He was early, efficient, professional and I felt very comfortable with the entire experience. I needed my sectional cleaned and baby it was WAY worse than I thought. Horrible experience!They charged me $400 to power wash the exterior of a small town home and seems like they used a garden hose instead , if they did anything at all. (I wasnt there to supervise them unfortunately) They left all the mildew spots that they were supposed to remove an didnt even touch the windows or the soffit of the house, see attached photos that speak by themselves.Not only their service is horrible service but the attitude of the owner (Conrado) is rather rude and nasty, instead of apoligize for their poor job he yells and gets defensive, like if he does not understand what wash the exterior of the house means,Dont waste your time and money and more importantly dont deal with this rude and nasty individual, there are plenty of reputable companies out there that are even less expensive

Jose has been cleaning our large area rug and stairs for a year now. He has great customer service and excellent pricing. He provides a wide array of other services as well. Easy booking through the app and always a prompt response.

I will give 5 star for the service, I am very impressed about the work they did. My air vents were growing mold, it took them quite a while to take all of them off, they made recommendation to replace with new ones and I took that advice. It gave me a great piece of mind as the previous owner never did the air vent cleaning in years. They also did a great job cleaning the dryer vent, which the previous owner never cleaned before and it looked so bad. The house is now so clean and fresh.I am very pleased with the service, highly recommended.

Their customer service and professionalism made me a return customer as I have also booked their air duct cleaning services and they did a phenomenal job there as well. Really nice guy, very responsive and professional, our cat peed on our couch on Tuesday and after calling other companies and them wanting to charge $300+ to clean this the right way thats just ridiculous on top of having to wait multiple days.. called xpress and immediately he answered and was able to give us an accurate really good priced quote via messages and was able to make the appointment for the following day and he was on time and took maybe an hour to clean our couch and he did a really good job. Saving his information for next time for sure!

They did an amazing job on my chair. I use this chair for photos, and my son somehow got black mechanic’s grease on my white chair. I thought it was ruined for good, but decided to take a risk and have it cleaned. It didn’t take long but he was able to get the stains out, and it looks so much better. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Xpress Services! We needed our sofa, mattress, and bed frame cleaner. Jose was available to come same day, was very polite and professional, did great work, and his pricing was unbeatable. I called other upholstery cleaning companies and Jose’s pricing was by far the best with the quickest response time. I included a before and after of our headboard and a small spot of the sofa. I would not recommend this service at all. The person sent out to clean my white couches used way too much water and now my couches smell horrible. I did let him know and he sent out someone else to spray odor eliminator on the furniture. Obviously I can go to the store and buy odor eliminator myself that didn’t help at all. My husband and I tried to put the couch cushions out in the sun and we realized the inside of the couches were still wet after 72 hours. They were washed on Tuesday and still wet on Saturday. I messaged who I believe is the owner and he didn’t respond after I told him we had to put out furniture outside due to the smell. $150 for the service and my couches are left smelling terrible. It’s terrible. I have nothing to lie about either don’t play with me I will put you on blast. Give me my money. You have time to respond to my review within minutes tho

He did a professional shampoo and steam cleaning on my couch making it look brand new.He even did an extra touch up on it for me at no cost at all. Would highly recommend👍🏾

One of the best services I’ve used in a while. I actually found them on Facebook and they were VERY quick with a response. I was able to book a cleaning for the same day and they came fast and in a hurry. The misses was so sweet and did a great job at cleaning the couch. I told him that I wanted steam cleaning and he said yes . Then he shows up with a machine that fills up with hot water and for him that is steam cleaner. The carpet looks just OK. I just wish he was honest with people and tell them that he does not have a deep steam cleaning. When it is steam cleaning, the company brings a long hose that goes all the way to their truck. The carpet cleans better and it dries faster!

If I could provide zero or negative stars I would. It has now been 27 hours since jimmy finished. The car is so wet it is not trying to be dry. On top of that, the stains did not come out. Owner claims throw up is too acidic for him to clean.I reached out in attempts to resolve this. He will not provide a refund or come to touch the car. My bet is he can come tomorrow and it will still be wet and smelly. Stay away. He is a liar and cheat. He is refusing to believe us work is bad quality or knows but only takes cash.

Nice at the beginning, punctually but... He does not care about client’s needs, he is not interested in doing anything extra, including a simple comment to get a good result. That did not take away his time or money and would not cause additional work. But He had time to ask for the direct review on his own cell phone. Obviously before I had time to ceck the result.

Omg! Beyond professional and prompt. I brought a second hand sofa and wanted to make it my own. Coronado brought the piece back to life and then some. Will be using him again for carpet cleaning to maintenance my apartment.

The truck was shampoo but not clean well. It was a 2001 tundra. Spend $120 and expected a thorough clean for that price. Stain were not removed. I told him and even showed him I can remove it with Oxyclean. He stated the service was for 2 hours and if he brush the carpet any more it will damage it. He had a lot of excuses why certain items didn’t clean as well. Bad service. Ended up recleaning the vehicle myself and the stains were removed.

Jose and his crew have shampooed our carpet before. This time they did a complete from top to bottom cleaning on our rental.

Pet stains/odor were removed for a very short time. Smell was still on my rugs. He attempted to clean again and as I told him, it was soaked through to the other side, he said he cant clean the other side. Said he would some sort if ozone cleaner to get smell out. It did not work & actually was worst! I have to throw out $1000 in rugs in which he said he could clean. After moving around my upstairs theater chairs, found tons of stains that he never attempted to clean! The smell on all of my carpet has returned. Complete waste of time & money...
