FINAL UPDATE (1/16/25, 11:44am): Spoke with Scott, Quality Assurance Leader at Village. I am in awe of Village Plumbings professionalism and diligence in handling what was clearly a miscommunication. Scott personally inspected the property & hole in the ceiling, laid out next steps for immediate repair, and continued complimentary maintenance support plan (which I didnt even ask for). The guy clearly cares about his customer satisfaction, and the brand & quality of work behind Village Plumbing.UPDATE (1/15/25, 4:20pm): I called the number as the Message from Owner below indicated, and spoke to team member Jonathan. This gentleman said Ola (customer care rep) elevated the complaint to Matt (Manager), who should be calling me at some point once they have conducted a proper review. Will update review after that occurs.ORIGINAL POST (1/15/25): On 12/17/24, I called Village Plumbing about an issue and potential leak in my tub. They were very responsive and sent a tech to diagnose the issue. The tech, Jeremy, was quick to explain what was needing to be completed, and despite the sticker price of $3,200, I was agreeable and Jeremy finished his work.Upon completion, Jeremy told my tenant someone will be back to fix this [referencing the large hole in the ceiling]. Afterwards, Jeremy called me to review everything that was done, and to verify we were complete. He assured me the job was completely done. I thanked him, and we went our separate ways. At NO POINT did Jeremy indicate that I would need to retain a separate contractor to repair the ceiling...This week (1/14/25), the tenant asked me about the hole in the ceiling, and whether Village Plumbing had been in contact with me to coordinate repairs... I was extremely shocked, and said no. Today 1/15/25, I called Village Plumbing, and the lady I spoke with explained that buried in their contract is a stipulation that for any ancillary work (Drywall included) the expectation is that the customer pay for this.At NO point was this ever disclosed to me. And during the numerous conversations I had with Village, this was never explained. My tenant was misled into believing Village would be back to fix the repair, and I was never told as the homeowner I would need to get this repaired..This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The lack of transparency and communication is concerning and could easily deter customers from returning. The customer service agent I spoke with promised to escalate the issue to the technicians manager, and I am awaiting a response. I will update this review accordingly if the issue is properly resolved.

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan, Allan Meyer, Alan Rodriguez, and Karen while arranging duct cleaning for my parents’ rental property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.Jonathan was the first person I spoke to, and he made the process so easy. Excellent work and a true value. They were professional and efficient and true to their word on pricing. I am also glad I paid for a VIP membership. The discount and the benefits are well worth it.We bought an old house and in the process of putting in a gas stovetop, we found rusted pipes at the connection to our house we had to replace the line from the meter to the house. They completed the work in 3 days and we were only without gas (and hot water) for 2 days.

Quin is a fantastic plumbing technician with Village Plumbing. He really helped us out when we had to replace our water heater and explained everything thoroughly before and after he installed it. He also came to check our plumbing when we had a water leak in our master bath. He’s very knowledgeable and assertive and we could not recommend him more!

Great service, and Roosevelt was so helpful explaining everything to us! We will continue to use Village Plumbing for our routine inspections and any issues. These people are wonderful! I had a clog I fought for a month and they got it fixed. The women on the phone were friendly and helped me understand pricing and scheduling. The tech showed up on time, he was both clean and respectful. He got it fixed quick and explained the issue and how he fixed it. Payment was easy, the whole experience was easy. Price was fair and there is warranty if I need it. Im glad I called em.

Robert Zepeda did a great job on repairing our plumbing. He came very timely to our house, analyzed and explained the situation to me, and made the repairs. I have been using Village for more than 20 years and highly recommend them to everyone in Houston! 5 STARS!

As a first time customer ofVillage Plumbing Air & Electric. Im very impressed with the customer service and technician with there same day service. The technician Eddie Caballero was very friendly and courteous when he arrived at my place. He looked at my old leaking water heater and evaluated the replacement heater with good payments planned for me. Everything was done in the same day. Once replace he explained about the new water heater to me and how to clean it off myself if I wanted to do it. Im happy to say I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We had just recently moved to the Houston area and needed a leaky pipe fixed and the gas valve for the dryer updated. From start to finish, our experience with Village couldnt have been more excellent! The technician, Eric, was extremely knowledgable, explained things thoroughly, and truly went beyond the call of duty to make sure things were up and running in our new house. We couldnt have been more pleased with his work and overall care. Dont be sticker shocked---as the old adage says, you get what you pay for! We had a circuit breaker to go out this past Saturday which cause the electrical to go out in 3 rooms upstairs. We had tickets to the TEXANS playoff game against the Chargers and was not sure if we would make it for the start of the game. Called up Village Plumbing, Electrical and Air, advise them of our electrical issue and asked if they had someone who could be here before 1 pm. Lo and behold they sent Vlad Kolesnik who was very professional and detailed. He took the time to advise us of all the troubleshooting steps that he would take to diagnose our issue. Not only did he repair the circuit breaker but also advise us of other potential issues with our breaker box. He was quick and thorough. We really appreciated his time and work. We were able to make it to the game (which the TEXANS won) knowing that our electrical issue was resolved. We highly recommend Village Plumbing, Electrical and Air.

Had issues with my heater/furnace and called Village Plumbing and Air right at 8am. They were able to schedule a same day appointment with the arrival Field Supervisor (Josh Hanson) within 3-4 hours of my call. Josh was able to provide a detailed explanation and resolve the issue within 30 mins - an hour. Wonderful and efficient service! I appreciate the communication and being able to ask as much questions with the attention to detail and helpful answers. Called in for an appointment for some issues with a smell coming from my shower drain. The technician (Robert Zepeda) was very communicative from the start to finish of the job. His attention to detail and going above and beyond provided me with outstanding customer service and definitely shows that the company Village Plumbing as a whole outshines other competitors. Had a great experience with plumbing repairs - same day appointment, timely, and tech called when he was 20 minutes out. David Whitney did a great job on all fronts - clearly diagnosed the issue, worked very clean, and gave us a few suggestions for the future.

I contacted Village Plumbing for a simple solution and they were able to get me an appointment quickly. Prices seem on the high side a bit but I’m sure they are comparable to other companies. Village was communicative and best of all the technician was quiet when working. My wife was asleep and sick and I couldn’t hear the technician working from downstairs. Excellent job.

Complete professionalism and follow up. John Malone was great to deal with, very friendly, professional, and great follow up and making sure everything was running smoothly during and after the project. Highly recommend.

Vernon Harris was very professional and pleasant. He communicated with us upon his departure to our home and was prompt on his ETA. He clearly explained and provided photos of his services. He also rectified another small issue we were having in our guest bathroom.It was our first time using Village Plumbing they met our expectations.

Leonard Mike just replaced our hot water heater and from here forward he will be our new plumbing guy! he was extremely helpful giving us all the information we needed to choose the correct product for our needs and was very patient, answering any and all questions that we had. he even personally gave us a follow up phone call the next day to make sure everything was running good. I will definitely request Leonard for all of our plumbing needs going forward. I also want to acknowledge Leonard’s apprentice Noah, who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable.

The technician Cesar was very knowledgeable and fast. Gave me all my options and told me about discounts as well. Definitely will utilize village again! Customer service was top notch!

We had a toilet connection fail after returning from vacation and turning on the main water supply to the house.We called on Friday afternoon and Quin the tech arrived Saturday afternoon. He was very helpful, and answered our questions. His work was completed quickly and neatly.All that aside, the price for the job was very expensive. I considered travel time to and from his work place at 2 hours, time to complete the work and materials. Even considering it was a weekend i didn’t feel the cost was justified.As a follow up, I received a call from Scott the Customer Service Manager. We discussed the issue and came to an agreement on what would make me change my review. I want to say again that Quin the Tech was excellent and thanks to Scott for reaching out to me. My issue with the cost was resolved and I changed my score to 4 stars.

We were having water pressure problems in kitchen sink so I called Village Plumbers to help us out! They are the nicest,kindest and most professional group weve ever worked with! Our issue was to be very challenging but they kept on looking for the problem! Every turn they would let you know everything they were encountering every step of the way!!!Their honesty was very refreshing! We will be calling them for all our needs from now on! Thank you John David and Josiah,you guys were incredible!

I called Village Plumbing & Air on a Thursday morning due to a suspected leak in our front yard. They were able to schedule us and send someone out that same morning to inspect and provide an estimate. They had a very efficient system in place that alerts the customers when the technician is about 30 minutes away. Michael was our designated plumber and he was awesome. He was able to determine that the problem was a leak in the pipe on our side that runs from the meter to the house. Unfortunately, after he dug for a while, it was determined that the pipe that the home builder installed in 2001 was run at an angle across our front yard, where they proceeded to plant a now very established pine tree over the top of.He dug for 6 hours straight, creating a trench along side the house (Texas clay, mind you) and came back the next day to complete the job. He was able to bypass that pipe and install a new 80 ft. pipe that ran along the side of the house with better quality materials (Pex/PVC).He also put in new connections to the outside to bypass the old one in the laundry room of our house.We were impressed with his work ethic and the effort he put into putting everything back right. We will definitely be using them for everything in the future... and requesting Michael!

Well the experience was very bad. He showed up the first time and then he needed to buy materials and we never saw him again despite the fact that we made multiple calls. He also never called back. Then we called the company and they told me he would call back which again didn’t happen. He also quoted a 1000 dollar charge for the work.I returned home from a business trip went to a local hardware store and bought the necessary parts at a cost of 23$. It took me less then an hour to fix the problem ( including the trip to the shop to purchase pipe and glue etc .I hope you understand that you will not see me again

Mr. Roosevelt Duffie was my technician.He was very knowledgeable, caring, kind, courteous and intelligent. He wasnt here to make money by upselling any product, he listened to me and explained what he was doing as he was testing my furnace. I appreciate his servicing my equipment and wish him and this company all the best for many more years to come.Thank yall for setting my heart at peace for this winter. Technician, Mike White, was EXCELLENT - kind, detailed, provided options and the pros/cons of each, and performed the service immediately and efficiently. He also explained how to troubleshoot on my own if issues came up in the future.Quality of work and efficiency of service made it worth the slight price premium to other options, for me.

Village Plumbing is amazing! Starting with Karen, who took my call, she was compassionate and understanding. My technician Jhony, was courteous, polite, and professional and the supervisor Jose was also very professional, polite, and answered my questions. They took care of my problem, quickly, efficiently, and very affordable. Would recommend them, and if they need arises, will use them again. Thank you!

I read the glowing reviews and called them. After waiting 8 hours for them to show up they arrived without the proper equipment and tried to sell me on 3 packages. Then said they could not fix it because they didnt have the parts. It was literally 2 GFCI outlets and very simple. Then I had to reschedule 2 weeks later ... and then they did not show up after confirming multiple times (I waited from 8am to 6pm). When I called at 5:30 to find out what happened they said they didnt find me in the system and could reschedule for tomorrow. I would not recommend them for anyone.

Sean came for our annual heating inspection and did an amazing job explaining everything. He gave us some suggestions for things to optimize our HVAC system but didn’t put any pressure on us to fix it then and there. He sent us an email with thorough explanations of the issues, pictures and a variety of options to address each issue. We really appreciate his honesty, integrity and how friendly he was!

I’ve known Eddie for quite a few years and I think so highly of him for a number of reasons. I’ve never met a plumber that has the knowledge that Eddie has. He will take his time to explain how your plumbing should work, or why it’s not working, and what to do to prevent issues. On top of all this knowledge he is humble, and kind and very professional. He’s all my neighbor’s favorite guy. I feel very fortunate to know Eddie and have him as my plumber.

Johnny Mateo was very good in explaining our problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He was friendly and he made sure to protect our home from what may be on the bottom of their shoes by putting on protective shoe covers. Outstanding service! David was able to come earlier than our afternoon appointment time, and he inspected the water heater. After showing us the pictures, he shared options for replacement. We selected the traditional water heater, and he went to the office to retrieve the unit. Once he and the apprentice returned, they worked efficiently to install the unit up a flight and then into the attic. The job was completed within two hours.

Jesse really a professional electrician. He explained everything what he was doing and telling me that previous guy who worked before did bad wiring connections. I really impressed him did a good job. Now the heating system working very good.! I’m very satisfied.

Village Plumbing seems to prioritize profit over fairness. I was charged $599 for parts that cost less than $100, plus labor that took less than an hour. That kind of markup feels unreasonable and unfair. I strongly recommend choosing a more honest and reasonably priced plumbing contractor.

Eric was fast, professional and informative. Will definitely be using their services again. They showed up next day and fixed my issues before noon.

I had a stoppage in my system. I contacted Village plumbing and they dispatched Cass to my residence. Cass came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He proceeded to explain the issue professionally and clearly. He had my system operating correctly in a short time. I highly recommend Cass for your plumbing services.

What an amazing experience! After being fed up with our previous A/C service company, who with every “free” visit pushed us hard to replace equipment unnecessarily, we found Ramiro with Village Plumbing and Air. He was happy to have me tag along with him. He explained everything he did in his A/C diagnosis carefully step by step to me. When he found the faulty equipment, he explained the options available to me No sales pitch. His expertise was obvious. He explained to me in detail how my system works and what went wrong. Ramiro is in my book not only an expert technician, he is an amazing person!

They were my second opinion and Im so thankful I called them, it saved me literally thousands of dollars compared to what the other company wanted to do. Their communication was wonderful and they explained everything to me so well. Ill definitely be using them for all future needs.

The previous AC company saw we had an unsafe situation and quoted a large sum of money for an extremely minor repair. Joel came, inspected and made the repair just so it was safe without asking for money. I gave him the rest of the work there and then. Fair price, great job.

The tech that did my work was friendly, professional and helpful, but at the end of the day, the initial quote they provided me was outrageous. Almost $1900 to install two toilets I was supplying is robbery. When I questioned this rate, the tech was able to call someone and get the price down to $1220, which is still high in my opinion for two toilet installations that took less than 2 hours. As a comparison, Home Depot charges $185-$400 for toilet installs depending on the complexity and requirements. Again, the tech was great, this review is not bad because of him. This review is negative because of the initial insane price and the reduced still bonkers price to install two toilets.

I called Village Plumbing last year in July because my AC wasn’t cooling my house properly. The problems were due to my faulty equipment that had been installed by scammers 3 years prior, and they recommended a full system replacement. They were not the first company to do so to us because the system was underpowered for our needs and broke frequently. Their initial quote was really high, I haggled back and forth for a little bit with the salesman Rick, and we agreed on a price (I have it in writing via text message). We just needed to wait to secure our financing. While we were waiting for the check to arrive, Beryl hit. So we became preoccupied with hurricane disaster recovery. I had lost my ability to text for some reason due to the storm, but I tried numerous times over the span of a month to call the office, talk to the salesperson, and secure my purchase. They never called me back. After finally getting my ability to text back, I texted Rick directly and he responded that the price had increased by 2k. I said no thank you and decided to just tough the rest of the summer out and wait until winter for my new system to get a better deal.So this is where things really go sideways. I give them one last chance to come out and make things right after increasing my quote by 2k in the wake of a natural disaster. They come out and all seems okay, they do the typical rigamarole, and say they’ll send over a quote later that day. Tell me why that quote, FOR THE EXACT SAME SYSTEM, was now 8k more than the original deal I made with Rick?!?This company overcharges by A LOT! I ended up going with someone else to do the replacement, someone who cost HALF of what they quoted us. Don’t walk, RUN away from this company, as fast as you can. They are not honorable, do not stick to their word, and will up charge you like crazy.

I was very pleased wth the service I received from Village Plumbing today. It was my first time using them and they were professional, timely and efficient. My service technician Travis, was amazing, friendly, professional and very proficient at his job. I appreciate his knowledge and skill in correcting my issue. He was also very neat and clean and left no mess behind.I am very thankful that he was able to resolve my plumbing issue so quickly.

I had my HVAC system replaced by Village Plumbing. Mr W. Montoya and his coworker were polite, very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and answered all my questions throughout, including Joel S. who did the initial inspection. I am very pleased with the service I received by the Village team!

Service call out was very professional and thorough, however after getting a second quote, Village was over 1100% (yes you read that correctly). Higher. I am so glad I got a second quote.Again, the service call out technician was extremely professional and courteous but those prices will keep me from ever using them.

Village Plumbing was great. They were reasonably priced and very honest. There was a mixup with the scheduling so we had to wait a bit for them to arrive but once that happened they were very efficient. From their plumbers to their customer service representatives they are all very kind and I felt like a valued customer. I definitely recommend them and I would hire them again.

We had a very positive experience with Village Plumbing. After a late night plumbing issue, Travis and Rick arrived early the following day and diagnosed the issue. Ultimately we would require several days of excavation and repair work due to broken pipes beneath the foundation. However, Edwin and Jonah were able to get mostly everything functional the first day they arrived after excavation was complete.The team was communicative throughout the process and checked in with us often. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Very happy with the service we received.

I recently had the really good experience working with Kevin for an HVAC inspection at my home. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.Kevin was extremely professional for whole inspection process. He took the time to explain each step of the inspection, ensuring I understood what was being checked and why it was important. His thoroughness and detail were truly impressive.Kevin later explained all suggestions in detailed and told which are optional and which are must.We really had excellent experience with him.

We called village plumbing to prepare 2 toilets for electric bidet seats. Electrical work was performed by a different company. Village plumbing recommended replacing the toilet seat because it was a skirt style toilet, which meant that the locking mechanism to anchor the bidet seat was not easily accessible. We authorized it, and they put in a new toilet. During this installation, our houskeeper who is bilingual overheard the plumber and his assistant talk about a water leak and discuss if this was fixed or not. I installed the bidet seat the same day on 4 different toilets in my home. A week later, my housekeeper informed us that the baseboard around one side of the toilet (opposite side to where the bidet connects to the tank----see pictures attached which shows no swelling on the side where he claims there was water gushing out Vs swelling of baseboards on the opposite side) was swelling up. During this week, she had cleaned the same toilet area everyday and found no water leaks. We called village and were told that they would send a supervisor to review the work (We had specifically told them about our housekeeper overhearing the conversation of their plumbing crew who had performed the installation). Instead, they sent the same plumber who had installed the toilet. The plumber came back to me and stated that he is seeing water gushing out of a bad bidet install & proceeded to show me gushing water in the toilet. I asked him to review his part of the work, which had to do with ensuring that he had sealed the toilet correctly. Instead, he took out his tab and asked for me to sign stating that I hold them harmless. When I refused & asked him to have a supervisor sent in, he got angry & asked me to call village and complain against him. I told him to lower the tone of his voice, leave my property and not come back. I called village and informed them of this behavior and told them to not send this certain plumber back on my property again. I was assured by the customer service person that this would be reported to the right people. However, I did not receive a call back from village for the next 2 days. I called them today (Saturday) and the person who answered stated that her notes show that the leak was caused by me. Of note, we had village install 2 HVAC units in our home in May 2024. During this installation, they accidentally put a hole in my ceiling. We went through a similar process, where they demanded signing forms to hold them harmless before they would fix the damage they caused to my property. In this instance, the higher up person made a personal visit, was extremely professional, fixed the problem first & then took the payment. I withheld giving them a bad review due to the responsiveness of the higher level admins. However, after this plumbing fiasco, it obvious that their frontline staff are not well supervised. I have no complaints about the work done on the 2nd toilet where the plumber changed out the water inlet valve control. It works well.I had a village membership plan and am disappointed with the level of service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Brandon Jones and De’Anthony Bennett from Village Plumbing. Prior to arrival, you get a text message that allows you to track their route to your home. They allowed me to tag along and were able to diagnosed my issue. They were very professional and even gave me some tips on how to prevent future leaks. Update – I’m disappointed and frustrated with the overall experience. The primary issue was a lack of communication throughout the process. I expected to be kept informed at every step, but I had to constantly follow up to get even the most basic updates.After the repair was decided on, and a date set, Village Plumbing & Air was a no call-no show the day of. This was displeasing to say the least, but we were willing to look past it as mistakes happen. However, the second day they were scheduled to come out, they showed up at the incorrect time. They decided to do work from the exterior until the agreed time they were supposed to arrive came to. For people who work from home and have pets, you understand how this can put a wrench in an important meeting. When I reached out to the office, they told me the whole job would have to be canceled if I wasnt ready for them then (which was 4 hours early).I was given a phone number for Brandon. He told me to reach out to him if I had any issues during this process. Sadly, however he was unhelpful during the first issue and unresponsive the second time I reached out.To make matters worse, the job was never completed due to building height restrictions. Clearly, this isn’t the fault of Village Plumbing & Air, but should’ve been something flagged on the first day they were here. I understand delays can happen, but the combination of poor communication and an unfinished job makes this experience feel unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.------------Quick service, was able to come out within 24 hours after calling. Brandon was very helpful and polite! Was able to quickly find a solution to a chronic plumbing issues weve been experiencing.

Village Plumbing was great! They dispatched their plumber the same day I called them. The plumber was able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, I had to wait on the work for 2 weeks because our HOA has specific days they do water shutoffs, but when the plumber came, easy fix and done!

The plumber technician, Roland Balderas rectified a plumbing issue previously installed incorrectly when I had two water heaters replaced. He also installed a recirculating pump on my hot water system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful to correct the issues and improve the hot water delivery system in my home. Tech knew his trade, was very helpful. Nice guy and informative. But as for what the company charges I think it’s too high. Just to unclog one bathtub drain was $200 and that also included the tech coming back and dropping a camera into to main sewer lines and toilet lines. I didn’t need that. The tech gave me a bid to change 2 toilets in my house , lol, I saw the price and about had a stroke! No way, I can do it myself or I can buy the toilets and pay to have them installed ALOT cheaper.

Harley came out to our house to fix issues with two restrooms and even helped out with a few minor random issues as well. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I would definitely recommend him and the company overall.

The scheduling of the service was a train wreck! The initial appointment was set for Friday before 6:00 pm. At 4:30 pm we were notified that the plumber wouldn’t make it but we would be the first one on the schedule for Saturday morning. Apparently the first appointment means 10:00 am.. Also, the cost to change out 2 toilets (which we supplied, including the wax seals) is $1900.00!!! Now, I will say that the plumber (Leonard) was extremely professional and pleasant. We really liked him. We had asked for a ballpark estimate when we called to schedule the installation and the dispatcher said that we would have to get that from the technician. We won’t use Village in the future.

Our specialist was Jhonny Mateo and he was of excellent service. He worked quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and showed me exactly what the problem was. He was very courteous and professional. If we ever have a problem again we will absolutely use Village and request Jhonnys services.

Id had another plumbing company out three times before I gave up on them and called Village. Their first guy looked at the problem and said, No, you need Mike out here. He called their dispatch and arranged for Mike to add my house to his list. He arrived around 5 and seemed in no hurry. We talked through the problem - what he would do, and what I could buy to save some $$$, then we agreed to start up again the next morning. When he arrived, he got right to work and fixed a couple of other issues along the way. Mike White and Village Plumbing are a great answer to your plumbing problems. I plan on giving them a shot at doing our HVAC service next.

While weather was said to be an issue, my morning appointment was deferred to the next day. I did not agree with it but had no choice. I assumed my deferral would mean I would have my promised appointment the same time the next day. Wrong. My tech arrived late in the afternoon. Work was completed, albeit much more expensive than I anticipated. The tech was awesome but I will find it difficult to use Village again because of price and follow through.

Village Plumbing was excellent from start to finish.Travis Mettler was the Plumber who serviced kitchen clog. We are in a 60 year old residence with copper pipes = soft, and care had to be taken to clear the clog but not damage the pipe. Trevor was patient & competent and informed us along the way what he was doing and why. He was excellent. I will use Village Plumbing again absolutely and if Travis was available Id request him. Again, and excellent job from inception to final resolution.

Very clean and professional business. My HVAC technician, Daniel Moctesuma, showed up early and got started right away. It was amazing to see how fast and efficient they were replacing the entire HVAC system. Before I knew, Daniel was done and had the AC up and running. It was a pleasure working with Daniel Moctesuma and Village Plumbing and Air. I highly recommend this company.I was so pleased with their service I had them replace my old water heater. They did an excellent job and couldn’t be happier.

After three times of technicians coming to repair area, I was informed by last tech that village plumbings management won’t be fixing my jets that they messed up. Do not use this company unless you want a half way done job then get charged more for it just to have the company not fix what they broke. The first tech cut out a support beam that holds my jet into place and left it hanging out of the wall for water and mold to form behind the wall. Not to mention the tech was supposed to fix a leaking valve but instead cut out my Sheetrock and cut off a hose that wasn’t leaking without even asking my permission, oh and charged me an extra $200 to do that at the end. They never replaced my support beam or even nailed it back into place, now after I replaced Sheetrock and painted, the jet pops out and the company says they won’t cover what they cut, without my consent and over charge their customers. Avoid at all costs since now I’m having to double pay for all repairs

Zach and John were wonderful to work with. A few observations.1. Service is top notch. I called in the morning and John arrive within a few hours. The service team kept me posted on timing and information relating to my AC situation. John and Zach spent a total of 3 hours at our house diagnosing the situation. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions answered. Both were a pleasure to work with2. Expertise. John and Zach were incredibly knowledgable about products, problems, vintage of AC units and potential solutions. Both are experts in their field. I feel like we can make an informed decision and have the support of Village Plumbing!

They fully explained their recommendations and our choices, gave us estimates for alternatives and arranged for service. Rip off company!!! Wanted to charge $5,000 for what they called a temporary fix and over $11,000 for a new unit when the real issue only costed $500 to fix with the help of another honest company. My elderly dad has been without AC for months due to this unrealistic estimate while I worked like a dog to save money for what I thought would cost an arm and leg when all along it was a simple fix for $500. I would NOT trust this company will my life!!!!!

They had the audacity to try to quote me $86,000 for two mini split systems on a home that’s 1750 sq ft in the middle of third ward. It was a complete laughingstock. No wonder their reviews are crap! They stood me up the first appointment and then begged for me to give them a shot. SMH, I definitely got my time wasted by an extremely long winded sales rep who claimed he’d “take care of me” 😂😂😂

Tech came by and left after taking pictures of my system. He did not check temperatures outside intake vents or airflow. He recommend very $$$$ expensive drains for my AC units. Even though he was there for a system check of my heater units. Avoid it was just a low effort sales pitch for overprice labor and PVC pipes.

Noah CG did a great job doing a plumbing inspection at my home. He was thorough and knowledgeable about all the aspects related to plumbing. We went through the inspection report during his visit and he explained all the necessary steps to get things working properly.

We had Village Plumbing and Air install a new HVAC system last year. They were able to get it done in less than a day, and we finally received nice, cold air to beat the Houston heat. Levy came out after a year today and everything is still running great. They are all super friendly and competent. We highly recommend them.

Just got quoted $1000 for an hour of work (quoted by the repairman to replace a backflow preventer). This company is trying to force an $80 charge to show up, only to quote you a completely outlandish rate. Don’t waste your time.

This is my second time using Village plumbing as well as having Vernon as my plumber. Today he came for my new water heater to be installed (same day service) along with Garrett and they both were very professional and friendly again as well as thorough and performed amazing work. He remembered me and the issues I had last time he had to come. I will continue to call on Village. Each time i have called i have had a plumber at my house within an hour. Johnny and Jose did a great job. Johnny informed me when he was on his way and arrived at the designated time. Was clear on what he was going to do and fixed the problem. Jose arrived and provided an inspection to make sure everything in regards to the plumbing was working correctly. Identified a potential problem. Overall service was excellent. (5-24-2023) I purchased my home (built in 2018) a month ago on April of this year. I wanted to ensure that my HVAC is done correctly so I went ahead and hired this company to come check it out. Everything was running smoothly before the tech came in to service my equipment, In which stopped working after he left! I called right away to see if I can get someone to come and figure out what went wrong in which they tried charging me $230! They told me they will come tomorrow morning (5-25-2023) if I didnt want to be charged! I could not stand being in the heat and was not going to let my wife of kids be in this heat either! I decided to call my brother in law (who has HVAC qualifications) and we found out that the tech did not reconnect my capacitor in my furnace! I am outraged at the outcome of this visit! And I did feel some ill intent from my tech. I will ensure to call the company in the morning, and I want my money back!

Great service (once again) by our AC technician, Jeremy Irons. He does a great job, has a keen attention to detail and patiently answered all questions we had. We have a membership with Village on our residence as well as our rental property and will be sure to request Jeremy specifically for our next service.

Asked $23,000 for a new system. On top of that they never even looked at my furnace to realized it is nearly brand new. Finally they told me my system uses some exotic freon, which it doesnt. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE unless you enjoy lies and paying 4x competitive rates.

I had a positive experience with Village Plumbing and David Whitney was wonderful to work with. He initially came to repair a busted water pipe and didnt mind to replace my garage disposal at thr same visit.

Absolutely a Godsend in an emergency situation back in April - they remained calm when I called at 7 AM even when I wasn’t! They told me exactly what to do and gave great advice. They even contacted the restoration company for me. Eric the plumber was so kind and understanding and is the best plumber who has ever been in my house. They are not necessarily the least expensive but I am confident that they stand behind there work. Great and timely service! Responded quickly when I had an after hours plumbing emergency and were able to schedule the repair for the very next day. Jeremy Burks was awesome! As someone with minimal knowledge of plumbing, I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. It was a multiple day project and he kept me updated throughout and did a great job with the actual repair. Highly recommend him and village plumbing as a company!

With last storm my A/C went on the fritz. I called on Wednesday evening and tech was out by 8am on Thursday. Zach Copper arrived on time and was super courteous. He was knowledgeable of my system and made sure I understood what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He explained things to me as he went along to what he was doing. The service he provided was outstanding. He fixed everything and I was super happy. Any A/C issues I highly recommend.

Noah CG was great. He was very thorough, explained everything carefully (and simply), and laid out all my options. I’m very happy with this service.

I think I would have to amend my original review because while I thought this was gonna be a favorable experience, it turned out to be a nightmare. Bottom line, I got ripped off. I spent $250 just for somebody to come out and relight my pilot, which only stayed lit for probably five hours of that day and then went out again! When I called the next day to complain about this, I talked with some rude black woman who got flustered because I wasn’t happy with the service . She tried to rush me off the phone by promising to have the manager or owner connect me within the hour, which never happened. What ended up happening is I got a call from a sales guy who tried to sell me more service! And when I told him about the issue, he had no clue of what I was talking about. I never spoke to the owner like that woman lied to me about. Lo and behold, I am out $250. Now they have the nerve to ask me for a review . So what I have to say to anybody looking for plumbing or water heater repair is to read this and head the warning ⚠️! I would not use that business ever again and neither should you!

Called village pluming in houston tx at 1300 . Got an appointment same day after 1500 . Came out and access the heating situation due to last week , heat temp would not keep up due low 20 degree temp . Everything good . Just to cold outside / system kept on working thank you very much for the quick response and great service !!!

The initial visit was really good, but don’t most people act their best on a first date or first impression. When you actually are receiving their services if you do not answer or return the call within 15 minutes, they will reroute their technician on a busy day leads to a lot of back-and-forth with ultimately, your AC or plumbing issue not fixed within a reasonable amount of time. So if you can’t stay vigilant by the phone or pull yourself away every 15 minutes to take a phone call, even if call within the hour and you leave a note that you are in the attic working on construction for the technician or the dispatch office, then I would highly suggest calling someone else.
