Tully Auto Care

Very nice guy. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. He charges high prices and doesn’t tell you what brand parts he puts on even when asked. The 2 struts he put on my car lasted 13 months and 4000 miles. Both went bad within months of each other. Of course, 12 month warranty. So he wouldn’t cover the cost to replace them. Mind you, the struts I took off the car, lasted 13 years. These last 13 months. Steer clear and save your money for a reputable shop.

I appreciate all that Tully Auto did for me. I received a quote from a major corporation and thought the price was outrageous. Gus at Tully assured me he would relook at the issue. I dropped my car off in the morning and in the matter of 30 minutes I had information, a much lower quote, and pure honesty. I was thankful for their kindness, their care, and overall concern of my vehicle and my safety. I would highly recommend Tully Auto Care to anyone.

Ive known Gus and his Techs for over l3 years now and I dont reside all that close to the shop. But after trying repair shops close to my home I discovered how difficult it truly is to find someone you can put your Trust in.I have complete faith in Tully Auto Care. Tully auto care was recommended to me by a friend. They were able to diagnose the problem for me and picked/dropped me off. Reasonably priced, accommodating, and transparent! It’s clear they are honest car mechanics- I will now only take my car here!

Always keep my frontier rolling. Best prices and service in town! Fixed my coolant system and been rolling cold for over a year. My go to spot in the memorial area. The guys to the left of them quoted way more expensive.

I thought I knew what needed to be replaced on my Ford truck and brought it to Tully Automotive because they quoted me the best price. Gus was able to determine that it was something else before we replaced the part that didn’t need to be replaced. Saved me a bunch of money!

I took my 2004 4Runner to Tully on a recommendation from a friend, and had a fantastic experience. Gus was able to fit me right in and trouble shoot my check engine light and replace my catalytic converter. He stayed well within his estimate, and explained all of the issues with my car very thoroughly. The service was top notch and Ive had no issues with my car since my visit. Great service! The gentleman who picked me up was very nice and even stop by my house for me to pick up the spare key before we drop my car off at the shop. The sky was amazing even back in the car in and dropped it on the lift very skillful driver. They save my life! Use these guys they’re amazing

I cant say enough positive things about Tully Auto Care. Had to take our Suburban in because the engine light came on. Left it with Gus and after his assessment he took a picture of the issue and sent it to me. Repair was done that day and he even delivered the Suburban back to me because I couldnt go get it before the shop closed. Amazing customer service!!!

Once again, Gus is the man!! Back in October, I needed a Catalytic Converter replaced. He had the unit repaired but my engine light came on and I sent my SUV back to his shop yesterday. I dropped off my SUV and Gus gave me a ride home. When he called me that afternoon telling me that my SUV was repaired, he came by and picked me up taking us back to his shop. When we got there, I asked him how much would it cost me, he replied that there was no charge. Great guy!

I agree! Best honest straight forward mechanic Ive come across in years. I plan on keeping him as my mechanic. Did the steering pump/leak in one day and was 1/2 the cost of memorial tire and auto.

Gus and team were very professional and did only the work that was required versus trying to up-sell services and repairs that I didn’t need or want.

100,000 mile maintenance and front and rear brakes. Owner got it done in a timely manner for at a reasonable price.
