These guys are only for tires. Nothing else. Great customer service up front but tires only. Not even brakes.. Mega tire.. not mega brakes... tuneup.. oil change.. tires. Did I say tired only? Ok I did.. tires

Took my car in to have CV joints repaired. They did an awesome job as usual. I have been dealing with them for years. They are very nice and courteous. The manager (Alex) there is awesome . I definitely recommend them. They do a great job.

I highly recommend this repair shop for all of your mechanical needs. This was my second visit within 3 years and the customer service, hospitality, cost and quality of service was still great! I will return.

These guys left the bolts loose on my transmission pan so my fluid drained out now my shift solenoid is bad. Lucky I can fix it myself this time.Cranked my oil plug down so tight that it deformed the metal gasket also.

Wonderful experience! Went here to get my brakes fixed, they also rotated my tires and charged my battery while my car was there. Fast work when i came.. My brakes feel great now, and the price was reasonable :) Would recommend to my friends and family

They stole brand new parts I brought for them to do my car tune up and put faulty ones on. I would not suggest this place. I receive confirmation of what they did by visiting another auto mechanice to confirm this.

They didnt do a good job on my car and when i took it back to address the problem they pretend nothing was wrong. Never again I will give them my service.

This is a good place to take your vehicle. I like the quick service and wonderful staff as well. Alec provided the solution when other mechanics couldnt figure out the problem and that is a plus for me.

I was on the move and out of nowhere, one of my front tires went flat, I checked online and found this tire shop was the closest to where I was at, drove in here & decided to change the front 2 tires. I was in and out within 40mins. The Hispanic guy that handled the repair was very fast. When I came in, there were 2 people ahead of me but I was amazed at how quick he got to mine and finished up within a record time. Quality tires too, theyre as good as new. Very reasonable prices, Ill be back!

My daughter went to these guys for an alignment and rotate tires everything was great was very happy with the work they had done. 3 days later my daughter hears a noise from her car so her boyfriend checks it out for her only to discover that all the lug nuts on both back tires are loose and 1 lug nut never got put back on. Do the 2 back tires were about to fall off. Thank god we fixed it before that happened cause it could have Seriously hurt her or someone else would not recommend these people to anyone

Hubby initially found these.guys and.had.th to work on car...it was running hot. They fixed fans, etc...$1700. I thought was pretty pricey...but its a Lexus...so I guess. I just needed my vehicle running and hubby had the coins. From 4/1 to now...car is running hot again. Go up there today, only to be told the engine needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Im dont know why that wasnt detected back in April...if there was engine issues then.Anywho....estimate is $3 grand plus....NOT!!!

Used their mechanics a couple of times for my mother in laws car. they had no problem letting me leave the lot with a problem that didnt exist when i pulled in. they rely heavily on diagnostic computers without any real know how it seems. the manager put the blame on me for bringing in my own part. the tech took it upon himself to replace a part with a used part he had lying around without telling me. these guys should stick to tires i guess. STAY AWAY!

Fraud alert‼️ I went to this company 2 weeks ago to get a estimate on some front struts on my Cadillac Escalade And the guy that helped to gave me a print out of the cost of each Strut and the parts number of the Struts in question. I was told that the Struts were $900.90 a peace. I thanked him and went home a did my own research with the same parts number. And the most expensive ones Ive found were $485.00 at the Cadillac Dealership. Thats over a 100% markup. This place is a TOTAL RIPOFF.Avoid at all cost😡🤬

They alingned my truck and when I drove it out the same day I noticed it was going to the right. Too late to take it back cause it was late in the day. When I returned several days later they told me that some suspension parts needed to be replaced when they should of told me that before alingning it. If I replace the parts there going to charge again to realign it. Person at counter very unprofessional didnt seem to care and did not have a explanation on why they didnt tell me about the parts that needed to be replaced before the alingment. I do not recommend them to anyone

Not a good place they tried to get me to spend over 300.00for something that only cost 150.00 please read up on your car or truck of the check engine light come on like my truck just go to a auto part store and they will scan it for free! so that way you can know what part you need if any .Next look up repair on your problem by Google or u-tube that way you have some knowledge of the problem and that way they cant rip you off‼️again dont do business with these people unless you really have to have too ‼️😒

RUN, ABORT MISSION, & MAKE A U - TURN. I highly DO NOT recommend using this “mechanic shop.” Where is the option to surpass the star rate?I brought my car over to this place only to have extra problems once I finally retrieved the car. I drop my car off with Mega Tires on 6/11. Initially I did not want to leave my car with them. I am BIG on customer service. If I walk into YOUR establishment, YOU speak! You are the one that may have potential customers. Customers equal’s a paid overhead and a continuation of operating a business.Anyhow, I decided to let them service my car when I should have known that was a sign. My mom and I proceeded to explain the current problem of my vehicle. While explaining, I also stated that the current problem( air isn’t circulating or blowing properly w/ water boiling off/on) is a result of the air door actuator(the actuator door was jammed which use to cause a clicking noise). I explained to the chubby guy who claims he’s the “manager” that the clicking noise had discontinued. The discontinuation of the clicking resulted in the air door stayed stuck. This is what prompted me to bring my car to Mega Tires.Now, the chubby guy at the window tried to tell me what he believes real problem is. I’m looking at him like, “sir, did I not just tell you what’s been going on?” He stated, “because it’s not making the clicking noise he can’t t touch that” I knew that was BS. Moving forward, this same day MegaTires took forever to call and give feedback regarding the diagnostic assessment. I didn’t retrieve my car back until 6/15.The following Tuesday. After picking my car up I started driving, turned on the A/C, and proceeded down the road. The air was blowing cold. By the time I made it to 45 N Freeway & 1960, my air started blowing lukewarm. And by the time I was at the beltway it was blowing out hot air AGAIN! So, initially I didn’t get in a uproar. I thought maybe I should give the car time to register. I couldn’t take it back due to the fact that Mega Tires were closing up shop. The next day on 6/16, I took my 5 year old to sporting practice in Kingwood. My air started blowing lukewarm and wasn’t blowing out the vents properly. We had to ride with the windows down. I knew I had another problem in the making. I didn’t drive my car at all on 6/17. I was scared and planned on taking my car right back to the shop.On 6/18 while driving majority of my service light indicators came on. My C/H gage was jumping out of whack, I started smelling something like burning fluid, heard a popping noise, and my coolant jug was leaking. My car started running hot. I had to pull over and call roadside. Once I called the so called “manager” of the shop and explained to him what has transpired since I retrieved the car he stated “you have to get it over here and we’ll see what’s wrong with it” he then went on to say “he can’t get to it today”….Fast forward… My car did not have these additional problems before bringing my car here. He feels that they are not reliable for my car having these additional problems. I hate the mechanic industry. One of the most easiest ways to con and get over on people. These people at Mega Tires are definitely running a legal “get rich quick scheme.” They have been getting away with doing a poor mechanic work on people cars.Needless to say, we will finish this in small claims court. There’s so much more to the story. I read reviews of similar problems. That’s so unfortunate. For those of you who stated excellent customer service…😒 Where? Anyone can put on a good impression for a moment. Especially to pocket your money, or just to change a tire. I saw right through the manager with that pitiful & nonchalant look on his face.Find another place to get your car serviced. Peace & Blessings.

Terrible. I when in there for an alignment and they told me they couldnt do it because of a ball joint and they were charging me $600 to fix it. I got my car out of there and took it to midas & got my alignment fixed they told no ball joints needed to be fix. Dont go to this place this people are going g to try to get you for your money.

Cheated on the brake pads, they put the worst ones on and they only lasted 1 month and a bit. Today they were trying to tell me what the records were, $750. Better I went somewhere else and the only thing was to change the pads for better quality ones. 👎

They are thieves. Be very careful. I brought my car with a fault to change the spark plugs. I bought the most expensive Bosch brand. The failure continued. They told me it was a coil. We changed it and it improved. In four months I charged a failure and changed all the coils on my own 4 times. The scanner always indicated a cylinder failure but it couldnt be the spark plugs. They had put the best ones that I bought. Finally I went and bought four spark plugs again and personally went to change them. To my surprise and greatest indignation, it did not have the Bosch spark plugs that I bought. They didnt set it up. I had some of the cheapest used spark plugs. Ive been robbed. So ask to personally supervise what they do to their cars and ask them to return the changed parts. Scammers. Going away from the spark plugs they put in me. I still keep them as a bad reminder that you cant trust just anyone with your vehicle. To think that I had already serviced it with them carrying my oil and filter. Im sure they also kept it and put anything on my vehicle.
