Great experience delivering here. Victor and his receiving team are fast, friendly and efficient. Arrived at 0700 for an 0800 appointment and 34 minutes later my full 53 trailer of insulation was empty and the signed bills were brought out to the truck. Great work guys!

Trash company’s beware of this company they sell cheap parts. I called and emailed about the part I got broke within few weeks . No response whatsoever. Than I went up there and owner came out and started yelling at me and I explained him I been there customer for years . But he simply dint care and j could smell alcohol in his breathe. Beware of this company and get your business somewhere else . Where they appreciate your money and knows what customer service is . Dis appointed. If I could give minus 10 stars I would.

Always on point. We’ve been exclusively buying our HVAC equipment from Hunton for years and they never disappoint. From equipment personnel, to sales, to technical support, we have always received first class service. Awesome group of people at the Central Green location, and I’d give ten stars if I could! Always a pleasure.

Most parts are in stock when ordering for the Trane and American Standard roof top units that I deal with. They also almost always have a cheaper than OEM alternative part when placing an order. Knowledge staff both on the phone as well as counter staff in person.

The folks at Hunton Distribution are friendly and knowledgeable. Im usually greeted by name shortly after I walk inside. Parts and Equipment are both well stocked so that back-orders and special purchases are at a minimum. All said, having the Hunton Group as a partner helps our company become a better provider for our customers.

After finding this was the wrong address on the east docks given to me, I had to turn around in their small loading area, I was made fun of because my trailer lost air and they were all laughing and pointing at me. I do NOT take this kindly! Just because all these brainless idiots do is drive a forklift all day doesnt make them intelligent enough to judge me. They all need more work, obviously they have all the time in the world to stand around and laugh at a lady driver.

I think they have a company culture of we are Hunton and if its not good for us your out of luck . Time and time again these guys have let my customers down . Ive been a customer of theres for many years. I use Aces supply for warranty parts because Hunton is difficult to do business with. This is my honest experience with Hunton. Take it or leave it. It is what it is.

I used trane today to buy control board for the first time in a long time. Upon arrival the facility seemed clean and orderly. After going in I noticed that maybe behind the scenes it’s more unorganized and staff more untrained than I thought or expect out of a big company like trane. A simple control board is all I tried to get. Gave the model and seriel clearly to the first person I talked to and confirmed the price. When I arrived the price was 40$ higher and the board wasn’t a direct fit but I was assured it was the right one while inspecting it. So, seeing the pined connections brings twelve pin and also being assured it was the correct board I leave unknowingly to my job sight 40 miles away to install the part. I would of regularly used their West Park store but it just happens to be closed for “inventory” what ever that means. Any way I get to the house. Wrong board. So what can I do call and ask. They say yeah you have the wrong board bring it back. Well fxxk I’ve alreasy wasted days of my time Messi g around with this bs. No sorry no has reinbursment. No sympathy. I’ll be sure to continue to go to aces if I ever need anymore American standard or trane garbage. Sorry for my spelling but I’m so mad at the stupidity I have to get this out.

Great store!! Always a friendly experience when I come to this location. Clean store, ice water for the field guys and usually have what you need.

The service is good, excellent but I want to make a complaint to the guy whose name is DUCKY or do they tell him if I call and ask to speak in Spanish and if he answers he speaks pure English you speak Spanish to him and he answers you in English and he has me annoyed He does what Even if you enter the store in *HUNTON greens you speak to him in Spanish and he answers in English, I think that if he doesnt speak Spanish, remove the Spanish line please…. I can tell DUCKY to his face, fix that please 🙏🏽
