It is so hard to find good customer service these days. Omar and his team are the best! Omar helped keep our unit running by fixing a simple part a couple of summers ago. He was honest and not trying to take our money, unlike a couple of other big companies that came out.Our unit finally gave out a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday. Omar was at our house within two hours. We had initially scheduled for our new unit to be installed on Monday, but he was able to get us set up on Sunday instead. We couldnt believe it! The team was early, friendly, and left everything cleaned up.One of the best parts of this experience was that Omar set us up with a window unit so that we could at least be comfortable in one of our rooms. After getting a hugely inflated quote from another contractor, I called Airflow. Omar took the time to educate me about which components of my system were leaking and inefficient. He walked me through solutions, and I felt confident in our decision. He replaced the compressor and evaporator coil and did it for about 30% less than the big boys. And he moved fast. We had the new equipment installed within 48 hours of his first visit. Its so refreshing to do business with a sole proprietor who has integrity and stands behind his work. Ive been a homeowner in Dallas for 8 years now and Airflow is the first HVAC company that Ive felt comfortable with. Highly recommend!

Received several quotes from different companies for a new A/C system install and really liked Omar. His quotes were very reasonable and were quality brands. His installers showed up on time and took care to protect the floors. They asked what rooms were too hot or cold and adjusted the ductwork as necessary. Initially I had duct cleaning done with Air flow company and based on well done job and price lower than on the market I wanted them to replace my 20 yrs old AC unit afterwards.If short - very customer satisfaction oriented crew of well organized professionals who adjusted to my needs on the fly and done even extra for no charge! Air not blowing very strong and not keeping set temperature, felt by hand downstairs and upstairs not blowing very hard out of the registers. I called the company I have used they could not make it out. Called Air-Flow comfort systems and Omar came out. He said the upstairs damper was stuck closed and damper actuator was bad so he replaced it and left. I rechecked the airflow upstairs and downstairs and same issue air blowing the same low air volume as before the actuator was changed. I then called the company I normally use and they came out to find a bad blower motor. Once replaced the air flow was way better upstairs and downstairs. I do not recommend airflow comfort systems as they did not fix the issue. Felt like they wanted to replace a part collect payment and leave without doing a full inspection and diagnosing the actual issue. Very expensive for being onsite for a short period of time and not fixing the actual issue. He called me later that day I was troubleshooting while on the phone. He said let’s talk about it next week as I’m out of town. If he couldn’t fix it right the first time why would I have him back out. So I called a competent company out to invest time in figuring out the actual issue. He said the damper was stuck shut. If the damper was stuck shut I would have not felt airflow out of the registers. The airflow was the same before and after he left, very low output. Horrible experience!!!

Our heat had been running non stop and wasn’t heating over 60 degrees. I sent a message and Omar was at our home the same morning, fixed the issues which should had been taken care of when it was serviced several times last year and was missed by another company. My home is warm again and he had it fixed in no time and it was priced reasonably as well. We are now getting on their maintenance plan and will be our go to for hvac service.

Omar was very responsive when we called him about one of our a/c units not working. Once he arrived, we decided to have both units (one unit for upstairs and one for downstairs) tested. We moved forward with having both capacitors replaced since one was out and one was starting to fail. We are thankful that Omar was able to get us in his schedule right away and took care of us. Yesterday evening our a/c decided to conk out. A quick research on our neighborhood Facebook pages quickly confirmed Omar was the go-to HVAC guy. I PMd him on FB Messenger late last night and early this morning he responded that he would be here at 10. He arrived about 20 minutes before that (amazing!), quickly diagnosed the issue and advised on another issue that needed attention and remedied that as well.What a huge blessing as we were melting in this Texas triple digit heat. We have saved his contact information and should we ever need HVAC assistance in the future, Omar is the one we’re contacting! Highly recommend!

Friday afternoon my air conditioner quit working. I called Air-Flow Comfort Systems (Omar). In a half hour he was at my house. After inspecting the unit he presented the options. My air-conditioner was 22 years old. I opted to replace it instead of repairing it. Omar said he can do it the next day (Saturday). His crew was an hour earlier then promised. Within three hours the new unit was cooling my house. They were very organized, professional and courteous. The final price was the same as what he quoted. I just had a full HVAC replacement and Omar and the whole crew were great! Took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the install, and it was very obvious how much pride they take in their work. Also left their work sites cleaner than they found them and were friendly with all my pets. Omar and his crew were awesome. Replaced my outside unit and attic air handler. He had a little delay on getting parts so Omar came by and added freon to keep me cool until the parts arrived. Very good communication and answered any questions I had.

Omar, came out with very short notice and helped us out and fixed our AC unit. We called this company today. A guy called Omar came to our house and told us that we need replace the whole AC system. We spent a $100 for his trip. We did not believe him, so we had to request another company to take a look. Another company found it is only a capacitor problem. It only cost us$230 to solve this problem. I am not sure if we paid $100 for Air flow comfort guy come to house and lied to us. We will not suggest this company to anyone.

Our AC went on on the Thursday of 4th of July weekend and I was desperate to get someone out to fix it. Omar was available and came within 30 minutes of contacting him, at 8 PM! Unfortunately for us we needed to replace the unit so we decided to replace the outdoor unit and the furnace since it was nearly 15 years old. We asked when we could get in the schedule and he said he would try for next day, which was a huge ask of us but he said it would happen! Sure enough, next day in the afternoon, Omar and his entire crew showed up and they worked until 11 to make sure we had AC. We had a problem with an aging heat pump. This was compounded by the fact that we had a number of people traveling our way to celebrate our grandsons high school graduation.I contacted Air Flow and Omar showed up in about an hour. He inspected the system and showed me where the problem areas were. He then explained our options resulting in the purchase of a new heat pump and air handler. These were installed a couple of days later and all is well.Omar was a joy to work with. He was prompt, polite and patient because I had a large number of questions. The equipment was installed and the work area was completely cleaned up. He even helped me with a couple of smaller issues at no charge.I would recommend him to anyone.

It was Saturday morning , Easter weekend, when my stuff noticed that it was freaky warn in the house. I was referred to Omar by another HVAC contractor who was at a funeral. And couldnt come that day. Omar was at my house within an hour after I contacted him. He took time to explain the issue in terms that someone outside the business could understand. He put boot covers on before walking on my carpet without being asked. Having a contractor in your house is invasive, and Omar was quick to respect my home. He had the part he needed at his shop, and about an hour and a half later, my A/C was up and running again.he didnt over charge me, even with it being Saturday on a holiday weekend. We got a new system from Omar and couldnt be happier. If we ever had to call him for questions or quick service needs before we got our new unit installed, he was always super responsive. The quick response alone is enough to go with him because its so hard finding companies who either answer or call you back when you leave a message.

The guy was nice and on time which is why Im giving 2 stars. Taking 3 off because it cost us $388 for him to replace the capacitor. The part is $25 and it took him less than 10 minutes to do. Not sure how they came up with that amount. After watching him I could have pulled out my meter and tested it just like he did. I should have done my research beforehand, lesson learned. Just a heads up to anyone else!

One of my AC units went out and I went online to search for different companies to get quotes from. I ran across air flow comfort and called their number after hours. The call rolled over to Omars cell (the owner) and he took my info and scheduled to come out the next day to diagnose the proble . He came out, diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of options with price quotes which were cheaper than other quotes I had received. I gave the job to him and he came with his team 2 days later to replace my unit and I must say I was very impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work and attention they paid to details. He came back 3 days after the install just to make sure that the air flow/distribution was adequate and I was completely satisfied with the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Omar and his team for any AC work. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is exceptional.

We used this company 6+ years ago for a new system. Our A/c was only blowing hot air, we called Omar and he told us to try this first to see if it would fix, it did! Honest company, could have come out and charged cut didn’t!!

Air-Flow Comfort Systems was not the first company I called to fix my AC system. In the future they will always be the first. I love their attitude. They are telling me everything I want to hear. I called them on Saturday morning. The temp was going to 105 that day. On Sunday evening I have totally new American Standard AC system installed and working. Yes they worked Sunday! I was notified and kept informed about everything. The first guy I called to install new system had me waiting 10 days just for new unit to arrive. The Air-Flow guys are at the top in customer satisfaction.

Did not know who to call since I do not live in Haslet, but wanted to help my mother in law out. I read reviews for two or three companies. Our technician, Eric, arrived on time and got to work right away. He was very thorough and conducted an inspection, notified us of any problems, and then gave us our pricing for repairs. During the repair he was flexible and helpful.

Omar came out to unclog my dryer vent ducting. He was able to come out the day after I called, but found out my ducting was hard blocked. He tried everything but couldn’t get it unblocked. Reached out to Air Flow Comfort Systems because I noticed water dripping from the HVAC outside my house. Omar came over and provided pricing details before he got started. Issue turned out to be a clogged drain that the HVAC is connected to, but he was able to take care of everything in a couple of hours.

Was a hot Sunday afternoon 104 for a high and our ac stopped cooling. Called air flow comfort systems at 545 pm and had a technician here at 630pm and had everything fixed within 50 min. All was needed was a capacitor, Freon and a full wash and flush of the system. Ac begin working immediately. Friendly technician and very knowledgeable would highly recommend calling them for all your ac needs.

Had an electrical issue where the aux heat would shut the system down instead of heat. The regular heat worked fine but the aux would randomly activate (even at 1 degree difference) when it shouldnt and the while thing just waits. The tech couldnt figure it out so he just said itll be between 1500-2000 to replace these parts and that should do it?!?! Oh btw we could just replace the while thing for a little more... Then he says Ill get a quote on parts to you in 1-2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. Not sure if scam or just not wanting to call for help. 90$ down the drain.

Mr. Dominguez completed an A/C inspection for me on a 1806 sq ft house. He gave me an ETA prior to his arrival and had even changed an appt due a change in my schedule. He cleaned the condenser which other companies have always charged extra for and indicated some problems. I will use him on my other house. He will be cleaning the ductwork and the dryer vent. There was no high pressure to puchase more which was unexpected but appreciated.Mr. Dominguez also completed a duct cleaning and air vent cleaning..It was obvious from the amount of debris collected that thise systems had not been cleansed for several years..As members of my family have asthma, am sure this will improve our air quality. Knowlegeable about his processes.
