I arrived (towed) late in the day and left my vehicle overnight. They identified my problem quickly next day and called me the estimate which I approved. In a couple of hours, they called it was really to go. Excellent service 👍

Paynes is a nice neighborhood shop. I typically have the annual state inspection done there. It has always been completed quickly. Their office and waiting area are pleasant. I also had a radiator replaced several years ago and remember the price being reasonable.

Had to replace radiator hose, which was factory and it is a 2011 model car. Fair priced and quick. Have been using them as my mechanic for about 6 years. Very happy with all the work theyve done. Highly recommend

I was going out of town and left my Transit van to be worked on. They communicated well and patiently waited a few days until we could arrange a pickup.

They are very courteous and nice people. They are working to repair my 33 year old car, and finding parts has been a challenge. I have confidence they will provide me with the best service possible.

I can not give this company enough praise! Our jeep Cherokee had to have both engine mounts replaced as well the spark plugs. It is running great!Jason and his team were able to get us in ahead of our scheduled appointment, diagnose the issue and have the car back to us in less than 24 hours. They don’t work on cars older than 20 years which is the most ridiculous and pathetic thing I’ve heard and then they reply with bs it wasn’t a random person who worked on it it was a certified mechanic just because I said he was a friend doesn’t mean he’s isn’t qualified don’t just assume things he works at the bmw in midtown so before you assume things gets your facts straight

My dad does business with them for his job. When our 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee gave us problems he immediately knew who to go to from the work he was used of getting from them in his professional setting. They deliver red and we are happy with them as our mechanic.

I have used this shop time and time again, I get what I want done, no worries about adding jobs without notice, I am informed about the recommendation for my vehicle. The company has been good for my 2006, and 2013.

I live on the other side of town however when Im near, I go here for trustworthy service and high quality workmanship. I guess Ive only been a customer for less than 5yrs yet Paynes has never steered me wrong. Jason, Dennis or Framber always communicate clearly and complete the work right the first time! Contrary to other reviews giving Paynes Automotive a low review, I would give it 7 stars if I could. I have been coming to this workshop for more than 10 years, bringing my three cars and 100% of the time, my cars never failed again with the same problem. For example, one of the first repairs done to one of my cars over 10 years ago was the A/C, and after all these years, my car never failed again from that. From the beginning I am always informed what the problem is and the cost for the repairs and what they tell me they are going to charge me, that is exactly what I have to pay. There are no hidden costs. What if its a bit expensive? Well yes, the costs of certain repairs are not cheap, but they will always be lower than what I would pay at any dealership; moreover, there is no price for the courtesy and respect with which Dennis and Jason have always treated me. This workshop is run with honesty, integrity and trustworthiness. And no, I do not receive any kind of commission for giving this review. I am simply a satisfied customer with the work they do in this place.

Had a car issue other companies couldn’t figure out. Got recommended Paynes and it was a great service. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Straight forward and honest. Don’t try to add all these other things on the bill! Fix the problem and keep you informed every step of the way. Car problem was found and immediately repaired. I was reminded, once again, why I return to Paynes automotive. They service both of my cars and, in my opinion, they deserve 20 stars. I had an oil change today, and when I picked up my vehicle, I saw where they had repaired the unit in my car that controls the electrical operation of the windows! It was off track, and I did not ask them to do it, but I am so happy they did! There is a gated run behind PA and Jason is always eager to accommodate my dogs! They can run in a gated area while my car is getting repaired! This is one of many reasons I will continue to support this neighborhood treasure. So glad my neighbor introduced them to me! Haven’t had my AC working for 8 years, took it here a few years ago and paid $2000 for them to ‘fix’ it, didn’t fix it at all, was still only blowing hot air. Just had a random mechanic come look at it today and he fixed it in less than 20 min. There was a piece of burnt plastic blocking the air from entering the compressor or whatever. Charged me $80. This is why I don’t trust big mechanic shops.

The staff was helpful in getting us a tow to the shop by a quality wrecker and were quick to diagnose and fix the problem promptly on the Friday before a holiday weekend. Thanks, Paynes!

Jason at Payne’s Auto took care of a number of repairs needed on my Land Rover. AC was going out and some suspension issues were fixed as well. They have a great, up to date shop and very nice waiting rooms. Great price for the repair, especially versus the dealer prices for the same work. Been back several times for other needs and always treated great. Definitely recommend

I went in because my coolant light came on. When I got there I told them to please check everything. They ran the diagnostic and something came up. Instead of just fixing it they turned the check engine light off and said they want to run it again instead of just correcting what the diagnostic came up with. I went back in 2 weeks later because my check engine light came on again. I had an hour before I had to be at work and they still said they couldnt run the diagnostic and I would have to leave my car there. The only reason Im even giving 2 stars is because they fixed my water pump in a timely manner.

I love the service, especially their honesty. Took my Lexus there for passenger window issue. They diagnosed and told me that it just need to be glued, instead of trying to rip me off with some bs issues. They also changed the starter for my Pathfinder. The price was also reasonable. Will take my cars there next time.

I have never been disappointed with the service at Payne’s Automotive. From speaking with Jason and Dennis on the phone prior to my arrival to the follow-up email describing what work was needed, I was confident that they were taking care of me. Ive had both my vehicles serviced at Paynes. Nice environment. The front desk was friendly, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I love they have a courtesy service to drive you to work or home while your vehicle is being serviced. Their prices are competitive and better than dealer prices for repairs. They are my go to for car and truck service.

My car all of a sudden reduced power. Said traction control needed servicing. This was on Sunday. Fairly early Monday morning I drove it to Payne. It was a slow day for them and they were able to get it fixed same day. I am satisfied with their work.

I had a terrible experience! Ive been looking for a good, reliable mechanic since I moved to the area from out-of-state. I took my car there for an inspection and was told I needed $1,500 in repairs, then they would run the diagnostic again to tell me if it was all fixed. I dont have that kind of money sitting around, so I told him I was at work and needed to talk with my husband and figure it out. We decided that we would get some work done, but couldnt afford it all. I called them back but they told me that they had already moved on for the day to cars that were getting real work done. It was about noon at the time and they werent going to get back to my car before they closed if I wasnt going to just blindly follow their expensive requirements. I told them I would just take my car elsewhere for repairs and they charged me a $99 diagnostic fee because I wasnt completing any work there.I ran my own diagnostics before I went in and told them exactly what I wanted repaired, but it didnt matter. I feel like they trap you by running an expensive test as soon as your car pulls into the garage and if you dont choose to get repairs done through them (because theyre crazy expensive), they basically charge you for nothing.I wasnt going to post anything but I keep getting emails from them asking me to leave feedback. Here you go! If you are wondering how satisfied I am, I was desperate enough after leaving this place that I took my car to the idiots at Firestone and it was actually way better service without any of the crap.

My last visit to Paynes started off great by having the most cheerful tow truck driver I have ever seen, which made it feel a little better that I was about to be car-less for a few days.They fixed the problem with my old car completely. They did not advise any superfluous repairs, and it seems they never do. When they call you with a price, that is THE price- you wont see other fees tacked on after that. They are honest, straightforward, they get the job done, and they seem to genuinely care.They have no competitors as far as Im concerned- this is where you take a car if you want to be treated like a decent human being and pay a reasonable price. I am delighted to see such a high-quality automotive business on my side of town.For as long as I live in Houston, I will not leave my car with anybody else.However, I would advise that you make an appointment, because they are quite busy!

It is really good to find an auto repair shop you can trust. First the appointment scheduling is great. When I arrived, checked in right away. They even offer shuttle service or will call you an Uber.My Elantra was overheating. They found it to be a really simple fix when they could have taken advantage and installed something I didnt need. Only charged for diagnostic. If you are new to Houston or been burned by another repair shop, I highly recommend Paynes.

These guys are better than my dealership! They worked on my 2009 Hummer H3, 2015 Jeep Cherokee, 2015 Ford F150, 2020 Ford F250, and my Chevy box truck. I needed my lifters and rockers changed out on my 2016 Challenger. Jason gave me a fair quote, I hired them, the job was completed early and to my satisfaction. Shop was clean, everyone there was very nice and professional. Great shop, highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Paynes for a very long time. I have never had an issue with the service I received and have always been treated with respect. I am a single working mom and know very little about cars. I depend on Dennis, Jason and the crew to take car of my car. My last repair started when I needed new tires. This is the second set I have gotten from them. I am always crunched for time and hate being ripped off, so I called and asked them to order me a set, so I could avoid wasting my time. They wanted to know what type I wanted. (Yeah, I dont know crap about tires either). So I said The same type you would put on your wifes car. He assured me he understood what I needed. I am not driving a sports car, so I dont need anything special! I just needed a good set are a reasonable price. When the tires were in, they called, we set up an appointment and they gave me a ride home. They called about an hour and a half later and explained that I needed new front break pads. It was going to be about $1000.00 for the tires, installation, alignment, and breaks. That was fine, I understand that breaks need replacing. Could I have had it done cheaper? Probably. Can I spend all my time running around, looking for a deal and maybe getting ripped off...you bet. They ordered me a good set of tires, started the work, saw that I was about to start having an even more expensive problem if I didnt get new break pads, took care of it, in a timely manner and actually saved me money, down the road. Would other mechanics have done the same? Maybe. Some would have just over charged me for the tires, talk me into something I didnt really need or let me drive off with bad breaks. Dennis, Jason and the mechanics at Paynes have earned my trust.

I am so pleased with the work that Paynes Automotive did on my brakes. Prior to coming here, I had another shop change both the front and back brakes, but the brakes began to squeak terribly upon backing up. The other guys said that this was just something that happens with some brake jobs, and that there was no problem. I am glad that I took my car in to the mechanics at Paynes for a second opinion, however. It had been only 2 months, and the brakes were already worn down and in need of repair. Apparently the first shop had used low-quality products that didnt last. Paynes fixed me up right, and it is now a pleasure driving my car again!

They were able to solve an issue Northwest Dodge Jeep was not able to solve on my Jeep (pulling on the right) in less than a day and for a perfectly decent price.The front desk person (Steve) was welcoming, smiling, polite. Jason, the General Manager accepted to stay few minutes after six oclock so I could get my car back for the weekend.I dont know what else I could ask for...They just win my business!

A very professional local garage. They aim for honesty and lasting relationships...they do a good job at explaining what needs to be done and why, which helps lessen the blow of unexpected repairs, and provide a shuttle service for your convenience. If you live near Paynes it is a good safe bet for your car needs. They also do inspections, and I recommend them for that over less reputable inspection stations in the area.

I have been a client of Paynes Automotive for nearly a decade if not longer and for 4 different vehicles (Ford Mustang, Expedition, Chevrolet Impala, and a Jeep Grand Cherokee). The service is always done to perfection. As soon as i arrive, Steves there smiling and ready to take your assessment of whats going on with your vehicle.Jason is excellent in explaining whats going on. He and Mr Dennis will call your extended warranty company and they wont allow any work to begin until you are made aware of the full amount down to the penny of what your cost is. If your vehicle will be kept overnight, they let you know before it gets too late in the day in case you need to make plans for a rental.The shuttle service is waiting to take you to work or home even before youve finished laughing with Steve or given him your keys. The mechanics are so cool. I actually laugh, talk, and learn a lot from Armando (hope I spelled his name right). Great upright guy. My experiences with Paynes Automotive have been excellent. They have been fair and honest in my opinion regarding all work and repairs. I prefer Paynes over the dealership for my diesel truck. Timely, friendly and honest.

Great experience. Brought my vehicle in before work and they offered to courtesy shuttle me to work. Performed the service and vehicle inspection in great time. I needed a couple of extra things to pass inspection I thought I might need, but didnt tell them about. They called me and kept me informed during the whole process. Very trust worthy and Ill be bringing my vehicle back to them in the future.

Paynes Automotive is top a notch car repair facility and I would highly recommend them to all. I was skittish about having work done on my truck by someone else other than myself but after my experience I regret not taking it in sooner. After diagnosis and replacement of needed parts, the truck drives like new for a 2002. Paynes closed shop early on that day so they delivered my truck to my work place. This is equivalent to Lexus service in my opinion. Many thanks again.Update February 2020. New problems with an old truck again. They fixed it up and it is driving good once again. The staff and service at Paynes is truly tremendous. They are honest, fair, and upfront with all of their timelines and pricing. Was out of town and the starter went out. An auto place got the car started for me so I could drive it back to Houston. I dropped it off after hours when I got in and I called them the next day and they had already diagnosed it was the starter. They sent me a quote via email and I accepted the quote. It was complete the next day. They came a picked me up. Have never had a problem taking it to Paynes Automotive.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. A month after a costly repair, came back for a check engine light which ended up being a minor issue (old engine, burning oil). No diagnostic charge for the return visit, and threw in a complimentary oil change. I will never take any of my vehicles to any other shop in Houston. You have won my business for life. After performing a diagnostic check of my car, I was emailed the estimate of my repairs. They called Uber to take me back home while they worked on my car because I was in class on line. When my car was ready, another Uber was sent to pick me up. What service ! My car now runs like a brand new car. I’m very happy.

We have been going to Paynes since 2011 and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. First car they kept on the road for us was a 97 Camry. Next came our 2015 Forester. Now that its out of warranty were back and couldnt be happier. Its a relief to be free to seek auto maintenance and repair somewhere other than the dealership. Customer service is the best.

Made appt same morning and showed up 745am...nobody in parkinh lot no customers..guy tells me oil change is 95 bucks..i said really ok ..then he said you have to make appt..i replied i already did..about 630 am this morning..he then said well you cant make appointment on same day....im like wow really...and i just left...if i made appt and no customers here and he says there is only 1 guy here to do oil changes..why was i not served ..i made appt..and aarived 2 hrs later right when you opened......but thanks paynes auto for NOTHING..will take my services else where..seems like with no customers in parking lot i still couldnt get service ...to make a appt for oil change is unheard of ..only takes 20 min when you are not busy to change oil if tht...not 1 single car in the parking lot

Called in to see if they could perform a balance test on my F250. They said they could, 120$ for the diagnostic, fine by me, but when I said I wouldnt be having them perform the service on it, they wanted nothing to do with it, and all but hung up on me. 120$ for an hour of diagnostic work (at most) and no wrench turning? Seems like a good deal to me. Oh well

I have taken all 3 of my vehicles here. They call let you know whats wrong and how much it will be. Cant ask more then that. Just like knowing there not going to BS me or nickel n dime me. The only thing I thought was a little high was the price to replace my engine. Did it myself. But these guys are great group and do all they can to make you want to come back. I am new to the neighborhood and needed some repairs done to my vehicle. I highly recommend Paynes Automotive for your vehicle needs. They are honest, friendly and fast. The office is clean and the staff is wonderful.

Called for an appointment and they tried to charge me $129 for a diagnostics which would be taking a gadget and hooking up to the car. I can understand if they need a fee for diagnostics but $129 is totally outrageous and is an indication of the high price of the mx needed. Bring your car in, they give a high quote and then they still make $129. Rip Off

Mr Jason & staff always take good care of my vehicles when I bring them in. Very respectful, friendly environment. You could wait for your vehicle and enjoy refreshments or have them drop you off with the company vehicle. Also there are a few toys to entertain the little ones if they are with you.

My experience with Payne Automotive was as such. I called them Monday got some info. then took my car in the same day. They ensured me my car would be ready by Tuesday and it was and I got a great warranty

I cant express how happy I am with my experience at Paynes Automotive. I went to Penzoil (near Tidwell and Hollister Rd.) to get an oil change and was basically about to be taken advantage of, the men there tried to charge me $200 to flush my oil and replace it with synthetic oil. They wouldnt listen when I asked them not to start on my vehicle and made me feel very uncomfortable as a woman coming to an establishment alone. Long story short, I went to Paynes Automotive next with no appointment, and right away was greeted with a friendly face, very professional and nice atmosphere (they had hot chocolate, cookies and treats and other drinks) and were way beyond fair with price. I had my 6yr old son with me and he was occupied the entire time with the toys and different books they had in their waiting area. They just earned a customer for life and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for great service, clean & kid friendly atmosphere, and fair prices.

I used to love coming here to get my cars serviced, but in the past few months that Ive been trying to get an appointment I have been unsuccessful, and have had to take my vehicles elsewhere. Appointments cant be set at 4:00 which is pretty early given that I call days in advance. If I was to get my vehicles serviced here I would have to take the day off, which is not feasible for everyday working people. I called again and was rejected an appointment at 4:00 for any day of the week. I will have to take my vehicles to be serviced elsewhere.

I will choose Paynes Automotive over any other service repair center. The price they quote is what you pay and updates are given as need be. Steven who greet you at the front desk is always courteous and professional.

I found myself looking for auto shops close by me a while ago. Came across paynes auto motive, looked through the reviews. Decided to give them a try so I went down their myself. 1st experience, not disappointed. Paynes automotive did a great job, actually fixed a problem a DIFFERENT shop gave me. 2nd experience, same thing. They did a great job, highly satisfied. Ive been screwed over by certified big name auto shops with commercials on TV and everything multiple times... But since Ive started going to paynes auto motive, every time I go to their shop Im never disappointed. Paynes Auto Motive does a great job, prices are fair, and the amount of time they take to do the job and get it done is also great. The mechanics & technicians in the back know what their doing. The gentleman in the front desk is also very helpful, kind, and shows great customer service. I have nothing but positive things to say about Paynes, great shop, highly recommended. You wont regret going to them. This is not a paid review I am a real customer, hardly leave reviews but Paynes never let down so I had to do it. ☆☆☆☆☆

Eh...I went here because they had good reviews so I took my chances to get an inspection done on my car and was told the person who does them was on break. Thats fine and all but I didnt want to wait so I went somewhere else. Other than that I cant say anything negative the place was clean and the guy at the front desk looked friendly.

Historically my family hadnt been one to make use of a professional shop, but my experience here had been a surprisingly pleasant one! Very professional service (cant go wrong with ASE certification) quite friendly and so far all the work Ive had performed on two off my familys vehicles has been solid and on point, I am indeed one happy costumer.

The reason I am giving them a one star review is because of their dishonest business practices. I took my truck in for a diagnosis for $99. I received a call a couple hours later and they told me it was fixed and the total was $270. The diagnosis was a popped fuse going to the AC compressor. I asked him why they didnt call me when they had diagnosed it because I never authorized any repairs. He then told me that they had to evacuate the refrigerant system and recharge it to diagnose it, which is false. So then I asked if after they replaced the fuse ,but before touching the refrigerant, if the compressor started. He said yes. Which means recharging the system was totally unnecessary for diagnosis. I understand that a fuse is a cheap part and I had no problem paying for diagnosis and getting the compressor back up and going but never authorized the additional $160 for refrigerant.I work in the service industry, HVAC, and the second the price goes over the diagnostic amount the customer is notified and repairs are either authorized or not.

Excellent service!! I got my car inspection here at it seriously took like 15 min. Their waiting room is also pretty nice. I’ll definitely come back here for my next car check up.

I had gotten my steering gearbox replaced there 6 months ago. The steering went out last week and I dropped it off the next morning. They had repaired under warranty (due to a cracked housing) before Noon that same day. Its driving like a dreamYou can find places cheaper than Paynes but you get what you pay for.

Jason “the owner “ can’t take criticism on any level. He diagnosed my catalytic converter as cracked .. told me aluminum could not be welded.. it can and the converter is steel btw.. gave me a bid for 1900$ . I took my car for a second opinion. The exhaust pipe was loose and the guys at meineke muffler tapped it back into place for free. He also gave me a bid on fixing my ac system that he no longer will honor because I called him on his misdiagnoses . Way to let your pride destroy your business 🤷‍♂️

I had a flat tire while driving down Bingle and pulled into this business. I planned on calling AAA to tow me to another business (where I have a warranty on my tires). After I pulled in, I approached the guys in the office and they tried helping me by filling my tire (and would not let us pay for this). All I had approached them about was if I could sit and wait for AAA in their parking lot. They also let me use the restroom while waiting, as well as offered me something to drink. Because of this experience, I will be coming to this location in the future to have my car worked on. As a single mom, when you find honest, NICE, people it hits home!! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR YOUR KINDNESS TO ME!

Every thing went as expected. I got a estimated price for a tune up then maded a appointment and dropped my suv off.I received a call when the job was done. The price was the same and the SUV ran great.I would recommend this shop

I dont know who is writing those good reviews, probably the people that work there, but I had the most horrible experience with them.I took my car there to replace brake pads which is an hour or two of work and I even have purchased the brand brake pads myself to be sure that they are going to last but they said they cant provide warranty for customer purchased parts... Fine...- Order parts yourself, I just want them to be original.- Ok, deal.- Whats the warranty?- 24 months.- Ok, deal.- What is it going to cost?- About $225 plus $9 inspection fee.Later in the day I receive a call from one of them stating that parts are not going to be original parts and therefore the warranty is 12 months.I said that this is not what we agreed on and I have the original brake pads so Ill just pick up my car and do it somewhere else. This is the interesting part:- What do you mean you dont wanna do that? 99% of our customers are OK with not a brand parts.- Well, I guess Im that 1% that doesnt want a one fits all brake pads on their Lexus.- And btw you have to pay $99 for inspection.- Hold on, I was told it is $9.- No, the guy that told you that is new.- Im so done talking to you, Im picking up my car, please send a shuttle to pick me up.- The shuttle is not available.My coworker drove me to pick up my car and not only I wasnt going to pay them a penny I will make sure that nobody from my office will ever go there. I had the smallest ever job that needed to be done and not only they acted unprofessional and rude but the guy I talked had the most arrogant attitude Ive ever seen. This business doesnt even deserve a one star, I would put 0 if I could.

I had the worst experience of a lifetime here at Paynes Automotive. A friend referred me to this place and I had my car towed there and 5000.00 and counting my car will never be the same. By the way, after the diagnostic, I was advised Paynes Automotive was unable to repair my car and Paynes Automotive referred me to A Plus Transmission for further diagnostic. I am positive the diagnostic was free due to Paynes Automotive inability to repair my car. I have requested the diagnostic results from Paynes Automotive and until date have not received a written report to determine what were the issues with my automobile. Is there a reason why Paynes Automotive fail to provide the requested information?

The front desk guy was great. I do believe they are skilled mechanics there. The only issue i had was they explained to diagnose the car to figure out what was wrong would cost 99.00 plus tax. I agreed. I get a call four hours later informing me they are done with the diagnostic test, but they did not figure out what was wrong. They explained they had an idea what is wrong with it. They explained to me it would take 2 more hours to figure out what was wrong. He explained they charged 99 dollars an hour. So i would pay 99 multiplied by 2 to figure out the problem. So i agreed. Well the next morning they called me again and told me they figured out the problem. They told me it would cost 802 to fix with the original 2 hours they put in included. They said in total they needed 4 hours to work on it. So i asked how did they come up with the additional 300 dollars they explained that was for the parts. I found the parts online for 160 and under. I called back and let them know they said it was their policy that they cant use a customers parts, which is understandable. Now when the part is double the price it is not understandable. So at this point i cant get my car fixed cause i dont have the money to pay the 802. So they explained they had to put the car back together and they would call me when it is ready. They finally called the same day and i went to pick it up. They gave me a paper with their assessment, but they had me sign some paperwork in a packet. I asked the front desk guy for a copy of all that paperwork. They said it was office use only. I asked why? They didnt give a different reason except office use. I asked why is it office use and why cant i have a copy. Then the guy got an attitude with me and said its office use. So my experience was not good. I paid 334 dollars just to figure out what was wrong with my car and be told i can not have all the paperwork they had about my car. I feel like i got ripped off only because i paid 33r and didnt solve any issues all i did was over pay for a diagnostic test which was suppose to be 99 plus tax. Instead they called me back and let me they couldnt figure it out and needed more time. My experience was horrible i will not be returning to this place.

I went here for an inspection sticker one day and my car was taken care of right away. I walked to my house and back, but when I got there I realized I forgot my keys. Luckily they have a van ready to give you a ride if that happens. I highly recomend this place.

I walked in to ask about a tune-up on my truck.. The gentleman sitting at the desk turned his nose up at me like he didnt have time for my Petty amount of work! Didnt get a friendly vibe at all from this place! Even if you quoted me an extremely low price I would not have let them work on my truck! But the price he quoted me was extremely high!

Finally a competent AND honest car repair shop! A week prior to taking my car to Paynes, I had a checkup performed at the local Kwik-Kar while getting an oil change and was told that I had only 10% left on my brake pads and thus desperately needed to replace them asap. That sounded odd to me since I remembered replacing them 12-18 months ago, so I took my car to Paynes for a second opinion (Paynes came highly recommended from several longtime Houstonians).Paynes called BS on Kwik-Kar and confirmed that around 75% of the padding remained, and that they looked brand new!Finding a car shop that is competent and trustworthy is tough, but Paynes seems to be both. My wife and I always take our cars to Paynes first.

I kept coming in for my wheel. They said it was the rim. Then they replaced the rotor. Then they said my car was so bad they didnt want to work on it with all the other issues. Come to find out from Nline, its the trail arms being lose causing the other problems with my wheel.
