Shout out to Elmer for the great communication, his level of transparency when addressing my questions about pricing, and for the service he provided my vehicle. 2017 SUV was leaking coolant so I had to get the following things done (see photo of receipt for cost of service). Spent a little over $1,500. A bit pricey, but the communication from the staff members was top tier and the location of the shop was practically walking distance from my home. Also, I love that they don’t push or try to “force” their customers to get extra work done on their vehicles. I feel like many other mechanic shops do this. It feels like the workers of this auto shop genuinely care about their customers, inform them on the overall “health” of their vehicle, kindly make their recommendations, and leave all service decisions up to the customers without the salesperson pressure. For these reasons, I wouldn’t mind going back if I needed to get anything else done to my car.

Tony and his team have worked on many of our vehicles for many years. His work is thorough, professional, and priced fairly. He’s no nonsense, and will shoot you straight. It’s rare today to find a reliable and honest car shop. Here’s one you can trust.

By far the most honest auto repair company ever. Since my dad has recommended them, they have been my go to for oil changes and inspections. Luckily my car hasn’t had any serious problem but I wouldn’t hesitate for a second bringing my car here if it did.

My car was vandalized and they tried to take my bumper off. I was running late for dropping off kids and work. The level of aggravation and disappointment in humanity was at an all time low. I was not even able to drive down the road.The gentleman working showed me so much patience and kindness that it restored some hope in our society. I would recommend this repair shop because they car about people and your car. They helped me get back on the road so I could take care of my family. Thank you guys so much for your help and time. My experience was great ! Elmer provided excellent service . I walked in at 4:59 PM and walked out at 5:00 PM He was very knowledgeable would definitely recommend going there for services!

Very honest Company, the dealer was trying to get me to do services that I didn’t need on a new car with only 24,000 miles. I always keep up with the basic maintenance oil change etc. but after calling here the tech explain to me in detail what was really needed and at what time. Just because the dealer tells you it needs something don’t always take their word for it. This is the only place I will take my vehicles too and their prices are reasonable. This is a Professional, quality shop with honest technicians. I would vouch for this shop any day! I took a picture of my cars that this shop has worked on since I bought them. My work 2018 truck (starter, Throttlebody replacement, brakes, rotors, and fluids). 2019 Subaru Ascent (Maintenance and fluids so far).

The only place I trust handling my familys vehicles. Turnaround is always consistently quick and they DONT TRY TO UPSELL YOU which can be a huge turn-off for people who dont know their way around automobiles.Only downsides are the operating hours. Wish they were open on weekends.That said, this place keeps my business.10/10

Im slow to get attached to mechanics/shops because of some past experiences with trust issues. So far, since I moved to the area this is the second one Ive tried. Ive been here a few times with different vehicles - long story short, we are in the beginning of what seems to be a good relationship. 😁🇺🇲🙏🏽👌

I like the owner. Polite and tentative. Ive went 3 times. For an inspection it was fast, around twenty minutes.

Every time I come to get an alignment they make so many excuses on why there not looking at the car and it has new parts to start with and there very overpriced on everything even just looking at a car it’s frustrating that this place is closest to me just say your not trying to get paid instead of waisting people’s time.

Theres not to many auto repair places I will vouch for, but I love this place. This has been my go to for many years, for several different cars. The prices arent outrageous, I always feel theyre honest and customer service is terrific.

Dont go there!!!! Went to get a simple cooling service, came out with a leaking radiator and was told $1,400 to replace it like if it was nothing. Still got charged for the cooling service even though it was leaking all over and the service was pretty much pointless.Quick background on my truck 2017 Ram 2500 6.7Cummins. Truck has 170,000 highway miles. I use the truck for hotshot with a 40 gooseneck trailer so its ran pretty hard. It never had a cooling service done to it since it never gave me any issues but due to the mileage I said might as well.So I was told it had a small leak on the bottom center of radiator when was giving my keys back after service done to it. Technician said he seen the leak when got it up on lift before performing service. Asked him about getting it fixed and he said it couldnt be fixed, it would have to be replaced and to bring it back when I was ready to do it.Brought it back to complain after it was leaking all over at gas station down the road while fueling. Owner said to bring it back Monday since they were closing down already but he did take a quick look at the intense leak but wanted to get it up on the lift Monday morning.Coolant leaked all weekend on my driveway. Monday morning came and truck had lost almost all coolant as dash alerted when I turned on, showed up to shop like that so they can see it wasnt no small leak. They took a look at it on the lift somehow it wasnt leaking any more when they called me to look at it on lift but they advised me to replace it and that there was no way they could have been at fault. They advised me to take it to a diesel mechanic to have them work on it. So now Im out a radiator tanks to Wallisville Auto Repair. Simple $90service turned out to be a $1400 job the truck needs done now. This shop gives mechanics a bad name, the old hustle mechanic SCAMS.

This place is really cool prices are very reasonable. The mechanic that helped me out name is Elmer he was very respectful and helpful couldn’t ask for a better place to go.

Terrible customer service and zero pride in their work.Waste of time and won’t be returning.Update: The older mechanic failed my inspection due to “dark tint”. That’s an incorrect statement because the car was purchased from BMW and I’ve had zero issues the last 2 years getting the inspection done. The mechanic is using uncalibrated tools which is causing delays in customers days. But like the guy said, it ain’t his problem. After leaving frustrated I went right up the road to Take 5 oil change and that Team had me out in 10 minutes with zero negativity.

Took my mom’s car here, she was having AC issues. They told us that the “entire AC was out and priced her almost 3,000 dollars. She obviously could not afford that, so she took it to Firestone where they had a promotion for a 10$ ac evaluation, turns out none of what wallisville auto told us was wrong was actually out, there was just a VERY slow freon leak, Firestone fixed it AND gave us a new tire for 300 dollars. Now maybe they were just wrong about the issue, but it definitely seems like they were just trying to take advantage of a woman who doesn’t know any better.

Have been bringing my vehicles here since 2005. Tony always provides a quote, never adds on to his quote, and, provides the correct diagnostics on the vehicle. I trust him & his crew to do a outstanding job every time. They havent failed me!

Yall Ive been coming here since Ive had my first car ever a 2002 Olds Mobile a true clunker! Now I finally got nice one after years of them telling me my other car needed a lot of work I was more than happy to bring my new car here and let them take care of my baby.. Everyone is so sweet especially the sweet lady who usually works the front desk God bless.

Cheap prices but the guy over the phone was so nasty. Of course I am not a mechanic I just know what I was told. So I do not know exactly what’s wrong under the hood. Got a quote and decided not to do business with them

This place is garbage! I came here several times in the past and each time they have either misdiagnosed the problem, tried to upsell me or have not done the job adequately. I had given them every opportunity to sustain a loyal customer, since they were the closest auto repair shop to my house. However, their ineptness to do the job has earned my distrust. They seem to be very nice people and very friendly but that doesnt repair my automobile...

I agree with the upselling statment someone else stated on here. I took my truck in because the a/c stopped blowing about 6 months ago. It cost 20 dollars to check what was wrong and they came back and told me it was the blower and the pig tail all had melted and would costs about $280 to fix. I saved up money to get the work done and went back today to get it done and was told the part I need is no longer available at all to purchase for a 2010 Chevy colorado which I thought was weird because I had been pricing the parts and had no trouble pricing them online. He said they could rig something up but would cost another 80 dollars or so for the time. I told him I only brought the 280 they told me before and he said well sorry we couldnt help you. I went to three other shops for a second opinion and no-one could get to me today so out of frustration I went to Oreillys and sat in the parking lot and looked at a video of where the pig tail and blower was thinking Id just fix it my damn self. I got under the glove box and wiggled a couple of wires and my A/C turned on again. All in all 6 months with no A/C in the hottest months of the year because they were trying to make money and not just do a honest days work. They could have wiggled it the first time I took it in or just told me to instead of giving false information. I will not return here and strongly suggest getting a second opinion before getting work done here if you do decide to go. If I had just let them Rig something up or had the money to fix it when i first brought my car in i would have spent over 300 dollars for them to wiggle a wire back in place. This is my first experience with a dishonest mechanic but I will be sure to always get second opinions going forward

Had 2 different mechanics diagnose my A/C problem. The first one quoted me way too much and the 2nd one wouldnt do it because he was honest and said he didnt want to take the dash apart because hes not good with interior on foreign cars and didnt want to cause damage. I go to these guys to get a quote on the job and was talked to like i was an idiot. Told me it might be something else....fair enough. How much to do the job Im asking about? No straight answer. I know cars but i work offshore so my time is limited and i dont have the tools needed to do this particular job. They pretty much told me it was going to be over $1,000, but i cant give you an estimate because i dont know whats wrong with it.. I just told you what i wanted done. Doesnt matter whats wrong with it. I asjed fir a specific part changed and asked for a price. Real condescending when speaking to me and was talking to me in front of other customers like i was a child. 38 years old but it took everything in me to remember that and not go off on these guys. Laughing at customers? Youre in the wrong part of town to be talking to people like that. Avoid these scammers at all cost.

We have been going to Wallisville Auto since the mid 90s and have always had our cars taken care of at a fair price. They only tell you to fix things if they need to be fixed or if it can wait they will tell you you can wait for xamount of time.

I went in to get an alignment and have my steering wheel straightened. However, I was told that it was not possible and that I needed to replace my pitmans arm. I went to another shop and had my truck aligned and the steering wheel fixed with no extra work or money. Either they tried to screw me or the guy at the front desk doesnt know what hes talking about.

Usually go to Firestone for anything mechanical. But they were too busy to get me in and out. I saw down the road that the wallisville auto shop also did oil changes and inspections. I was relieved on how friendly and fast they treat customers. Defiantly will come back

The wait was only 10 minutes. The inspection was also about 15 minutes. Great job.

As far as auto repair shops these guys dont scam you Everytime I went here for anything they have always been straight up the prices are a little high for my taste but I have seen a lot higher. I will keep going to this shop

My car inspection barely took 10 minutes, the staff was very pleasant and nice.

This place is located on Wallisville & Uvalde rd. Houston TX I love this place to do repairs on our cars,,. Inspection, oil changes, general mechanics, suspensions, alignment and balancing and the prices are affordable...................PS. This place has a very comfortable and clean waiting area and snacks,, happy thanksgiving day,,,,,,,,

It is a car repair shop. I went to this place. In my opinion, what is recommended is to ask how much the labor costs if every dream of the car that buys the parts that you want to put on it stops, because otherwise they come out with the parts not being there.
