They tell be that he must have missed the appointment that they were going to call him. I say no because I have an appointment at 3pm, okay at what time will you be back? I say 5pm... Okay he will be there. It is 6pm and the technician still not here I have called twice and their answer was he is on the way.For having five stars accross very unprofessional.UpdatedThe tech that was supposed to come was unable so at the last minute they contacted someone else to cover down. Diagnostic for my AC was not good. Tech was understanding of my situation and told me he was going to talk to the company to call me. Im not holding my breath.
