I love this Mechanic Shop…..By far the best mechanics I’ve ever had working on my 2003 GMC Yukon XL.. the customer service is top tier… there attentive honest and knowledgeable about there work and they will recommend the best option for your vehicle all the time and every time… I just had my A/C, fuel tank and Motor issues fixed with no problems at all. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND I APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Came in for a rear calipers and rotors install and they skipped a very important procedure of bleeding the system after installing the rear calipers on both sides, and it took me a week to figure that out so I had to take it to another shop to get them bled and now they work amazing. imagine if I was someone that knew absolutely nothing about cars and getting into a crash because of poorly installed rear calipers, like seriously at least recommend your customer a bleeding job before letting them have there car back, i was basically driving with front brakes. Also they forgot to put my wheel lock key back in my car which caused my the hassle of making 2 trips to this shop wasting 1/3 of my fuel and messing up my schedule horrible experience.DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I got a recall about my transmission from Ford. I then called to make an appointment to get it fixed. I kid you not the next day my car was undrivable because of the transmission. A tow truck had to pick my car up on the 21st of November and bring it here but I didnt receive my car until the 2nd due to the Holiday. So I go to pick it up and notice a sound but didnt think nothing of it. So as Im driving home before I got to North Fwy my car was literally screaming. I was so scared I had to pull over and switch vehicles with my man so he could drive it home. We didnt touch the car the whole weekend. We waited until today the 5th to bring it back and before we even made it in the driveway they could hear us coming. Needless to say someone just rushed to put the tires back on and caused the rotors to rub. Thanks to Adrian and Ms. Everything was fixed and Im very satisfied. I recommend Alcides to anyone....

Ive had a few cars worked on here and have always been satisfied with the work performed. Everyone was always very courteous, professional and communicative through out the whole repair process. Highly recommend!!

Awesome place to get your car or truck fixed. The most honest shop Ive ever been to and the owner answered every question I had. The shop manager Mr. Harlo walked me step by step what the problem was what it was gonna take to fix it how much it was gonna cost and how long it would take to get it done. Definitely will be back again!

I took my truck to Alcides Auto Repair to have my A/C repaired. They went above and beyond with the communication I knew what what was going on the whole I would definitely recommend for repairs you need!

Call to get update on vehicle and some lady answer and hung up in my face this is what you call customer service

Staff is very rude especially the lady who answers the phone. And barley can speak English.

Very good work and customer service yes I will refer and recommend their services anytime thank you again.
