Scam alert!!! You will be trying to dispute with your bank after they take your money. They will fake rmail you challenges they sent, but they will never be sent to the Credit bureaus, they don’t respond to emails and will eventually stop responding and disable your customer portal after receiving your last payment.

Do not waste your time. This company is a scam. Where do I begin, so I seen this guy’s page where he said that you could transfer your negative debts into a trust, me wanting to support a black business screwed myself. I’m out of $2600, I am beyond pissed so if I can help someone I will. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s all hype and doesn’t deliver. The positive comments are cap. Imagine being out of $2600 then this girl tried to upsell me on getting insurance from them, are you out of your mind? I’d never do business with you all ever again. I’ve left email after email and have been getting the runaround this incompetent manager called and lied and said he was going to call back two weeks ago, I’m still waiting on that call. I’m over this company. I’m going to reach out to the AG, CFPB, BBB etc I’m sick of working hard and trying to support a black owned business only to be taken advantage of. So in short don’t use this company they literally did nothing but lie and take my money

This company has helped propel my credit score all the way to the 800s. They were quick and efficient as well as knowledgeable. My experience with Scde started off rough i was dealing with a consultant that I felt wasn’t doing his best. He wasn’t keeping in contact with me, i was calling behind him to send payments, and would have to call for days before I got an answer! I voiced my concerns to the owner and he immediately handled the situation and referred me to Ms Jennifer! SHE HAS BEEN AMAZING!!!! My credit has increased from the low 500s to now only a few points away from 700. I highly recommend them to anyone you just have to have patience and also do your part as well and you will love the results. At first I was slightly impatient wanting immediate results but you have to trust the process within a month of her picking up my profile my results started to show!!!

Ms Roberta helped me get my score from 500 to 700. She was able to get my auto loan removed & I was able to buy a brand new car off the lot beacause of that. She was very helpful throughout the process. She communicate very well & also gets back to you asap which I appreciate. If you guys plan on repairing your credit SCDE is the way to go you will not regret it. I’ve recommended my girlfriend to sign up which she did now she’s on her way to the 700 club. This company is complete and utter trash from the customer service to the owner … I first saw this company on the million dollars worth of game podcasts business segment and ended up paying this company over $4000 ($997 to start then $1600 for the debt deletion membership then another $1500 for the family trust membership)a over a year ago and absolutely nothing has be done to my credit well actually 1 of my scores have dropped I was caught in the middle of some type of scandal which one of the company employees was stealing money from the company and (THE OWNER) TEDRICK DEROSIN CONTACTED me personally and recorded our conversation and posted only to clear his name and personally told me he would still honor the contract I signed with company as to what was going on had nothing to do with me which DID NOT HAPPENED you can’t contact customer service directly you have to “Book a call” which is weeks out and hope they actually call (I had to book 3 different calls and they finally called the 3rd time I booked a call only to give me the run around ) or “submit a ticket” through their so called customer service page on instagram and hope they reply via email they leave you on “seen” on instagram or simply reply “contact company “ knowing you can’t the company has to contact you (the owner) TEDRICK DEROSIN will only communicate with if your are willing to pay $200-1k for a phone call or he say “contact company “ or “he’ll say he not associated with the Company” at the moment I’m trying to get a refund but once again I’m WAITING on customer service to call but I can say a lot more but bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!!

Honestly SCDE has been one of the best credit repair companies I’ve experienced in such a short matter of time. I recommend getting your credit repair done by Ms. Freeman aka Bfree specifically because she’s going to get straight to work and get all of your needs handled in a timely manner to get you to where you want to be with your credit maybe even higher. All you have to do is let them do their part as well as handling yours on your end and everything will be all fine at the end of their process. Truly grateful for Tedrick and Bfree throughout this whole process. All together it took them 4 months to get me above a 700 credit score which was really quick.

Unprofessional and lack quality customer service. I signed up & paid in full ($1300) in June 2021 & came back paid 1300 a piece for my parents the following month. (Over $3900 in total) None of us applied for anything since we signed up & was in the process of only paying debt off (credit cards). Nothing has been disputed off my report since October ‘21. I noticed it in January ’22 & texted my consultant (received no reply) , so I dm’d SCDE “support” account & I was told someone who reach other 3 different times. No one has. My messages are left on “seen” unless I double reply. I went to the owner & he said for him to work on my file it’s $5000 .. This company only work well/fast with “known” people or friends/family. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Ms Roberta has been very helpful! She knows her stuff. She explained every process from start to finish! I was a 459 when I started, now I’m at 745. She has helped me get credit cards for myself and my biz! Can’t thank SCDE enough - highly recommend them 💎

I’ve had a good experience with this company. Helped raise my credit scores over 250+ points in about 8 months. Im in the 800 club. U cant rush the process and you have to put in your own work at the same time to get the results you want. Invest in yourself.

Avoid this company the way they avoid all my messages. I signed up back in March of 2021. According to my contact, since I paid in full, I was to get results fast and my credit file will be completed in 3 months. Well here we are in November and no change in my history. I am not one to review but I paid 1800 for this service with nothing to show for. They keep assigning my case to other people (I guess people are quitting) and they ask for my information again. I got a txt from the “owner” saying my file was to get transferred to yet another agent. At this point I’m frustrated and annoyed. I asked for my money back on 10/26 and have not heard back after they will “review my file”.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am not one to submit reviews but I don’t know what else to do to get my money back. I don’t even want to get the service anymore. It’s been almost a year, with about 3-4 different agents and no change on my credit. I feel this is the last resort I have until I consider legal action. Hopefully they reply to this since they seem to reply more to negative reviews than actual messages.

Whenever i called or emailed I never got a response back, the only way I could talk to someone was if I DM them on Instagram and then wait hours for a unprofessional response. I requested to change consultants because I felt like the communication was not there with mine and instead of helping the owner let my consultant know everything I had said prompting her to text me very rudely and ask why I did that. After that situation I asked for my money back since I had signed a contract saying that if after 4 months no change has been made you would get a partial refund. They did not honor that part of the contract. I did not even go up 1 point with them. They are a scam just like every other credit company that just wants your money. This the first Credit company that actually took my money and I seen changes in my score within the same month. I literally started in the 400’s now i’m pushing 700’s, not only that I’ve learn a lot on how to actually keep my credit up. The customer service was great, Tevin always answers when I need to ask any questions and Tedrick really the goat he just be dropping gems on IG when he really don’t have to.

I am very disappointed in the customer service they provide. I paid to have some inquires removed and its been two months and nothing has been done. If anything my credit score went down. I have to either email or text the person handling my file. For the money paid upfront I would not recommend them at all. Two months and no one has reached out to give me any update.

I began the repair process at the end of MayMy disputes were submitted THE SAME DAY I made my purchase. I had one stubborn rental account that I’ve been to multiple “credit repairs companies” to remove and within my first Round of disputes it was removed from all reports. My credit specialist is very responsive and I’m looking forward to the final results so I can move forward with purchasing my home.

I paid them $1000 to clear my inquires 6 months ago. I was referred to qu-nesha. Was text she would call me at 3:00 the next day. Haven’t heard anything and will not respond to text. I just want my money back. Beware!
