The quality of the work was exceptional, and my car has been running better than ever since the service. Their pricing is incredibly fair, and there were no hidden fees—just straightforward, reliable service. The staff is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of their customers.

Well I’m shocked, the first time I got my car fixed here it was great. But this second time, completely different, this time my car needed some heavy work, and I was told it would take four days, those four turned into five, then six, then seven. And on the eight day, I decided to walk in and oddly enough the shop was opened with no one inside or out, and my car, no where. I waited for five minutes and by coincidence the mechanic (Mr. Fernandez) shows up with my car and says it’s ready. Pretty odd isn’t it, he was nervous to the point where he opened the radiator cap on a running vehicle (that’s not something you do) coolant exploded everywhere. And my car issue was not only not fixed, but other issues appeared after, including tampering with my catalyst converter, and an oxygen sensor that now has to be replaced. My check engine light was turned off manually to make it appear that there was no problem.I know this because a few miles after driving the light came back on, and when I used a reader all the above issues popped up on the meter reader. It’s a shame because I’ve actually recommended people to the mechanic Mr. Fernandez and then this happened. My recommendation…. don’t come here, Mr. Fernandez this is unacceptable and I will be not only retracting future recommendations, but consulting with lawyers about how a nearly $800 paid job was not completed.

MR Fernandez and his team very professional guys came in for an AC filter change, which wasn’t changed in a while, he walked me around the car and showed me exactly what was wrong with it, ordered the part which came in five minutes after they order it, got me in and out within 20 minutes. Amazing car mechanic experience at Cardofe Automotive Fernandez was amazing. I went to Precision AutoTune. They were terrible and kept giving me the run around. Just felt like it was a whole scam. But with this company Cardofe Automotive, I felt amazing. He even educated me. Also, took me up to AutoZone to get the parts that I needed. And everything for a great price. He did not feel like a scam at all. He was very welcoming. Amazing atmosphere, shop, everything. Even offered me food if I was hungry, things of that nature. Just an all-around amazing experience. I went here on a Saturday morning. Googling the first shop nearest me and took a chance on them because my car breaks where squeaking and I heardGrinding. Knew it was not right. I changed all four tires at this shop, but afterwards, whenever the vehicle goes above 75MPH, it experiences severe shaking. I believe they didnt balance my vehicle properly. Later, when I went back to the shop, their mechanic told me its because I hadnt done a four-wheel alignment and asked me to pay extra for it. However, I consulted ChatGPT and it told me that if the vehicle shakes severely at high speeds but not at low speeds, its likely not an alignment issue; its probably a problem with dynamic balancing or suspension. Based on this, I chose to trust ChatGPT and had dynamic balancing done at Discount Tire, which indeed resolved the shaking issue. I believe that if the mechanics skills were not the issue, then this is a dishonest auto repair shop.

I called in asking about an alignment and he asked me to come right in. He also gave me estimate before coming. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The customer service was great and his knowledge about my car had me intrigued. The owner graduated from Universal Technical Institute which o happen to be very familiar with. I I will say this I am now a permanent customer

I dont recommend this business. My spouse car is currently at another shop due to his incompetence. We paid him over $800 and the car is still not working properly. He doesnt want to give us a refund. This is bad business. He took advantage of a person who doesnt know much about car. Please dont bring your business to him. Today I had an appointment with Cadofe Mobile Mechanic. I had gone to another mechanic and needed a second opinion about my vehicle. I called and made an appointment. He advised me of prices, and was very professional, and performed the needed diagnostics on my car. He actually was able to turn on My car, which has not been working in over 3 months! He informed me of what was wrong, showed me the codes, and gave me an estimate. He gave me more information that then shop I went to, and the cost was WAYYYY more reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future! He is great!

Today I want to fix the light engine on my Audi Q7 supercharger. The service that was provided to was so helpful and fixed that the car past the inspection.

Had a late night problem starting up my car and called the business close to the closing time. Was looking for a mechanic I could go to on the regular, being I’m new to area, young and my car is getting old and often needs repairing. Find this guy bc of his reviews and let me tell you this is a Very honest worker, wants the best for his customers and keeps his word! Came in with a broken motor fan and bad rotors/breaks, he fixed it up for a great price and was very kind, offered drinks and let me use his WiFi! And to top it off he checked my engine light for me at the end. 10/10 Would recommend !

This man spoke with me Saturday about fixing my oil pan on my car AND SAID HE WOULD COME OUT KNOWING WHAT THE ISSUE IS.. then fast forward to today I call to see if he can still come just to have him tell me the car has to be brought into the shop. I calm then he says he can come out to do a diagnostic test on the car AND THE CAR STILL MIGHT HAVE TO BE TOWED TO SHOP.. but he didnt say any of this on the initial calm on Saturday despite me calling TWICE..
