Patrick was so incredibly helpful. Saved us hundreds of dollars in parts and troubleshooting for our furnace. He knew exactly what the problem was and helped us get it fired up in a matter of minutes. Really went above and beyond when he didn’t have to.

Patrick is Awsome! Our heater went out during the freeze, and when I found out the problem I called American AC Supply. I didnt really expect anyone to answer because the entire city was closed down. To my amazement Patrick answered the phone. I asked him if he was open and he said no but he was up there briefly helping another customer. He asked me what I needed and when I told him he said come on I will wait for you. This is incredible customer service that is hard to find nowadays. He told me that he always answers the phone even if he is not open because he might be able to help someone simply by answering a question. I very highly recommend Patrick and American AC Supply for all of your AC and Heating needs.

This place has saved my A$$ twice this summer and Prakash (AKA) Patrick is the most down to earth and knowledgeable person when it comes to telling you how to fix and get your AC up and running. Just go in and tell him your problem and he will show/tell you how to fix it. Thanks again for the advice today when I purchased my AC condensor fan motor! Would give 10 stars if I could.

My capacitor blew up! I found the part online but needed it ASAP, thats when I found this place. Patrick was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service!! I highly recommend this place.

Owner very helpful in finding the correct capacitor for my unit. Saved me hundreds in repairs. He even stopped me from buying an unnecessary one. He could have easily taken the extra sale but focused on my needs instead. Very nice and took the time to answer all my questions. If in spring cypress area this is the place to go for AC replacement parts.

I never like having to get A/C repair parts, but Patrick goes out of his way to make sure you get what is going to work best and that you know what youre doing as a DIY installer. American A/C Supply is my first choice in getting anything HVAC equipment related. Their level of customer service is what every small business should strive for.

‘Pat’ is absolutely top notch. I came in as a DIY’r to replace a failed motor on a squirrel cage assembly. Not only did he have the parts I needed, but he went above and beyond and had his guys remove the old motor and fan blade and replace it for me. This took a good amount of effort and time, as the motor shaft was really stubborn to let loose from the fan blade. I went home, put the new part in, and family was happy with cool air on a hot Texas night. I’ll be coming back for all my AC needs.

Prakash Khetpal and staff always go to high extremes to help me with situations since I am a new tech . Walked me thru a lot of situations over the phone as well as make things understandable to me on how to repair in store. Thanks a lot American ac supply for always being helpful and for always having everything in stock that I needed.

Daughters furnace stopped working and trouble shot it down to the circuit board. Stopped by the store and the owner, Pat helped me. Gave him the part number and he came back with a new furnace control board. He explained to me that it was a universal one and where to install jumpers for a Trane installation. He was very knowledgeable and nice. The price was great.Swapped out the units and the furnace is working great. I will definitely be going back.

I called at 5:06 pm today, needing a capacitor for my upstairs A/C unit blower motor, knowing American A/C supply had likely just closed up at 5:00. Mr. Khetpal Patrick answered the phone. I let him know what I needed, and that I was probably 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic. He told me to come on over and that he would wait for me. I was able to pick up a new capacitor and replace it as soon as I got back home. Mr. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating even though it took me almost 35 minutes to actually get there. The price was very much on point as well! As a sales professional, I can certainly appreciate excellent customer service! My family certainly appreciated it as well, considering it was in the low 90’s this afternoon, and we did not have to wait until the morning to get the part!

Beyond wonderful customer service! We showed up as they were locking the door and they insisted on opening the doors back up for us! We had been to three different stores and received little assistance with trying to find what we needed. Not only did he open the store back up - but went out of his way to help us get we needed! Needed a capacitor that other places were out of. Called American A/C Supply and the owner told me that they were closed for Labor Day but that he would be going to the store for a little while. During the storm Nicholas, we lost our A/C due to a capacitor and was in need of a quick replacement. Every place was a delivery in 3 days but this awesome place was willing to wait for us to pick up in store when they were going to shut down early due to the storm.Wonderful service, and quick. The reviews are real, I had gone to carrier supply for a capacitor and they wouldnt sell me anything cause I wasnt an electrician or had a company or an account with them, Im a DIYer and saw the other reviews left. Guy who seemed like the owner helped me out getting the right replacement motor and mentioning the cable color changes, and answered any questions I had, fixed my a/c. Couldnt be happier.

Honest. Good parts at a good price. Gives helpful advice and will help you find an honest technician to diagnose and repair you system if needed. Did I mention honest, affordable, and helpful! It is worth waiting patiently in person or on hold because these people will guide you in the right direction.

Went in for a capacitor. Returned home and determined I needed a motor too. Showed back up, was remembered for the capacitor. Got my motor quickly and was on my way. I have been a DIY customer of theirs for years and will continue to be.

This place is an absolute lifesaver.... especially when your ac just ups and quits on you in 100 degree heat. Twice now Ive used American AC supply once was for a capacitor that went out on a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend, they met me at shop and opened up for one capacitor, how good is that.Today it was my 15 yr old fan motor that seized up took the specs down and came out with a new motor.Ive never had any problems with this shop and its definitely my goto place for ac parts.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and if you get into a jam you can call them for help on the parts you bought. They can also tell what part you need by looking at pictures on your iPhone. Be sure to get as much detail as possible.

It was more than a hundred degrees outside and the ac broke. i called. store is closed sundays but he made an exception in my case and came in around lunch. not saying you should come on a sunday but if you call he just might oblige. anyways, he came in and sold me the part. small thing but a huge relief for the family. thank you

Great place... great service the owner even on a Sunday went out of his way to come to the shop and help us with a part we needed for our AC unit I highly recommend American Ac supply to everyone.

Ive past this place dozens of times, but when I needed a certain part for my ac they new exactly what I needed and even went over how to wire it up. Ive gone into the big places and werent treated this well.
