My reply to your response CHRISTINE is at the bottom of this message because you have no place for me to reply backDONT GO HERE they dont know what they are doing I even brought my old my old part in with me so they had all the part numbers they still gave me the wrong part and I had to pay an ac guy to come out to fix it the store would not return the part even though they gave me the wrong one so dont go there and my recipe says cash on it and I used my Visa cardWell Ill with I can see why you own an AC Supply shop and youre not a detective because youre not very good at it Im going to start from the beginning for you like a child I will put money on it that you have no other women come in that store the day I was in there me and my wife went in there first thing in the morning with a picture of the sticker on my AC your guy told me that did not have the information he needed so I left with my wife went and got something to eat after we ate I went home and took the fan motor off of my AC unit and took it in your store with the fan blades still attached and my wife was with me the second time we went back your guy said that the the horsepower and the voltage matched but obviously you need to know if its a 1.3 1.4 or 2.2 fan motor so once again youre a guy did not know how to read my part to get me a new part then not only that but I went home messed up my fan blade trying to remove it so then I went back to your store a third time and bought a fan blade so clearly you were not checking on the right person because if you were checking on me you would have seen I went at least two times with my wife and One Time by myself Mr Detective you can come up with as many excuses as you want to make it look better on your end but its plain and simple your guy does not know how to read part numbers off of a motor and give you the exact same one but with all this being said Ive already been talking to AC people that I see on the road and I tell them not to go there and the funny thing is have the people Ive talked to have had a bad experience in your store so thank you for not adding a reply button so I can reply back to your comment and on top of that you gave me your email address I wrote you an email and never heard back from you until I seen your reply in the reviews make it where a customer can reply back to you because you were wrong I did not get the part your employee gave me the part check your facts and also didnt put on the first time because I was trying to be nice but your employee did come out from the behind the counter and start to chase me out the door because he wanted to kick my butt great company youre running there sir
The staff at this Transtar location always takes care of me and the team. Friendly, respectful, professional, and most importantly helpful. Keep up the great work guys.
Its a good place to buy a/c and heating products. The only issue I had was with a return policy on an evaporator coil. They dont have much on hand in the store especially for older units, which is understandable, but they can order it so will just have to wait for it.
Today these guys treated me good I’m glad I get to shop with no hassle great job guys

Im a homeowner and have been to this place 3 or 4 times in the last 5 years and have always came out smiling. One thing I like to get there is a box of A/C filters, 1/2 the price as HD or Lowes. Going there tomorrow for a fan motor and capacitor, hope they give me a good deal and its in stock.

Just been there today Saturday I bought a 4.5 ton system capacitor and run capacitor kit the guys were ok but I paid $101+ change for these items I was wow why so much they just said is a kit so I bought it. I went online and research the price a better brand name for all item was only $60.00 taxes included so I went and bought them at another store, came back and returned theirs the older guy seem not to like it so I played it cool and made conversation, the older guy said they dont accept returns but since it was the same day he would do it, I think his name is Jose, what a rip off double the money no way I will be back there ever and word of mouth can be good or horrible for a bussines why take advantage of people in need? Specially in these horrible times we are living but remember what goes around comes around.

Don’t try and call to make sure they have what you need before you drive over there. They will tell you they have it when they don’t. Save yourself the trouble and just go see Pat at American AC just around the corner first
Im really disappointed with this place manager he is really disrespectful unprofessionally, i was at that place lastSaturday looking for a a/c dripping panFirst place he not even said hi or anythingHe looks like his mad when customer come to his store i asked him for 31×31driping pan and right away yelling on my face said i dont have with out checking and he keep yelling and said come back on Monday and over and over i will never come back to that place, if i can give 0 star i will.
