Our A/C went out and our warranty dept connected us. First they give you the third degree about making a payment before they send a tech to look. Then when the tech goes and gives a technician report, these people disappear on you. Literally called 14 times just to get voicemails then finally laisha the person working on the account sends a TEXT message to my phone saying she’s in a meeting and can call back. How unprofessional!! They took our money and haven’t reached out to us since!!
During the record breaking hottest week in Texas, our HVAC decides to break.I was connected to Superior HVAC through our home warranty. The initial scheduling was frustrating because they only call to schedule during three 1-hr windows (7-8 am, 12-1, or 5-6 pm). They also say theyll schedule you within 24 hours. Neither happened. I tried calling but no one ever picks up. At 7:30 pm, I got a text saying someone was scheduled for the next day (I was just relieved we got scheduled and that it was for the following day and not a few days (or more) out).Once Andrew (Drew) arrived, the entire process got so much better. He figured out the issues, gave some honest feedback, was very professional and communicative, and had the new HVAC at our doorstep the following day and a crew to install it the day after that.I also appreciated the dispatch system that texts you with updates.All in all, Im grateful it got taken care of quickly. Theres a bit of grace you have to provide knowing 1) everyones AC is broken the same time as yours and 2) the team working on the houses arent the ones responsible for scheduling.I wish the front office was better at communicating. Even the delivery of our parts was a surprise. No one told me when itd be arriving. I just so happened to be pulling into my driveway as a huge truck showed up to deliver the new system.
Amazing service and communication.I needed a new AC system for my home, and was informed about this company through word of mouth. From the first initial phone call I felt like they were going to do an amazing job and I was correct. Andrew explained everything to me every step of the way and I didnt feel like I was being taking advantage of. The crew came on time and was very diligent about the install. Once everything was finished I was informed and explained to about what to expect and how to move forward if there were any issues. I also received a service phone call a couple of days later and I really appreciated it. To me this is how you operate a good company. The experience we had was about has good as you can possible have for an A/C install. The installation was done in a short time frame in the busiest time of year and every single element was organized, efficient and professional. All phone calls were returned quickly as well and we got the best deal possible and other HVAC companies told us as much. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
Absolute scam company! Buyer beware! I paid $1300 to get my AC repaired. The first time their tech quit and never showed. When they came back out they installed it, AC worked great. Tech before leaving told me the AC drains water into the bathroom sink by design. He said to call him back out if I had any issues with it. Sure enough the drain clogged, less than 24 hrs after install, they wanted to charge me to come back out $69. The sink was not clogged before the install. Not professional at all.
Drew the owner and Chase, the Sr. Technician were simply amazing. Never have I had an HVAC company respond the same day. Chase called and asked if he could show up after dinner (he was booked) which is always fine when there is no AC. He showed up later than anticipated but it was Friday night. He finally had it up and running perfectly by midnight.Fast forward a few months, I decided to replace my large unit and Drew went to work finding me the best unit for our situation, explaining it to me in detail, and ensuring above and beyond I was comfortable in what we were doing, how it works, and why we made a right choice.Havent done business with many HVAC companies who I implicitly trust. I trust Drew and Chase and they are my new HVAC first responders. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They should be your first choice.
Yesterday was my second experience with Superior HVAC. Last year, they installed a new unit for us at a phenomenal price. This time, it was preventative maintenance ahead of the summer heat. Tyler and Derek were dispatched to my house, they arrived on time, were professional, and thorough with explaining to me what they were doing. The owner, Drew, also called after the visit to ensure i was happy. I will never call another HVAC company to my house as long as Drew and his guys are in business.
Worst service ever. A/C was working but heat would not come on, so contacted my home warranty for repair service. Superior was sent out, and their tech spent over an hour in my attic only to tell us that our system had a bad control panel that was too dirty, would not be approved for repairs, and that we would need a new system due to R22 freon in our system. Quoted us a $5000 price for upgrade. I advised the tech to submit the repair request to my home warranty as I couldnt afford a full system overhaul at this time. At this time the A/C no longer worked, and when I called to inquire the tech would not return my calls. After 4 days the tech did not submit the repairs, so I called him again. He said he would submit the repair request and that the bad panel was responsible for the A/C not working. I went into the attic and found that the unit was open with parts missing. I notified my home warranty company, who reported that a repair order was submitted but that it was not legible. 4 days after that nothing had been done. I notified the home warranty again, and Superior finally returned my calls. The tech returned and reassembled the unit and left after arguing with my wife that everything was our fault and that our A/C system never worked anyway. 3 days later I had Dr Rescue A/C come out to my house and had the system working in literally 5 minutes. Both A/C and Heat are working. Tech showed my wife and I where the previous tech had disconnected power to the entire unit. I strongly advise you to think twice before using Superior HVAC.

After comparing a few HVAC places in and around Houston, I found Drew and Sam at Superior to be the most responsive and had the best warranty. The cost was very competitive. Best of all, I spoke to them on Sunday night, and by Monday night I basically had a whole new system installed. Highly recommend.
Fast and easy service at a very reasonable price. The technicians were polite and took care of the AC clog issue I had without up sale for other services. I work in home owners insurance and regularly see large/well known HVAC companies drop huge unnecessary repair bids on home owners, which was not my experience with Superior.
If you want SUPERIOR service chose Superior HVAC. I have had issues with one of my A/C units and after contacting my insurance company, Andrew, the owner made sure someone was at my home at last minute notice. Chase and William are THE BEST technicians you can have service your A/C. They are professional and very knowledgeable. The guy was here for two hours checking on A/C. As we are very disappointed in our One Guard Home warranty and would not recommend One Guard at all, Superior HVAC went above the call of duty. They are awesome and I highly recommend them.
Chase was incredibly quick with diagnosing the issue, as well as kindly keeping us in the loop regarding how the process would be going forward until the issue was resolved. I don’t believe we’ve ever had a technician arrive so quickly, and do such a stellar job in a 24 hour period. And it all started on a Sunday, no less. We’re very impressed with the job Chase did.
Scheduled an appointment back in July. Was called to confirm appointment and no one showed up. Now they are not answering calls.Edit: The owner reached out to me and tried to bribe me to take down the review. I countered Mr. Young’s bribe with a deal. He would send someone out to do routine maintenance on my A/C system in exchange to take the less than satisfactory review off, and to potentially gain a client. We had set up a time, which unfortunately I was not able to accommodate due to other obligations. The technician told me that they would schedule another time to come out. Unfortunately, in typical superior fashion, I was not contacted by anyone to set up another time for the maintenance to be performed. That being said, I’m curious how they have no record of me? Mr. Young quoted the name of my home warranty company (which was not left in the first review) and had my telephone number. For them to claim that there is no record of me, is wildly inaccurate and a flat out lie.
Superior HVAC is a life saver! Our AC was not cooling as efficient as usually, we reached out to one of our neighbors who highly recommended Drew with Superior. They came out the same day and were able to diagnostic the system immeadiately. I was hesitant at first because I have worked with larger AC companies and my system would have the same issue over and over again. Not only did Superior fix our system the same evening, he provided use with a reasonable rate. Drew is knowledgeable, understanding, and passionate about the level of customer service and quality of work he delivers. I would definitely recommend Drew to my family and friends.
It’s been a few weeks since I had the A.C. at my home and rental property replaced and I could not be happier with the service I was given. My technician Sam with Superior HVAC was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone I know.
Thank Goodness for The Superior Hvac Gurus Sam Castillo. I called this morning because my heater would not turn on. This company was able to dispatch one of their technicians to my house within an hour. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had me up and running within the hour. Very good job and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
I used superior hvac because my home warranty company directed me. It took them 30 days, several visits to my home, twice I was left waiting for 4 hours and no tech showed, the ac was never repaired.The new company I called fixed the problem within an hour of arriving.I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your ac services.
This company helped me out in a pinch! When the temperature dropped I was in my house freezing like a Popsicle. I called hoping they would be able to help me, and not only were they efficient, they were polite, reasonably priced, and it was an all around great experience. Make sure you ask for Chase, he was excellent. I recommend them to anyone who wants quality service in the Austin area!!
UPDATE!!!!!!!It’s been over a week since my A/C stopped working and it’s currently still not fixed even though my home warranty shows the work has been completed. The technician has come out to my home a few times and each time there is some kind of equipment missing that requires him to have to go get, even though he was aware that he may need that equipment. He was suppose to return yesterday to finish repairing my AC but never returned. He told me he would give me a call if he couldn’t come back that day and give me a return time and date but never did. I’ve tried calling to follow up on when my AC will be repaired but I haven’t heard anything back. It’s been reaching over 100 degrees and close to that inside my home.I’m not sure what to do at this point because no one can give me any answers except someone will give you a call but nobody is calling me backI’ve been really patient and understanding but it’s hard to remain patient when you have no idea what’s going on or when your AC will be fixed. I was told he would return yesterday but never got any follow up information. It’s starting to look like I won’t know anything until Monday. I’m very disappointed in the service I receivedUPDATE!! I appreciate the owner replying to this message, but even with the fixed system your tech is having a hard time following up when he says he will. I’m going on WEEK 3 with NO AC I’ve had several visits and each visit I’m told the AC will be fixed and then after a few hours told there’s another problem or missing parts. I just want my AC fixed and for someone to actually do what they say they are going to do. Why am I running behind your tech for an update? Im giving him nothing but time to follow up with me and he’s still choosing not to. My warranty company is still saying they don’t have the correct information from him for the work. WHAT IS GOING ON?! I was also told by the tech that the refrigerate would be NO COST due to the issues, now I’m being told I’m getting charged for it and labor. The tech seems like a nice guy and he’s a Army veteran like me, but where is the INTEGRITY ? It’s starting to look like a whole MONTH will pass before my AC is fixed. This whole situation is infuriating and it doesn’t seem like this truly matters to this company.
I have edited my review. When they originally installed our AC system, they were fast. Unfortunately their follow through is terrible. They do not stand by their install, and nickel and dime you for anything that needs to be checked. They never actually come out when you have a service call, except for when one of their service guys comes at 9pm on a Friday night when your twin toddlers are already asleep. Jessica is great(reception/scheduler), but not worth dealing with at all. In the contract, it stated a Warrenty transfer to new owner(we just sold the home a year after AC install) was $50. When I called, they stated that I needed to call the manufacturer to transfer Warrenty. Shady company, that actually goes through another company. Probably illegal to do that-just do not use them.
I had them come out to repair a torn AC duct. The technicians were very professional. They came on time, introduced themselves, listened attentively to understand the issue, and proceeded to inspect all ductwork and repaired the torn one. Wasn’t charged extra for the repair, and treated it as a home warranty inspection. Will definitely save their contact info for future needs and referrals. Thank you Quality HVAC!
Last week, my home warranty sent this company out for an AC tune up. The technician told us we needed to have our coils cleaned and quoted us $285. He also told us there was a clog in our main drain line that was overflowing into the drain pan causing it to rust. He recommended clearing the clog and replacing the rusted out drain pan. We had a REAL HVAC company come out for a second opinion. The second company showed us photos to disprove all of the claims made by Superior HVAC. The coils were clean, the rust was only cosmetic and could be easily scraped off and NO CLOG in the drain line. DO NOT use this company
This company registered my new AC Unit back in 2018 under the incorrect homeowner name and address, which nullified my lifetime warranty. My compressor went out 4/2022. Tried contacting the owner via website, email, text and phone for over 2 weeks, with no response. Avoid this company as they are completely unprofessional with poor customer service.
This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and doesnt care about customers whatsoever. Look elsewhere for HVAC services, anyone would be better than this company!!! Our home warranty chose this company to fix our broken A/C and they have no showed and/or cancelled their appointment with us 3 times this week!!!! We have an infant in our home and the temperature has been up over 100 degrees almost every day this week, since we have been without A/C. They just keep calling and saying we are sorry, but need to reschedule your appointment. Im sorry doesnt cut it people, you are an Air Conditioning company!! Either keep your word or quit making appointments you cant keep!!
Anthony and his partner were awesome. They arrived timely and repaired my outside condenser. They explained all of the issues and they were meticulous. I like them and Superior so much that I signed an annual service contract with them.
I had the worst experience with this company. They were contracted through my home warranty and came out multiple times over a period of 9 days including a no call/no show appts in the TEXAS HEAT! The initial diagnosis was a broken control panel. They ordered the part & planed to return 2 days later. Waiting.. waiting... NOTHING. I CALL the next day to reschedule the missed appt. Its rescheduled in another 2 days. Whatha?! Its hot! AND My husband and I cant take off work anymore for these appointments. So, fast forward to when they arrive. My son is there and the tech is supposed to replace the control panel. He does that I guess, but then for some unknown reason & without notice, he DOWNGRADES my Nest Smart Learning Thermostat to the cheapest thing on the market! None of that fixed the problem & rather than waste more time on it, they made up a ridiculous LIE & told the warranty company that I must have tried to work on the outside unit myself so they refused to finish the job. What? I have a home warranty & I filed a claim. My degree is in accounting, NOT AC REPAIR. Why in the H-E- double hockey sticks🏒 🏒 would I or anyone poke around in an a/c unit when I have zero knowledge about it? Especially when the professionals with the parts needed to repair it are on the way?! That is completely illogical! It makes no sense at all. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with my ac so they screamed, ABORT MISSION, and ran. I suggested they be removed from the home warrantys approved contractor list and Im reporting them to the BBB for deceptive business practices. Dont use this company. Dont trust this company. Youve been warned.
Derrick and Tyler went out of their way to make sure our AC was fixed with a 4 day old new born. They came to our house at 8 PM on a Friday and worked late to make sure our family had AC for the weekend. This was some of the best service I have ever experienced and I appreciate Derrick and Tyler for going out of their way to take care of us. They had no reason to come to our home after their work hours, but did so because they cared. I appreciate you guys and will be doing future business with your company for years to come because of it.
Superior HVAC has superior service they installed an AC in my home ,With fast ,professional ,clean and organized !! I would definitely recommend them. Anytime I need A/C work service done I will be calling Drew and his crew!!
First I have to say in the end I was very satisfied with their work but there were some issues because of the technician James but the company solved the problem in the end. First I’m not an HVAC technician so I’m not sure if the initial diagnosis was incorrect but James said we needed a new evaporator coil and it would be 1300 out of pocket because the warranty would not pay for modifications which is normal and I expected, while we were waiting for approval James called us and told us that it would take them a week to get a slab coil in so he was giving us a $400 dollar upgrade to an A coil my later research showed a price difference of 20 and the switch to an A coil is normal business. The next day after install it wasn’t cooling all the way so James came out again and told us that the Freon was 3 lbs low but not to worry because he wasn’t going to charge us for it , at this point I’m a little upset because I already paid for Freon and things are feeling fishy, he also said he adjusted the fan blade on the compressor which I was like ok since I have no clue about HVAC. The next day my AC is at 78 doing the exact same thing as when this all started so we called James he said he would be over he never made it, we spoke with James the next day he said he would be over but at 11 pm he told us he was stuck on another job, I’m at this point irritated but it happens. The next morning James tells my wife that he had a compressor that came of of another job that was in good shape and he would put it on for us but we would have to keep it hush hush because it could get his company in trouble, at this point I called the company I am a retired disabled veteran I don’t like getting swindled. I have to admit I was very angry when I called the company but the person that answered the phone was patient with me and told me she would have to speak with the supervisor to figure out what they would do. The supervisor called me and first of all assured me that this was not how they operate and James would not be dealing with us again and that the installers would be by later that day to install a new compressor at no additional charge to us which they honored and my A/C is working perfect. In the end everything worked out I assume they will take care of James I at least hope they would not continue to employ him and if I had not had to deal with a shady technician I would have given them a 5 star rating but because of him my rating is only 3 stars and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone else unless I knew James was fired and they had his HVAC license pulled.
We were distraught with my wife being 7 months pregnant when our ac went out: we called superior and received same day service and repair! Our technician Sam Castillo was one of the most professional and polite persons we have ever delt with. Our ac was fixed the same day we called and we were informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Sam Castillo for any HCVAC needs!!!!! Real review not a machine!!!
Superior HVAC is top notch. They were able to come out on a Sunday and get my AC fixed in no time! They have great communication, professional service techs and fair prices. For sure my go to AC service!!
If I could rate a 0 I would. My warranty company used them to diagnose what was wrong with my AC. I was reluctant to let the person they sent in my home; he looked like a meth addict. He came out on a Sunday & said paper work would be sent to my warranty company 1st thing Monday & that I should change my filters (which I did that day hoping it would help cool my house down). They didnt send anything to my warranty company until Thursday evening. Then they LIED & stated my filter was filthy causing my evaporator coil to leak. They sent a false picture to my warranty company who denied my claim due to their false information. After fighting with my warranty company for several more days they finally sent another company out who confirmed that the information sent by Superior was false & my leak was due to age/normal wear & tear. It baffles me that they would do something this shady that ended up causing major problems & inconveniences. Stay clear from this company Im not sure if its laziness or incompetence but either way save yourself the headache.
Do not ever use Superior HVAC! I had a 3-7 time slot. A random Las Vegas number calls me and does not leave a message. Looks like a robo call. I called at 5 pm to see when they were coming and they said we tried to call you but did not get an answer so we took you off the schedule. I have an AC overflowing through my ceiling and they said we can see you Friday, 4 days later.....worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never written a review but feel so strongly about their horrible customer service I had to write one. They did not even try to work me in sooner. They are clearly NOT superior!
My AC unit quit working on a Sunday in July. I called numerous companies that said they were open 24/7 but this was the only company that actually answered the phone. I got a call from a technician to try turning it off and then on again, and if that didnt work out, theyd come out Monday morning. It didnt, and I was scheduled for 8am. They didnt arrive until 10, at which point it took them quite a bit of time and some burned? equipment to figure out which piece they needed. They called in the afternoon and said they would get the piece from the warehouse and be back Tuesday. Tuesday morning came and went and I called the office number. Several hours later I got a call from the technician Oh, sorry, couldnt get you in today, but Ill be out tomorrow! Called Wednesday morning to confirm, no appointment set so I got the last slot of the day. Technician came out, said well, we replaced that piece but now we need this piece thats been burned, and we dont keep any of this stuff on the truck because this unit is really old. And you didnt notice that piece being burned Monday? And wouldnt you think, that if you KNEW you were going to service a really old unit you would pick up a couple pieces you might need so that you wouldnt have to go back out? Regardless, he said hed get that piece and be back out Thursday. Once again, called Thursday morning to confirm, and once again, no appointment so I got an afternoon slot. He replaced that piece, only to then start to tell me that well, every single piece in this unit needs to be replaced and it will probably cost you just as much to fix it (as well as an EPA violation) as it is to get a new one. Okay, fine, but WHY wouldnt you just tell me that to begin with? Youre telling me that these pieces youre pointing to you only NOW notice need replacing, instead of seeing it on the first day?So, the estimate comes in at 2.5K to repair the existing unit, 3.5K to replace it. Fine, Ill replace it. Well, actually, no, because the unit we want to install to match your existing, recently replaced equipment, isnt actually available because of COVID. So the new estimate is actually going to be 5.5K. So why wasnt I told this on the first day?I said fine, the unit was old, time for a new one. Well, the installers wouldnt be available until MONDAY, over a week after the initial call. Fine, first slot, Monday. Called Monday morning to confirm, Oh, well, let me reach out to this person who will reach out to this person who will get back to me and I will get back to you. Which never happened. They didnt arrive until noon, and while they had the equipment they needed, they were clueless as to what they were doing and they didnt speak English! They didnt know which AC needed replacing, or if they were replacing both, or what was going on! They finished the install and then spent over two hours on the phone with customer service, just sitting in the yard leaving bottle caps, coke cans, trash and food in the yard, when finally one of their other people arrived, fixed it in ten minutes and then proclaimed that it was fixed and removed the filter without asking or telling me what the dimensions were.I didnt receive an invoice until middle of the day on Tuesday, when I was out working, and received two calls, over the span of just a couple hours that we sent you your invoice. Well yes, but since no one capable of taking payment came out with the installers, it will just have to wait until I get home. When it wasnt payed by the time people with a normal work schedule get home, I was set an appointment for the next day for someone to come out to collect payment. I get it, you want paid, but heres the deal. I had to call to get an appointment multiple times that I was told was already made just to get someone, after three visits, to tell me that I had to spend 5.5K to replace the thing, and you couldnt get competent installers to do it for you.I do have a brand spanking new AC, and I am grateful for AC again, but yeesh. I feel like it could have been handled a lot better.
They were sent out from my home warranty for ac problems. repaired the problem and offered a 1 year service warranty of $599. We signed the contract, paid them and they have refused to return phone calls or honor their contractual agreement. Ive been to their office - never there, sent a registered letter and was refused. Not true to their word.
My experience with Superior HVAC was over the top in every aspect of their work. As a retired General Contractor/home builder with over 40 years of experience, I have an eye for the performance standards of business owners, technicians, installers, tradesmen. Ive seen it all, from throw it together and get out of there, to the people who actually care. On a scale of 1 to 10, these guys get a 10. The crew had already been in hot attics all day before coming to my home at 4:00 PM. A condenser and lineset change and three hours later, we had cold air. From diagnosis through installation and 2 next-day follow-ups (from Superior owner Andrew and technician Sam), they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. We were treated with respect, integrity, professionalism, excellent communication, courtesy, even cleanliness! They have earned my highest respect, and all of my future HVAC work.
Update: They reported to my insurance company that the unit was too dirty to assess, let alone put in coolant. Please look them up on Facebook and see my pics of my unit that they claim is too dirty to work on.. there is NO debris anywhere on the unit.We had an appointment Sunday-6-9 pm,they show up at 8:30pm. We were told we needed our AC cleaned and coolant refilled. Ok, we are going to have someone else clean because we don’t want to spend $280 for a cleaning. We said we’d just get the coolant filled. He couldn’ t do it because he didn’t have enough coolant but would be back Monday around 11am. By 2:30 pm, he hadn’t shown up and we were rescheduled for Tuesday 10-2. Again, no show. We were then scheduled again for Tuesday from 6-10pm. Oh, and again, no show. We called at 8am Wednesday and are told someone is coming right out. He shows up at 11:50, and then says he can’t put in coolant because it’s dirty. Absolutely ridiculous to be treated this way.
The techs did a great job inspecting the coils, the coolant level, and the ducts. I highly recommend them and will contact them again if I have concerns about my home AC system.

Worst customer service ever! They’ve been giving me the run around since last Saturday. They could not come out due to “the horrible rain conditions” mind you it only rained for an hour and they sent a text message to reschedule NOT a decent phone call. They rescheduled me for a later day and then called the day before to let me know my time was pushed back.. the new hours for them to come we’re between 12-4. It passed 4 and still no repair guy is here. Also, it says they’re open 24 hours but they are not. No one will answer your call past 5p. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Avoid at all cost. They initially came to do an estimate for ac repair and we were given a quote (which we have documented in an email from them). After not showing up for the first follow up visit (while we waited at home for them) they came back with completely different pricing. When asked about the sudden price increase they could not give any clear explanation.
Terrible service I wouldnt recommend these guys to my enemy, they never gave me the paperwork for my warranty and overcharged me. When I called them and told them I have a problem they wouldnt even value the warranty and the warranty was never send off to the proper parties, thats not good customer service . Do yourself a favor find another HVAC specialist. These guys are criminals. They will lie to you ,they will lie to the elderly.
Was surprised the tech completed the job quickl;, needless to say, after 2 hours of waiting for my house to warm up, especially in this drastic weather change, it started getting cold( er). There is absolutely no way to get ahold of the company after week hours. Now I have to wait till Monday morning ( today is Saturday).Not HAPPY for now.
These guys came out on a Sunday in the rain and replaced our A/C in just a few hours. The owner was very helpful along the way and the techs were courteous! Thanks for the great service!

Andrew Young is the owner of the company. His knowledge of HVAC is inferior to others Ive worked with in this area. Im giving him one star because he showed up...although 8 minutes late. I would run from this guy! Rude and dishonest.
Brandon was early, very professional, nice, quick, and fixed our a/c problem easily.On a side note, I liked how he had tattoos. So many jobs dont approve of tattoos.

More like Inferior HVAC. Im a consumer not an AC company. You guys suck and are fraudulent! Poor communication and service men who lie because they are either too lazy or unskilled to complete repairs! INFERIOR HVAC SERVICES!
They gave me a quote by e-mail, but we are not able to schedule an appointment. They are unreachable by phone, they suggest a day in the weekend and then just dont show up. Terrible. I called them several times, sent them a bunch of e-mail - no response. Too busy I guess
