Came out the same day I called to diagnose my issue. Dino explained everything, gave me my options and answered all my questions. (And there were many)Install crew arrived on time, did the installation quickly, cleaned up and hauled away the old system. Everything went very well.

This company is amazing! I called last night after my ac stopped working properly and Dino came out this morning. He was very thorough and patiently explained to my husband and I what our options were. After we decided to go ahead and replace our unit, they came out within a few hours and installed! We were very worried because weve been burned quite a few times but Im glad we came across this business. The price was very reasonable and less than 24 hours later we have cold ac. Thank you guys!

I needed my A/C system checked for my electrician to install my soft-start so my A/C can run more efficiently when under generator power. Dino did a great job, was very polite & professional & explained everything to me about my system. All checked out great. I will be using them for my routine checks & maintenance. This is a great company! They were referred to me by a neighbor. They got to me quickly and advised me of the problem with my AC. They also did my pre-summer maintenance on the outside unit. So I am now prepared. Dino the younger was professional, and gave me a fair bid on the work. They have a good billing system in place and took photos of the before and after work. Technician was prompt and arrived to inspect the outdoor condenser. Diagnosed the problem at 10am with leaking freon from the system. He discussed the options with me for installing a new AC condenser. He was able to order and install a new AC unit before 3pm. I was impressed that the technician was able to diagnose and solve my AC problem within the same day.

We had them come out to our home today (Saturday) to replace the evap coil, plenum and other stuff in the attic. Dino and I spoke on the phone Friday evening and told me he would be at my house between 9a and 10a. Sure enough he showed up in that time frame. He gave me a straight forward recommendation for the work to be done. I felt the price was very fair. He was unsure if the work could be done due to the supply shop closing at noon and his crew was at another job. Before he left he confirmed that his crew could come out today. A few hours later they showed up. They put blankets down to keep the debris contained. The crew did great work and were respectful to us and our home. Top notch service. We could not be happier with their level of service. We will be using them in the future for sure.

Climate Control Solutions has been my Go-To solution in those heated moments when my AC has failed me during the summer. I dont bother to call anyone else, they always come to meet my needs. I recently updated my Ac/heating system with an American Standard unit that is rated as one of the top units for the least repairs.

This is my second time using Dino for 2 unrelated issues with my AC. They are a family run operation and the response time was within the hour for me. Dino Jr came out to take a look and run some diagnostics. After about 15 mins he figured out the issue and it turned out to be an easy fix. I can appreciate the honest work ethic of this company by identifying such a simple problem and not up selling me on unnecessary repairs. I wound highly recommend them to anyone.

This company was contacted by my home Warrenty. Dino came out to our home to look at the ac that had completely stopped working. He arrived I took him to the unit and explained what we had experienced. He took about 10minutes and told me that it was an electrical problem and he couldn’t do anything till we fixed that. He also requested that I have our electrician label the ac breakers so he knew which one belonged to the larger and smaller unit. When I called my husband who has a business in the community and asked about getting our electrician out, Dino asked if he was actually an electrician, which he is. The electrician came out and said there was nothing wrong and that it was the ac unit. We called a company the electrician recommended for AC and they came out. The compressor was the problem and the entire unit has to be replaced . The problem was that when my husband called and spoke with him about him not doing anything, he said things like, I was following him around. FYI if your a stranger in my home I have every right to “follow” you. I was also standing with my two month old in the same spot the entire time until he wanted to show me the breakers. Which by the way are clearly labeled, as well as me telling him the 2nd breaker was the one that tripped when the bigger unit started having problems. After leaving my home I realized it started getting warmer. Went outside and he had turned off the breaker to our upstairs unit and left it that way. When the electrician came out who has done work at our house recently he said that Dino took the panels off both units and didn’t bother to put all the screws back in. I’m not one to bother repair people or tell them how to do their jobs. Yet I have never felt more looked down upon or like an after thought when he left my home. My feelings were confirmed in the answers that he gave my husband when he called. If I, having no AC or electrical experience can figure out the smaller breaker goes to the small upstairs unit and the bigger breaker goes to the bigger unit. I’m not sure why the actual licensed repair man couldn’t. After my husband told me about the conversation I was more disappointed and decided to write this review. There’s no way I would use this person or suggest anyone does. I feel like not only was he unprofessional in all aspects of our interactions maybe he was out right incompetent or just flat out lazy. Beware if you decide to go with Dino. Even more so I feel like if you a woman he will make things up to justify his poor work, if he actually does any work that is.

My old Goodman air handler from 1995 had a slow leak in the coil so Dino was recommended by a Goodman TSM. He called me and stopped by the next day and provided my husbands different options so we can make a decisions that is the best for our home. We decided to replaced just the air handler and he said he can replaced it anytime which will take approximately 3-4 hours and he provided a quote I thought was pretty reasonable. Dino and his crew came today and replaced a brand new Goodman air handler. His quote also included the 10 yr extended warranty for labor. His crew did a great job and they finished in 3 hours. They cleaned up afterward and Im very satisfied with their work. Dino is a HVAC contractor that is not out to just make money but provide service that best fit the customers. I plan to have him come back next year for my annual maintenance. I would recommend him to my family and friends. This is the type of HVAC contractor that deserve to be in business for many years. After being cut off by this companys vehicle, the driver then proceeded to intentionally slam on his brakes after honking my horn, nearly causing me to drive off the road. He had plenty of profanities to yell at me while flipping me off as well, being extremely confrontational and generally making me feel quite uncomfortable. What a terrible representation of good business.Funny thing is, Im a paralegal. Seems like this person has a habit of altercation on the road.
