Global HVAC Distribution

Global HVAC are crooks and customer service sucks!! My 5-ton A/C occasionally works and called multiple times for warranty work. A/C is less than 1-year old. Checkout ColAir A/C instead. I am gonna let them take care of Global HVACs screw-ups..

Do not purchase this product. But If you like spending your money on garbage then this is the product for you. My husband made this purchase through Amazon and received the package at the end of March. We had to wait a month before installing because we had to insulate the space. We was finally able to install the unit, but it does not work. We even had someone come out in hopes of getting it to work. I’ve attempted to make contact with company several times and left a message but no one has bothered to return my call. The phone rings and rings then goes to voicemail. I made contact with Amazon who referred me back Global HVAC for help. It irks me how so many companies are willing to take your money but unwilling to help when their products don’t work. We spent $700 on this unit and I’m extremely disappointed that it is not operational. Now I know why the return policy is only 30 days. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars at a company who does not have time for its customers. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company.

I recently installed a 20 SEER2 Aurus 2 Ton mini split inverter from Global HVAC Distribution LLC, and Im incredibly impressed with its performance. Came to buy a mini split system here and nothing but confusion. Asked how much it would be and was told $ 400.00. When all said and done it was 445.00. Also was told it would cost 50.00 to vacuum system by their techs when i was ready. I called their office twice and a person named Jaime and never received a response from anyone. I left messages on their phone and not once was i notified. Also a person took my receipt and never returned it. Would not recommend doing business with these people. Stay away if you know whats good.

I made my mistake on July 31st when I ordered a 2 ton Mini Split from this company. One was listed for $850 and one for $950. When I asked what made up the difference they told me the one for $950 was a smart unit but other than that they were the same, 2 ton, 17 SEER. Communication was really poor right from the start, didnt know when it was coming, etc. When it did arrive it looked like it had been dropped out of a moving truck, the box was trashed and the unit bent in on the top. I contacted them, they told me to send photos, I did.........they did nothing. There wasnt any paperwork with it and the remote isnt for that unit.It will turn it on and off and I can do a couple of other things with it but its still the wrong one. Then the worst part, its not a 17 SEER, its an 11. My installer wasnt even going to put it in at first. I communicated this information all along the way, they asked that I send more photos, I did, they did nothing again. Its now Oct and they havent responded since August so I guess that tells me that they intend to do nothing. Its my belief that this unit had been sold and returned, or maybe just trashed in the warehouse, in either case its outdated. (the box the condenser was in was inside a bigger one, both trashed) Theyre in Texas and Im in Arizona or Id at least pay them a personal visit. The only reason for my rating of one is that its as low as it goes. My advice......DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING SOMETHING, ANYTHING, FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad customer service! Never had a problem in the last 7 years installing split systems. Yet when I want to warranty out parts they say it’s installation error. You call and put parts and units aside and show up and give you a different story. I would not recommend anyone dealing with these people!

Bunch of crooks, I would not recommend them to anyone,including the owner Jamie, stay away, 1300 is not a normal upcharge, screw them, find a different distributor and save your money. Js after waiting a whole month for a heating element, he gives me the wrong one and refuses to exchange it or take it back, in this country we reserve the right to review business establishments, ID be happy with a refund .

Although I am pleased with the 3 AURUS Inverter mini-splits plus brackets that I purchased, I am very disappointed that Mr Luna has yet to provide me with my receipts, warranties and two missing remote cases. Today is AUGUST 9, 2023...My units were installed JULY 14, 2023.

This was THE WORST HVAC company to deal with. I asked for a mini split unit and what I got was a NIGHTMARE! the unit starting spilling a stream of water within the1st hour then they came back and said it was fixed, but later that evening my floor was flooded with water. The Owner Jaime is as rude as they come. He didnt provide me a receipt and at first refused to refund my money. I had to actually go and get my money after they removed the unit and left 2 big holes in my wall and kept an additional $20 cash i paid for electrical romex . He kept saying he was a licensed company but in my opinion he shouldnt be. Then to top it off he DID NOT INFORM ME THAT EMPLOYEES HAD TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID (receptionist) !!! while in my home . Save yourself some time & money they will keep and find a reputable companyThe owner FINALLY decides to respond 2 years after it happened! Shows you how much they care about their service AND IT IS NOT FALSE!!!! LIES BY THE OWNER TO HIDE HIS BAD SERVICE!Today is 02/03/2023

Placed orders on October 4th and 5th. As of November 7th still no units! Lie after lie after lie all in text messages! No refund yet either! Told me to dispute with bank! Terrible customer service!

The Technician named Bobby came to our home to do maintenance work on our A/C. He was professional and quick to work. Very happy with the service he provided!!

They sell junk knockoff brands not even the real thing its a tank from Mexico has a sticker that says rheem just read other reviews nothing but problems

Great products great prices!But warehouse and front desk employees are terrible zero people skills in a bad mood giving attitude, if you’re willing to put up with it go ahead give them a try but I suggest they get new staff.
