Thank you Transtar for being most helpful for me today. I had a long hot night with no A/C; woke up early, went to Transtar, they had the capacitor and the fan motor I needed. Saved myself a lot of money. The staff at Transtar were extremely knowledgeable and quite professional. I highly recommend Transtar for any A/C and heating needs.

I went there today and person at the counter was very knowledgeable on the service they were providing. Ive been to other places where they treat you like cattle. Transtar is number one on my list for customer service. I will definitely be back!

They don’t tell you about there final Sale on blower Motor they wait tell payment and put it on your invoice paper they hand you

Do not buy anything for here if you may need to return it. I was told they aren’t accepting any returns “until Covid is over.” Over? WTH? Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Terrible customer service. its 5:05 and they are stuck on the 5 O Clock rule even though all the workers are still in the store.

I left my credit card behind and didnt know it till the next day . they save it for me and I picked it upthank you Transtar
