Terrible service from One Call Handyman Service. I needed some electrical work done and a few shelves installed. The handyman was rude and clearly rushed through the job. The electrical outlets they installed stopped working within a week, and one of the shelves fell off the wall, damaging my belongings. Despite multiple attempts to get them to fix the problems, they never responded to my calls or emails. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the headache and find a different handyman service.

Not only did they arrive late, but the technician seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. The faucet started leaking again just a day after the repair, and the tiles were uneven and poorly grouted. When I called to address these issues, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I ended up hiring another company to fix their mistakes. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Proceed with caution. Common thieves. Dont let them around your stuff.ETA: In response to the reply- it is only considered defamation if what is said is untrue. Nice try though. Its called accountability and a good part of the issue was poor handling. Proper resolution has yet to take place. Youre not even concerned it happened- youre concerned paying customers are aware that it happened. Someone truly sorry would have taken appropriate care to resolve the issue. All youve done is shrug and then whine that youre having to deal with the consequences of your actions- or lack of them. If youre not willing to vet employees, and then not resolving the issue appropriately when that comes to fruition- people should rightfully not trust their home and their dollar to your company. Improve your integrity if you want results. Be a trustworthy company who takes their reputation appropriately serious by taking action. Firing the person isnt action- making the customer whole is action. Step up.

Ya if u want ur stuff stolen from your home and untrustworthy people hire them!It’s even more crazy that the owner which is the wife of the man who does the handyman service and the person who stole my items is asking people to remove bad reviews ! I fought long and hard all day to get my items that were stolen back just for the lawnmower to come back broken! I chased this women all day on phone calls and text messages asking for my stuff back and asking for a timeline. She kept giving me the run around all day! Ignoring my calls and text . My landlord also was in contact with her and is very disappointed that this even happened .she kept telling him to tell me her phone was broken. Excuses because she was still texting people from that phone that were trying to help me retrieve the stolen property. Also lying to the cop on the phone about when she would bring my stuff back. Lies lies lies from this company.I don’t appreciate what these people had done and I advise anyone who looking to hire them to think twice . The husband would make friends with me . And the wife came to my home once with him to work on maintenance issues. The husband would show up unannounced and would be extra friendly. I guess they forgot about all the security cameras that are around the property from the neighbor and I!Not to mention the work itself was always half done nothing was fixed correctly . The landlord hired them to fix up a rental property and they were always drinking on the job and within weeks of the person moving in stuff was already falling apart .Not only do they do a horrible job they steal.I have pictures and police report to prove this information. So stop telling people they can get into trouble for defamation. Please learn what that word means.-IN RESPONSE to the reply nobody was beaten! i don’t know why or where you are getting this from but none of that ever happened!! Matter of fact you sent some random guy to come bring me my belongings!! At the end of the day charges were asked to be pressed and a report was done on you and your husband .and what did happen is my items were STOLEN by your husband who is pictured on this review (screenshot from the day it happened) And you kept my items for 10 hours before I got it back broken! So try again! And this review will never be removed!Also you were never remorseful of what happened and actually laughed when I asked for an update on my items and told me I’m lucky you would even bring it back!!!! So stop trying to cover your business and yourself with made up stories . You look crazy coming on here months later to try to clear your name.

Made initial contact and within hours Richard had completed the job. Needed to have mailbox and rotten wooden post replaced. Had replaced with new metal post and mailbox. Would gladly use their services on any future jobs.
