I was startled awake this morning with what could only be classified as expensive sounds coming from my heater then a sudden stop which is never a good sign.I took a look and found that the inducers blower fan had completely distorted to the point that it was jammed against the external housing.I did some research and got Southwest ACs phone number and gave them a call. I spoke to one of their agents who worked with me over the call to identify a replacement inducer assembly for a good price and off I went.I was greeted by David and he not only had the inducer ready, but also the gaskets needed and gave me installation advice. The entire experience was amazing and I am really appreciative of Davids knowledge and expertise.I just got the inducer installed and our furnace lives again! I will definitely be back in case I am in need of more parts and equipment. This place is wonderful and they have a lot of neat tools.Thank you so much David and Southwest AC supply for making this emergency into a minor inconvenience instead of the disaster it could have been!

Southwest ac supply has some of the best pricing in the city of Houston. I spent 2 weeks buying and comparing prices all over the city at different suppliers. For example today I purchased a circuit board for $220. The competition has the same exact circuit board for $320. Well worth the savings in my opinion. They are also very helpful in helping you find the correct part that you need. Been shopping for hvac parts here since 2007

Just called to find out if the USA MARS capacitors I needed were in stock for our ac units at our martial arts center. The employee that answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. I sent my wife to pick up the parts on the way home from work since she is in the area. The employee was super helpful and gave her a great price. At least $25 cheaper than I paid at one of their competitors and it was a Chinese part, not a US MARS part that are better. Couldnt recommend this place more!!!

Excellent store, we can find spare parts, tools, accessories, Freon gas among others, friendliness, good service and good prices.

An excellent store. The truth is that for the first time I was buying some return vents for commercial air conditioning. According to me, it was one of the simple ones, one of the flat ones, but no. So I canceled the first ones that I needed and they gave me the standard ones at my request. The funny thing was that they did what I requested and in the end, I want to think it was the manager who seriously told me: Youre wrong, you needed the first ones to pay us. Ha ha ha. Indeed, the gentleman was absolutely right. So I think it is an excellent store, despite my ignorance they guided me to get the best option. Without a doubt, I recommend them. They have to come to this business.

In that store they only sell to people who have an account with eyos

Very expensive apart from. That one of the sellers told me that with 45 dollars that a filter cost I would use them in (jack in the box.) They would sell me the filter for $69dls. And in another store close to them $45
