Finding a good plumber can be difficult. They over charge and under perform. Vlad and Phillip are the exception and have never let me down. As a real estate agent, I’ve worked with more plumbers than I can count and when a client introduced me to Vlad I saw how hard they worked and how much they care about their clients and have been using them ever since. They are extremely honest, courteous, prompt, and always give multiple solutions for any major issue. From minor plumbing to full replacement, I won’t trust anyone else.

Philip was great! Very efficient and fast!He was also able to come out on very short notice which was extremely helpful because of the holidays!

Super quick, and efficient. They called me on a Sunday when I put in a ticket and helped try to assess over the phone. They come out on Sundays for a small fee as well but we opted to wait. They came first thing on Monday and quickly knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Thank you guys very much 🙏🙏

RMP Plumbing was great to work with. They were very professional, courteous, prompt, and did great work. They explained everything so I could understand it, took a lot of pictures, and made sure I knew what they were doing. They not only installed a new water heater, but corrected the very poor work the previous company did. They did not rush through the job just to get it done. They were very efficient and timely. I definitely recommend their quality workmanshop, knowledge, professionalism, and great attitude. I will use RMP Plumbing again.

Phillip was on time (even early), provided us with efficient and excellent service, and was able to give very good advice on things that he was not even hired to service. I will be sure to call RMP Plumbing every time I have a plumbing need.

Vlad came out to help with my leak that i have had in my shower for 3 weeks. I have had 3 plumbers who came out and have NOT been able to get the job done, one couldnt even find my valve shut off for my house, the other needed to order a part. Vlad had the actual part that is needed with him in his truck. He was respectful, very knowledgeable in his business, fast and quality service. This is the second time i have used him for my home and i will continue if i have any other issues. THANK YOU AGAIN VLAD, YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

Filip and Vlad were professional, efficient, and had great communication from the initial quote visit, when ordering parts, and on day of install/repair. They ensured we would be happy with the result. We will use no other company for our future plumbing needs.

Absolutely terrible experience. This company was sent to us through our home warranty (Choice, if you’re considering them stay far away). We needed a drain clean out for a flooded sink. The plumber showed up forcing us to pay for additional services that were not necessary to solve our immediate problem (p-trap replacement). We ultimately agreed to replace the part as well since our sink was actively flooding, and he refused to do the drain clean out before replacing the parts. Plumber then said that he actually didn’t have the parts, and since it was Friday he wouldn’t be able to come back until Monday to fix it. He refused to do the drain clean out or do anything to help us before leaving. He left our sink disassembled, and RMP had the audacity to call and charge us a service fee for the visit. We had to call another plumber and pay out of pocket for the drain clean out - the other plumber immediately realized the urgency of the situation and agreed it needed to be resolved ASAP.I’m shocked at the positive reviews for this company. We are new to choice home warranty and are realizing that they may be the root cause of the problem, but it seems they find companies like RMP to be complicit in their schemes. The fact that a plumber could walk in, see the state of our actively flooding sink, and completely refuse to do anything to help us as paying customers is insane. Stay far away.

Weve spent a lot of money on this kitchen sink. Drain cleaning, clearing solids, new faucet... and here we were with another backed up sink. We have Choice Home Warranty and I was really concerned about how claims would work... Vlad shows up from RMP Plumbing, snakes the line, explains everything to me, shows me water running through the drain outside that leads to the main sewer line... excellent service and excellent customer service! I will call them again in the future, even if my warranty doesnt cover it.

Everything about Nicolas and Filip was amazing! They were so friendly and loved to teach me how to diagnose and fix a problem and also how to prevent other problems from happening. They were very thorough with everything. They wanted to help fix all the problems. I was very thankful. Also, I’m so grateful that they came the next day we requested an order. That was very timely. They worked with my schedule and didn’t try to rush through everything even though it was during their closing hour. They took the time to explain everything. I will let everyone know about their services.

Filip did a good job and ran me through what was happening and how it became an issue. Great humor and good attitude. Would be happy to give them a ring if another plumbing issue comes up at home.

Philip did a great job replacing a leaking toilet. Tank had cracked. He came, measured, and recommended a good quality, yet affordable product. He delivered it and installed it promptly. Made sure the toilet is properly supported so it does not wobble on our uneven tiles. Left the job site clean and completed the work very quickly. Honest, very courteous and professional.Thank you!

I used this company because of my Choice Home Warranty. It cost $75 and they just roto rootered the main sewer line which was relatively clean. They diagnosed that we have a belly dip in the line. They did this without running a camera down the line which Im told has to be done to diagnose a belly. They left and said Choice Warranty wouldnt cover it.I am left with gurgling toilets when flushed and a shower drain that backed up. I rotoed the shower drain myself today and removed a clog. It drains perfectly now.No follow-up from Choice Home Warranty or RMP Plumbing.

Clogged toilet from heLL! It was the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. We spent 4 days with that toilet clogged until Mr. Vlad showed up and took care of everything. Just a pleasure to have him over to do this job. He was highly professional and explained everything g as he went from one step to the next. Great conversation too. I will highly recommend this company to all my fiends and family. Just a great experience. I did not add photos because the mess was just too nasty to post.

Vlad & RMP Plumbing helped up save money and get hot water when he led a crew that fixed a gas leak in our house line & a broken water heater all in one day. They were on time, professional, and didnt leave until the job was done. Very satisfied. Thanks, Vlad!

Had a great experience with RMP Plumbing. They answered my questions at 8 oclock at night and set me up an appointment for the next day. They arrived when they said they would and were really helpful in explaining and showing me examples of what needed to be fixed. (I called because our gas meter was pulled by Centerpoint and needed an inspection for them to re-activate our account.)

RMP Plumbing provided very straight forward and quick service and were very easy to work with and patient in answering my hundreds of questions. They replaced my water heater, and I am very pleased with the results. I plan to continue using their services for any future plumbing repairs needed.

We went through them through our warrantee company. They are so honest and so informative about whatever the issue is. I would recommend them to anyone at all!!! Any work that we ever need to be done in their scope, we will ALWAYS request these guys! Weve dealt with them twice now for two different issues and they have always been so helpful and even come after hours. They have been so accommodating and prompt. They actually care. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My main contact was Filip and he has always been a complete gem! Both of them are actually super awesome! Highly recommend!!!

I have Choice Home Warranty and called them about a stopped up bathroom sink. The guy that can from RMP was only concerned about his 85,00 fee. Then said he had to call Choice before he could do anything. I’ve had my warranty over a year and never asked for payment before service or have to call Choice to start work. Isn’t that why we place a claim and Choice sends them out??? I’ve about had it with home warranties because they obviously don’t check the contractors expertise before hiring!!!

RMP was called out by my home warranty company about a shower that was leaking into the floor below.The plumber took one look at it and in about a minute decided that the leak was due to poor caulking around the shower. He even belittled me when I asked home what else the problem could be! Anyway, that’s an easy enough fix, I went ahead and caulked the edges myself but still saw a leak. There goes $75.Fast forward a month later when I had the time to chase this down , I call out a different plumber to give a second opinion. They quickly realized this was more than a caulking issue and did a flood test to prove it was a shower drain pan rupture. Might be bad news, but at least they were thoughtful and correct in diagnosing the issue.I would not recommend RMP to anyone. With troubleshooting skills as poor as what I experienced, they are likely to have your small plumbing issues turn into several month long nightmares.

The guy was very nice but he didn’t check the plumbing well and give us a very wrong diagnostic. After I complained, I got the call from the owner of the company and he was very nice and I was impressed he call my husband on Sunday to try to help us to get fix our bathroom. We will wait to see how this ends.Updated: on the second visit, they said was rust and/or corrosion. WRONG!!! the elbow tube was broken. I hired another company.

Vladimir, is awesome! He is very Professional. He replaced the whole set instead of just one part! My insurance paid for the repair. I recommend RMP Plumbing LLC!

After a week of no hot water at our family home, and another company misdiagnosing the issue, this company came in and fixed the problem immediately. Should I have any other issues with anything plumbing I would definitely be calling them back for any future repairs. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know. Great professional service.

I had a broken water pipe and couldnt get hot water in the house. They came, analyzed the situation which was complicated and fixed it with minimal to no intrusion to my home. They KNOW PLUMBING!! They can fix anything and well. They take alot of pride in their work which is why they are so good. They are my go to plumbers!

This company was sent to me by my home warranty and the technician made a mess and broke my pipe.He was cursing the F word all during the time he was there. He was also smoking cigarettes. Horrible service!!

I had a shut off valve break off and Vlad with RMP came the same day and made the repair.

Did not show up on time then the worker broke more stuff and told us we need to pay extra to fix the issue charge us also did not fix we call other plumbing company they came and fix the issue same day for half price
