Century AC Supply

Recently saw an exchange on FB from an employee of this business. Extremely offensive homophobic comments. Think twice about doing business with an employee here. To the owners, do better.

I had purchased a York heat pump from the Internet that from an Internet dealership that had acquired the heat pump from Century AC Supply ( Parent company Johnson Controls has since ended any selling of their home product line on the Internet. ) I had followed the documented process and filled out all the required registration. I had documentation *from York* that showed the unit was well within a 5 year warranty. Within the first year of operation, the low pressure sensor failed under warranty. I had 3 different places inform me that because I had acquired over the Internet, they were under -no- obligation to service the warranty. UNTIL some kind-hearted CSR at Centry AC Supply appreciated my plight, knew how the HVAC business worked, and found me a legitimate path forward. I cannot say enough good things about the employees that work at this company. They treat people like they would want to be treated. I respect their website values. Next time I have an HVAC need, it may be worth the out-of-state trip just to do business with the good people of Century AC Supply.

As always, the tech support team helped me out of a pinch. Matt and Bruce are always attentive to my questions and never make me feel dumb when I know the answer should be obvious. Its because of good support from the technical support team and the customer service I receive from Donna and her staff over at the Barker Cypress store that I sell RUUD equipment.

I brought a Honeywell Thermostat in this place abd just work good for 1 month after that stopped working I take the Thermostat to the place and ask for money back or change,but they said they cant do anything because tgat doesnt have warranty just because I dont have account with them but when they sells dont ask for nothing just take your money, if they told me that before to buy for sure I not buy the ThermostatSo no money back and frustration that was more than $200 they need to be honest with the customer

Try to buy an ac capacitor locally to save the two day shipping time from online store. Century ac refused to sell any electronic part to individual without an account with them. The cashier was very friendly and gave me an alternative local retailer that cost 50% more than Amazon. I give the part store one star for the nice cashier.

Great place to buy your supplies! Mike was great on phone and when I got there, Juan was very helpful. I will be going here from now on.

Much delay in unloading, I checked at 7am and they had only one truck, they finally finished at 12pm because there were 0 slices, stars, the driving hours were up, the other load was lost, Ill leave them there to get sick , thank you
