Always knowledgeable and friendly staff from the very first time I ever walked in the door. The staff isnt rude like the competition was, they dont ignore walk-ins, the competition does, dont have problems answering questions for someone who wasnt sure what had to be done in a certain situation, the competition didnt even begin to try to find an answer.This crew knows their customers and they never seem to let the fact that they are the best at what they do go to their heads. Keep it up because of your attention to service and your knowledge of your product youre going to be around long after the competition isnt.

William at century a/c is awesome. I had a problem with an a/c for a computer server and he went above and beyond to help me, also William helped me on my second trip back to the store. William did an excellent job of customer service and helped me get my equipment ordered and followed up with me when it was available.Other people dropped the ball but he saved the day for us and our customer.

Giovanna answered the phone with such vigor and positivity, the excitement was pouring out of my speaker. When I arrived I found the rare parts I needed were waiting for me at the counter. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

This location knows there stuff. Hard to get great knowledgeable service these days from a supplier that is also kind and welcoming. Will definitely return to this store for all future needs.
