The counter help is very personable. They have a great selection of product. And they have a custom fit board person in the back so you can have your duct board precut for your project, very handy.

I am not a licensed AC technician. But I still know how to fix my own AC. My father did it for many years, and taught me how to do it. I know they cant sell freon to me, but simple things like a contactor shouldnt be a big deal. But they wouldnt sell to me. Not useful for me.
