The service that Terra Cooling provided is exceptional. Oscar fixed the problem in no time. He reviewed the AC unit and found the problem to be faulty wiring and repaired it and made additional checks to ensure there were no issues with other circuits in the unit. I highly recommend Terra Cooling to be your go to AC repair, maintenance and installation. Kudos to the team.

Someone call my husband demanding for him to remove his review rather than apologizing for having him wait almost 3 days to get a call back just to get an estimate . What type of company does this Horrible customer service. Why have people at the front office if they are not going to provide the information requested it .

I called to get a estimate, a young lady who answer said that a technician will give me a call for price. Dont know why a technician will call me back , but any who they never called me back. What the purpose of having people in the office it they arent useful.
