This company was wonderful from start to end. Very nice on initial phone call. They were very quick getting a technician to come out to give a quote. Received the quote online before he backed out of the driveway. Technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I accepted the bid immediately and Dylan was out the next today to do the job. Awesome! I highly recommend this company.

My AC fan quit on me three times in about three years. Yes it was an old unit. The first time it quit I replaced it myself. The second time I called Anderson and they tried to sell me a new unit, but I insisted they replace the fan. The third time I called Anderson because I was out of town and my wife was home, but this time they insisted upon me buying a new unit. They did replace the fan but didnt bolt down one of the motor brackets, which in turn vibrated one of my copper lines to the point of breaking, which in turn ruined my compressor. I called and complained but to no avail. I got three quotes for a new unit and Gonzales was the low bid. They did an excellent job.

I called 2 weeks ago, Jesse returned my call the same day!! He came out the next day, we talked prices and timing for a new installation of an American Standard variable speed, due to humidity issues. We wanted 2 zones so he came back out to see if it was possible. He had me a quote ready in less than a day, he ordered parts, they came in 5-7 days later and he and his crew had everything working within 28 hours!! That is great service, especially for living in “the woods/boonies”! I highly recommend them for your AC/Heating needs.

$200 to come out and tell me my compressor was bad and I needed a new $6500 unit. Competitors came out and actually worked for almost two hours to tell me the same. $98 and unit would be $5900. Honest competitor came out and said my Freon was low. $328 and I have cold A/C and my unit is just fine.

If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5, I would! They initially came out to our house for a holiday and weekend call to start with. They were able to get our AC back up and going until we could replace our unit because it was so old and worn out. Then and for the replacement service they were above and beyond excellent. Both gentlemen, who I cannot remember the names of, were curious, professional and answered every single question I had. To have such a quick response time and treated more like family than just another customer is so hard to find these days!

My ac was leaking water and Mr anderson had someone here pretty quick even though its a Saturday evening... got the leak / clogged line fixed. Best customer service Ive had from any contractor in a long time. Highly recommend...
