Very punctual , organized and professional! The service is excellent. I highly recommend using this location and this company. I really appreciate how fast they showed up and got it together so neat. If you havent ever used this service and are on the fence about it JUST DO IT! They really proved themselves worthy of my business. I will be letting everyone know to book ASAP! The before and after looks like different rugs but they are the same ones looking brand new again!!! THANK YOU!

Nathaniel and Seth did an amazing job. The carpet and tile had not been cleaned in 30 yrs, so the dust was readily visible.The Stanley Steemer team vacuumed up big pieces, then started the steam and deodorizer process. After that, they put their solution on the tiles and scrubbed before using their machine on the tile.I am impressed with the quality of the job, efficiency of the team and their professionalism.They were fantastic! I will definitely recommend them to others!!!

I’m so disappointed with this company. I had told them that I have a 4 bedroom home with 2 large living room and they gave me a price. When the carpet cleaners came they raise the price saying that one of the living rooms counted as two. I went ahead and paid extra, they took 1hr to do the entire house. You can tell they only went to went the carpet and didn’t try to take stains away. Carpet was left so went that water was in my kitchen tile too. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Technicians arrived, I was greeted warmly. They surveyed the areas, explained the different treatment options and suggested what would be best for our home.The work performed was perfect. Our carpet looks brand new. We were also told how to best care for the carpet going forward.I will definitely use Stanley Steamer in the future and I am so appreciative of the team that was sent to my home. GREAT JOB!!!

Very prompt. Very attentive. Good communication. Very pleased with the carpet and chair cleaning. Everything smelled so fresh, especially the corner where the cat had peed. The grout in the kitchen is about 90% cleaner. It looks way better than it did before they came. It could have used a little bit of hand scrub brush action, especially in a few spots.

I had my HVAC ducts cleaned today by Stanley Steemer, and they did an excellent job. You can tell the difference in the air flow and the reduced amount of dust coming from the vents. Agustin and Juan were very professional, and explained the entire process on cleaning that needed to be done. Agustin also showed me the video of the inside of my system. I will just say I should have called Stanley Steemer years ago. My unit was thoroughly cleaned and treated. You can definitely see the difference on the inside of the unit when they were done. If you need a trusted company who actually do care about their customers, and not about up charging, I strongly recommend Stanley Steemer, and “No” I’m not being paid to make this post. Stanley Steemer clearly know there business. The company, their employees are professional and dedicated to provide you with the best service, and that is why I will definitely recommend you use their services.

Markus and Marbiin were wonderful. Did a thorough job, explained everything they were going to do before doing it, showed me videos and pictures of what they were seeing. Took the time to put everything back as it was before they arrived and even offered to sweep the residue from what feel out of the air ducts when they were cleaning. I found some painters plastic sheets I had in my garage and they put them over my furniture under the ducts they were cleaned. Explained what I needed to check on with my new UV lights in the furnaces. Great first time experience with Stanley Steamer.

Danny and Eric were very polite and kind, very knowledgeable about the air duct and carpet cleaning, very honest, transparent about what they were doing. explained everything well and answered our questions. They got stains out of our carpet that we never thought would come out. We really appreciate them. They worked very hard and we would have them back again. They were a joy to work with and they work well together.

I will recommend Stanley Steamer. Elvin and Raymond arrived in a timely manner, explained the process, tools, and products to be used and had great customer service. My carpet is now clean and fresh. I’m happy with the results.

Rodney did a great job. Arrived on time, was very quick and didn’t mess around. Just got the job done. I have pets, had four rooms and a staircase and it took them a little less than an hour. Smells great. Floors aren’t extremely wet. I will use Stanley Steemer again.

I just paid over $800 for couch and carpet cleaning and the carpet looks filthy still. I called them out and they told me the dirt was fresh and they would have to charge me. Impossible! Couch looks better but still smells bad. Hate to do it but I will be posting this on our next door forum and facebook. Maybe Redditt, BBB and small claims court.

Putting my house up for sale and needed my kitchen and laundry room tile cleaned. I have used several other cleaning companies in the past but have always found Stanley Steemer to be the best quality. This crew came out and gave me a quote and I made the appointment. I had to keep pushing the date, due to renovations I was doing, but they were always professional, courteous and accommodating with my schedule.The final result was exceptional … my tile looked brand new!!! The very best clean I have had! 👍

Raymond was very professional and worked his way through my home to complete the cleaning of my tile floors. This was my first time having this service done and Raymond did a great job. Although I requested this service because I am moving to another house, I will definitely be calling Stanley Steamer at my next home and hoping Raymond will still be around to tackle my request! First I will say, the two men that came were clean cut, very polite and respectful. Used yes Maam and no sir.I fussed at them but explained it was not targeting toward them, and that I would be leaving a bad review.Ive used Stanley steamer many times over at least the last 10 years. Have always been please with price vs quality of work.This time, they had an online quote option and scheduler. So i followed the prompts in order to get an accurate (or close) quote. To be fair I made a mistake on one area rug. I put in 7x7 when it was 8x10 and told them as soon as they got here. He said it was 27 more. No problem.But heres what made me super angry and they left without me being happy.My quote was 340.00. (1) 7x7 rug (1) 7x5 rug, 1 bedroom (covered by king size bed 2 dressers 2 nightstands and 2 chairs. And under the Tile section 1 bathroom. I checked the option for clean and seal. $340.00When they got here they said unfortunately, this is STONE, not tile. So to do this job it will be $568!!!!!!!I was shocked!!!! What a scam! I could see give or take 30-50.00, BUT ALMOST DOUBLE???? I asked what is the point of the quote???? There was not a STONE OPTION????It said bathroom or kitchen TILE?? I told them to forget it. He removed the Protectant from the rugs, and got it down to 438. (Plus 39 tip) Close to 500.!!! They were so nice while they were here, so i let them do it.To add insult to injury, when they finished. I looked at my bath tile! It was this dull looking, ridiculously unfinished mess.Thats when I asked, you got me to pay 200-something more to leave the floor like this???? I was really really concerned. He said the buff and shine is 150 extra. Please tell me Im wrong here. Look back at the quantities in the quote above. Please note the online quote DOES NOT HAVE AND OPTION FOR STONE BECAUSE WHATS THE DIFFERENCE??? So I paid way extra for nothing! I attached photos of my bathroom. Its hard to capture the fullness of the gorgeous floor in pictures. I hope you can see. Now I have to hire ANOTHER company and pay more to fix it. Unacceptable.The images below are what I paid 500 for.Update: a lot has happened, lots of time stent talking to this one and that one. A Manager named Derek (came to my home) and the lady at the office Ciara (saw pictures) told us forget what their previous people told us, that THIS IS NOT STONE IT IS TILE. FACT! They said they would send their top tile guy out on Tuesday and make me whole again. Additionally they would refund us the difference between the up charge for Stone they charged. I agreed, I mean I didnt have much choice but to wait. But was excited to see my gorgeous floors sparkle.Fast forward to today Tuesday. I called to get an arrival time for my floor people to come. I spoke with Roy at the call center in Atlanta.He looked it up and apologized and said Mam I am sorry but your job for today was canceled and it says they are refunding your money. He said he didnt have anymore information for me.I had Dereks card, called him and he said WHAT, THEY CANCELLED YOU??? Called me back and said i have some guys coming after they finish their jobs. AGAIN TWO WELL DRESSED WELL MANNERED SHOWED UP. Not the top guy they were sending to save the day.He talked to us and said oh, yea this isnt stone or tile, this is a specialty Marble that is very difficult to work with. But we got it. My husband was furious. The floors are less dull but not finished. We will call in specialists to finish our floors.

Jose & Blas did a terrific job. They were able to remove a very bad pet stain. The entire condo looks and smells so much better. Very efficient workers.

Service without standing everything that they did spot on I really couldnt believe I well home look after they finished Cleonta has been to my home three times. I will tell you what he gets every nook and cranny cleaned and spotless and goes above and beyond. The company itself does a great job but ask for this man by name.

Ive used this company for numerous years and quite disappointed with the cleaning services on yesterday. The techs didnt even pick up or vacuum pencils and debri on the carpet prior to cleaning as you can see in the pictures.I WILL NOT use them again.

HUGE waste of money. The 2 Rugs and sofa I got “professionally” cleaned do not look any different. At ALL. The guys they sent were nice, but very lazy and super-FAST. Lightning-fast. I’m exceptionally disappointed for over $600!I have rented The Green Machine from Lowe’s and transformed the same rugs significantly doing it by myself. I guess I just tried harder and did more than one pass through.This time, I just wanted to save myself time and get them “professionally” done as a treat to myself. It really was the lack of work ethic of the employees of Stanley Steemer. I pointed out my disappointment and they acted like that’s all that can be done. In 20 minutes max, when I went in to another room, they had completed BOTH 8’x10’ rugs, with an “upsell” of a PRE-treatment! Come on! They did not care to take pride in their job.The company can provide their employees with the right equipment, but if the Representatives are lazy without supervision, it doesn’t matter. They get paid the same. I expected so much more.I NEVER write bad reviews, but I have to warn others not to waste their time and money. Seriously, NO difference at ALL. I’ve had other professional carpet cleaners on many occasions do a great job. Try “Clean as a Whistle”. I had forgotten their name or I would have used them again instead. They take pride in their work.

I had my floors done two weeks ago. The two gentleman did not move the furniture and took literally about 40 minutes to clean about 1200sq feet. I paid over $800.00.The floors were still wet and they left. Once the floors dried- I noticed a lot of areas that looked the same way as before. I contacted Stanley Steamer and they scheduled someone to come to my house last Saturday.The same guy showed up and told me they could clean the floors again but would look the same. I just told him to forget it. Obviously he did not want to clean my floors again.I didn’t contact Stanley Steamer. I regret contacting them to come clean the tile/ grout and to seal the grout. My floor does not look like it was professionally cleaned.

We recently noticed a lot of dusty flakes on the floor so we called Stanley Air Duct Cleaners. We were so lucky to have Eric and Agustin, they were so honest with us, I say honest because when I made the appt. I was told we had 2 units because we have 2 thermostats so we would have to pay for 2 units but when Eric and Agustin came they said we had 1 unit so we paid almost half of what we would have paid. They explained the whole process in detail. I highly recommend them.

They made sure I checked rooms as they completed them to make sure they were okay, or if I saw an area needing more attention. Very thorough! I’ve used Stanley Steemer before and I continue to be pleased with the results. (Cushions in photo are propped up to dry.)

I schedule an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday with an arrival window between 10 and 1. At 1:10 on Saturday I had to call the 800 number due to no one calling, texting or showing up at the house. I was told they were another 40 minutes away. This is unacceptable customer service ! I will NEVER use this office again (I am over a 30 + year customer) and STRONGLY recommend you go elsewhere to get your carpets ckeaned.

They broke a $600 chair moving it carelessly, and refuse to acknowledge or pay for it. Going to small claims court. Never using these creeps again.

Air duct cleaning. 18 months later black stuff coming ot of vents on 2 of 3 floors. Guarantee is only for 30 days. Do not use.A trainee was sent who splattered some white liquid all over black bedroom furniture. I managed to gently scrub it off. Lady on phone trued to tell me it was paint and they dont paint. It was something they sprayed for encapsulation silly woman.Now 18 monts later worse than before their visit.DO NOT USE!

I enlisted the cleaning services of Stanley Steemer in November of 2021. I had multiple rooms done as well as two couches, and two chairs. The chairs were damaged during the cleaning process. I immediately contacted Stanley Steemer and they sent out a manager on two separate occasions to reckless and confirm the chairs were indeed damaged. I have contacted corporate, called, and emailed but I have not received ANY COMPENSATION for my chairs that were damaged. I emailed invoices from Gallery Furniture and almost 5 months later I have not even received an apology.

Stanley Steemer, did an amazing job on our rugs not only did they take their time they were careful and helped move furniture placing them on foam to keep them from sitting on the wet carpet very knowledgeable . WHEN sked about cleaning a chair he was extremely careful and read the directions and the quality of the material of my chair he was honest and told me would not be able to accommodate the chair because it was cotton material will cause shrinkage . Made recommendations ...I highly recommend them you wont be disappointed ! 👍
