Horrible customer service. They dont even acknolwedge your existence. The big guy behind the register went out of his way to not make eye contact with me when I walked up to the counter, or not even a hello, well be with you in a minute. Horrible!

Arrived that night before my appointment and just staged off to the side of the driveway until the next morning. Appointment was at 9 but they started unloading me around 8. Took them about half hour to unload. Unloader was super cool.

Truck drivers avoid, very bad delivery experience. Got here 20 minutes before appointment. Took almost an hour and a half to get started (all docks empty and no trucks in or out). After 2 hours my company was asking me what was going on, so I politely asked how long it would take. Was told with many not so polite words unloading takes up to 4 hours and to leave them alone. My company are a major carrier for Rheem A/C and they are now declining all loads to this location.

Everybody here always provides great service but Ive got to say Richard is my favorite he is very knowledgable and always willing to help me any way he can that is why Century is my go to ac supply dealer
