Today I went into this business and needed an a/c capacitor. the salesman explained that they only do wholesale business, but he reached behind and got a card for another shop and explained they sale to the public and could help me, he also gave me another business but said that business might not have the correct part I needed. I must admit that he was very kind, and was impressed how he had helped me. I was able to get the part we needed. Now that is what I call excellent service from both shops

The call rep pushed me back into the que at 4:50pm when I getting my unit info. I asked to wait however, 30secs was way too long. The store closes at 5. The rep was trying to get off early which I understood by their tone, language and in ability to allow me to open up my notebook and read the model number.What high standards? I have little confidence that leadership has an influence on their employees. The impatience is understandable, but allowing that emotion to dictate your behavior is unprofessional. Standards should be set and held. Management might lack the skills, training, etc, to enforce the guidelines setFor their employees.The call reps actions are not a reflection of themselves- but show the culture that the administrators think is acceptable.. How is this the companys behavior? Your employees lack guidance.
Donna was extremely helpful. Called for a warranty oem fan motor and she was very polite and professional. Afterwards I had a little trouble getting the fan motor out and ended up being 15 minutes away at closing time. I called Donna and explained my situation and she was nice enough to wait for me to get the motor. Will definitely come to this location again.
Had a bad experience with Epharim. He was rude and unwilling to help. Lost 1 hour of my time with him and in the end he send me away to go to another place to buy the part I knew they had cause we had called ahead. I asked for the manager and she was nice and helped me and got me out of there in about 15 min. That is the only reason Im giving 2 stars because of Donna. She apologized but unfortunately damage done. What made me even more frustrated was that when she was trying to help me he was calling her on the line from a different phone trying to convince her not to sell me the part. Our business does work for a large multifamily residential company that has several properties throughout Houston area and all he needed to do is pick up phone and verify and he wouldnt. I dont understand if they are in the business to sell why are they refusing customers or unwilling to provide good customer service.

Friendly staff and very reasonably priced parts. I was price watching other stores and the prices on the items I wanted were 4 times less here! I am not a licenced anything and they sold me the parts. Im guessing it all depends on what youre trying to buy, ie chemicals vs pvc joints.
Super slow supply house, ac guys work in attics so unlike your warehouse workers they dont like waiting around. Buying a roll of silver tape is like financing a mortgage. Update- now that Ive made a bad review they restricted my account lol, best restriction Ive had
Wont sell to you unless youre in the business. No laws prevent laypersons from buying the parts. It just their policy. A discriminatory and bogus policy. Go elsewhere. Other supply places use common sense and sell to capable grown adults.
Spend 20 minutes driving over here to get at air filter, after I called, asked if they were in stock, and got a price. After I show up, I stand there for 15 to 20 minutes after one guy goes and looks and cant find it. Sends the 2nd guy he cant find it and then they tell me they dont have any stock. Wont ever be coming back here.
I was unable to purchase the electrical item I needed there because I did not have a commercial account. The people there were still very friendly and gave me the name of a location who could me the part I needed. Highly reccommended.
