American HVAC and American Services

Years ago I was abandoned by the AC company that I had been using. I still had a warranty but they wouldnt answer the phone. I found American Services and they bent over backwards to find out what my warranty was with American Standard and fix my problem. They have been my AC company since. They are the BEST around. Always on time, good work, good price. If its not broken they dont fix it. The last time they were out the technician drained the shop vac that I used to get the water out of the drain pan, after he BROUGHT IT DOWN THE STAIRS from the attic! It was full and heavy (which is why it was still up there.) Thats above and beyond!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Find another place. The girl who answers calls was not helpful and just wanted to argue.

They were always able to get our old AC fixed on the same day until the flood killed it. Theyve installed 2 systems in 2 houses for us over the past couple years. The guys worked hard and got job done.

Fast response time and very reasonable prices. Im definitely keeping their number on my speed dial.

Very unprofessional, Installed a new system in house leaked for years they never could find it, just kept charging me for freon, now they say I need a new unit and they wont cover it.
