Trifecta Credit Repair

I would give a 0 if I could. This company will take your deposit and do absolutely NOTHING! No letters or proof of letters will be sent on your behalf. I should have investigated more prior to signing up. If you look at other reviews, things that were removed, were eventually put back on the reports due to their lack of knowledge with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Save your money. Do research and write your own letters.Btw: it’s ironic how the comments under all the negative reviews is “they’ve never had a relationship with this person” please post that under mine so I can attach the text messages.

Disclaimer: This was my Google review I left over a year ago, but they managed to somehow get it removed. If you look on their Facebook page, they have a nearly 5-star rating, but 99% of the ratings are from fake bot accounts they most likely paid for! (Screenshot attached) How ironic that theyre responding to all the negative Google reviews saying we never worked with this person. Before they make that claim on my review, I have text messages and emails as proof. SUPER-scummy company here, obviously!I hired Trifecta Credit Repair to remove my bankruptcy, as they advertised they could easily do. Paid almost $2,000, and I even directly asked if there was a good chance the process could end up taking much longer, and if I would have to pay extra if that ended up being the case. They did inform me that I would have to pay $27 a month for an identityiq account that they would check on each time they sent out a round of disputes. They assured me that they could get my bankruptcy taken off in 6 rounds or less (each round equates to about 30 days), and that even if it did take longer, I wouldnt have to pay any additional money. Yes, for about the first 4 months, I was getting updates, correspondence from credit bureaus every time they sent out another round of disputes, etc. Then, after 4 or 5 months, I just stopped getting any correspondence. After a few months of not hearing anything, I call Trifecta to see whats going on, and they blame the lack of correspondence on the pandemic. Alright, I think to myself, thats understandable. They promised they would send out another round and give me updates when they sent it out. I wait a few more months, nothing. I call to see what the issue is, and when they answered, they tried to claim that I never gave them my identityIQ login info, so its my fault I wasnt getting any correspondence! I got pretty irritated at that point and explained to them that no, not only did I give them my information, but I could see when they logged into my identityIQ account and performed a data refresh! They told me they would call me back the next day, but never did, so I ended up calling again after a few days. They then claimed they got my file mixed up with someone elses! For a business handling sensitive customer information, that is NOT what anyone wants to hear. They promised they would process more rounds and update me, and for just that one month they did. Then, numerous months of complete silence again. I called and texted several times, and each time I was told they would call me back, but never did. I had to pull teeth to finally talk to them again. Once I did, I expressed my disappointment about the process up to that point, and they had the audacity to turn around and tell me well actually, you should be thankful we havent charged you again, because were taking a loss on your account at this point. Uh, OK? And thats MY fault? I went through several more months of bending over backwards to try to get them to fill me in on why I wasnt getting any correspondence from the credit bureaus for months on end. I finally go and log into my identityIQ account (it was a good 3 or 4 months that I hadnt logged in), and find out they havent even touched it or did a data refresh in MONTHS. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I figured I would give them one more week to give me another one of their promised updates after I called and couldnt get a hold of them, which of course didnt happen. I told them Im canceling my identityIQ account, and instead of asking why or trying to see if there was a problem they could fix, the extremely flippant response I got, paraphrased, was well, no more rounds being sent out for you then! See you later! Good riddance!

Trifecta Credit Repair has been amazing! Jordan is great at explaining everything and breaking things down to you. Very helpful, advices and answers promptly. Worst service I’ve every received in my life. This woman named ( Jordan Trifecta) is VERY rude. They promise you nothing but LIES. I called to reschedule ahead of time due to a family vacation and she refused to make my appointment. They can’t work around your schedule but expect you to work around theirs, Finally after speaking to someone else I was able to make the appointment and after the service my credit dropped 100 points. The facility is very unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all save your money and take your business else where. Stay way from this office.

Ive been lied to before by other credit services; but here at Trifecta Credit Solutions I saw results within 3 weeks. My scores raised, but I everything needed to be remove wasnt. I was always told they were sending letters and to be patient. I ended up paying all debt that I needed removed and didnt bother to contact Jordon or her staff. It took me 1 year after paying my debt to purchase my home. I would suggest to anyone credit solutions only can do what they can do; but if you have debt JUST PAY! Because money you pay people to get stuff removed couldve went to debt you owe.
