My car started shaking and I couldnt go faster than 30mph on Beltway. I searched for the closest car mechanic online and found Rubens Auto. He told me to go get the parts from ORilley across the street and fixed my car within 30 minutes! Thank you so much for saving the day (and my car)!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. first of all, I asked this guy what would be my issue, he says it’s low Freon so he barely fills it up and charges me for the job. I soon told him something isn’t right, then he says there is another problem and I asked him if I could get my money back since it didn’t work but he said no tough luck. DO NOT COME HERE

Reuben replaced the evaporator in my 2010 Ford Escape, which is a large job because the entire dash must be pulled back. He quoted a fair price and did it for exactly that amount. Great service and I have cold air again.

Great service very knowledgeable. Didnt have my ac working for over a year because I was told I had to replace my compressor and a few more things. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and just charged for the freon.

I called first and expressed how I needed an appointment to come in ASAP he squeezed me in towards the end of day and definitely FIXED the issue! Full service repair at a great affordable price! I have no complaints and if I ever need any automotive needs I’ll be returning here also referring friends/family!

Ruben just replace the evaporator on my traverse that was under the dash. This required him to have to take apart the entire dash. He took pictures and showed the areas that were leaking. He was incredibly friendly and the best rate I found in all of Houston. To top it all of he washed the car after working on it. Highly recommend him for your AC needs!

Went in to ask a simple question he was very rude and did even want to look at what was wrong with my car. I do not recommend spending your money with someone that gives you an attitude for asking questions.

New ac condenser replacement. Got my truck in early in the morning had it finished and ready to pick up the same day, at a fraction of the price the dealer quoted me.

The repair was fine but the cashier did not know how to write a receipt for Court. He did not put the name of the business, he did not write Paid and he put the name date in the place of the sales order. When I asked him to spell the name of the company, he said he did not know how to spell and the manager was out at this time.

Ruben is not just an very nice guy, he is also an honest man and he knows what he is doing, he wont charge you for work that has not being done and he wont lie about parts not been installed.

Called to get some information on replacing AC blower motor... guy told me he wasnt sure and by the time I could even ask about stopping by, he hung up on. Horrible customer service so lost my business before they even had it.
