Wish this will help other people….Only praying this gives me good quality repair .

I was very pleased with the work done cleaning out the drain line from the kitchen sink. They could not complete the work on the 1st day so came out next day. They gave me a quote for the work on day 1 and even though the work took longer than originally planned, they stuck with the original quote.

Ferdi was absolutely amazing!!!!! He went over and beyond and took away a lot of anxiety I was having about my plumbing problem. He answered all questions and was very clear. I’m very pleased !

The entire process was wonderful. After having another company come out that was very pushy and expensive and barely looked at my garbage disposal. I called Texas Quality Plumbling and they were able to get me scheduled for the same day. Their tech, Mike was so professional and thorough. We just used Texas Quality plumbers again in February 2025. We have a clogged drain that was backing up. Claudio came in and fixed it quickly and professionally. We have been always satisfied with quality plumbers.————-I am updating my review. Richard came out today 10-14-23 to fix a leak in our sprinkler system and fix our toilet. He found the problems gave us the options and was very professional, courteous and did a great job.---------------------In 2021 Our drains were clogged and we had another plumber come out that could not fix it with the equipment that he had and he recommended we contact Texas Quality Plumbing. I watched as the Javier and Atom went around to all of the showers, toilets and sinks to analyze where the clog was located. They came up with a strategy. The cost for their solution was very reasonable and it worked. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess caused by the backup. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They worked for almost 3 hours and the bill was very much less than I expected.

This is the first time using a plumber and the experience was pretty pain less, . I initially thought this guy would be here for a few hours.Matt (tech) quickly identified the issue (multiple sink clog) and explained in detail what he needed to do.I will use them again if I have another issue. Id recommend using them if searching for a plumber.

Wanted to get an estimate for a natural gas line extension for my generator, they arrived on time promptly, the technician was very courteous and used shoe covers when walking into my house, took the measurements and told me how much it would cost breaking down the equipment used and the processes they would do. Very friendly, on time, punctual, nice, would recommend. Prices were a little steep but that’s market economics nothing I can do about that. 10/10

I want to start my review by saying this company has done a few repair in the recent past and they all went extremely well. That is until my shower repair. First I want to let you know that my shower tile is old. (1990) They replaced my copper pipes with some kind of flex pipe and did not stabilize the new pipes in the wall. This caused the tile around the fixtures (over a few weeks, if that) to cave into the wall leaving large holes making the shower unusable due to water leaking into my wall when in use. I called them and they sent a technician (same one that missed up in the first place) out to look at the shower. The technician told me to get the paperwork where I signed a tile damage waiver. Like really!!! I told him that he is to blame. My tile was not caved into the wall when he left after the repair. In all fairness the company did send out a better technician to handle the repair. He did stabilize the wall (was very professional) and come back to fix the tile. My issue is that the tile repair looks like I did it. (just grout to cover the holes) Texas Quality Plumbing did not offer anything. Not a refund for the work or even an apology. I would use caution when having them do any work when they replace pipes.

The copper gas line to our grill leaked in several places underground where the gas line passed threw a stainless steel hole on the grill. Many arrived and found severed copper tubing at the underground entrance to the holeJulian came out The next day to get the parts necessary for the complete repair. He reassessed the situation and found additional leaks further back in the underground tubing. He was efficient, respectful, answered all my questions, Very pleasant and did excellent work, as pictured… tailoring it to my specific request e.g. putting the shut off valve where I could reach it etc.Both men are an asset to Texas Quality plumbing. The repair technicians, Pepe and Brayan, were both very diligent as they hauled out of my attic 2 old hot water heaters and replaced them with a new tankless unit. I am well pleased with the result, and the installation team worked very hard in a very hot attic!
