I am a professional AC service technician. This place wont serve the public, only licensed professionals. That said, American Standard air conditioners are easier to sell than Trane.

Total rudeness. They don’t even let you explain or speak . They talk over you and if you don’t have an a/c contractor license handy to give them first thing they won’t listen to anything you have to say.
