Isnt there a - 1 option?Ridiculous. Incompetent. Obviously, they dont want my business.They advertise a subscription plan: a filter every three months. First, they sent the wrong size. Then, after I got the right size, they did not continue sending the filters on a regular basis. Finally, I called and asked again to subscribe. The person I talked to sounded seriously impaired and totally uninterested,so I am tired of begging Quality to give them my business. May your experience be better than mine.
Zero stars wasnt an option. I placed an order a week ago and have yet to receive it, yet they took my money immediately. I tried emailing support and it bounced back undeliverable. I tried calling their 24/7 phone number for support and it is for a driving company, not QualityAir Filters. Such a sham. Will be contacting bank to make sure no recurring payments go through to this company in the future.
