Beto did a fantastic job fixing our kitchen sink! He was incredibly fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done and worked efficiently to get everything running smoothly again. Excellent customer service!We highly recommend My Repair!We have a warranty on our washer/dryer and I called to make a service request. Other companies came out on the list of approved service providers but we decided to go with My Repair. We have gone through them in the past for other appliance repairs. Unfortunately our washer has needed repair three times, no fault of My Repair. The actuator keeps going out. The plastic “teeth” wear down and therefore, our washer needed to be serviced.I called last week to come check to see what the problem was, the parts were ordered and our washer was fixed. By Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and polite. And he cleaned as he went so it’s even cleaner than when got here.Our dryer was also making a noise and when the service technician came to check the washer, I asked him if a noise our dryer was making was normal. He said it wasn’t and if I made the claim, they’d order the parts needed.So all in all, BOTH our washer and dryer were repaired in no time. Don’t waste your time with any other repair company. My repair is reliable, friendly and punctual.

Rubin, your technician who provided service today was very friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and then proceeded to evaluating the issue. Within a few minutes he was able to isolate the concern. After recording the make and model number he proceeded to find replacement parts. He returned with a full cost estimate of part which included all labor cost. The complete experience was very professional and I would highly recommend Rubin and My Repair Center for your service needs. He also informed me of all of the services they offer which was considerably more than I had realized and I would definitely use their services for those as well.Overall, a great experience and professional job!

Repair men were great. Robert Banda. Communication with me as to when my refrigerator would be fixed is a zero rating. Not Roberts fault, Every time I called the person answering the phone said they would have to send to main office. Main office never contacted me. Was told part would be in in 1-2 working days. Took 5 working days to get in.

From the start they were very professional, informative, and availability was the next day.The techs send you a txt with picture and name.You’re not oblivious on who’s going into your home.Great Job! I will see how my washer runs and keep you all posted!

Mr Gaddal Lopez is a loving family man, a very modest and top-notch professional who knows his job to the brim! He doesnt only possess expertise in Washer and Dryer Units but also has other technical know-how in electrifying houses and Air Condition (AC) Units. Hes the best out there to service all your washers and dryers, AC and electrical needs.

This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating. They arrived at my house within a few hours from the time I called. The technician Gaddal López was extremely professional and supper attentive to detail. Strongly recommend this company for those of you looking for an honest assessment.

The plastc door latch on ou LG front loader washer broke. The tech came on time, was very nice. Looked at our washer and said parts would have to be ordered, estimate would be available soon and center would call with that. They called within a couple of hours with an estimate of $517.00 to replace the latch and entire electronic lock mechanism. Since I did not feel that the entire lock warranted replacing, and the estimate was 2/3 of the original price if the washer, I closed the ticket. Out $65 for the free estimate. Its only free if you go along with the exorbitant repair price. A lesson learned.

This is not our first time hiring this company. Theres a reason we keep calling them back when our appliances break down. The problem is always diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time.On this particular visit, the technicians including Mr.Gaddal did a tremendous job. They went above and beyond in repairing our washer. They noticed a bit of rust on the washer lid and sanded and spray painted it so it would look nice and inhibit further corrosion.Well definitely keep them on speed dial for next time.

Not good experience I called them to repair my gas stove cuse i have a problem with my oven the first time u call or if u a new client they are fast to get to u house but, they make me buy a part they told me that was the problem I pay like 480$ for part and service but that wasnt the problem they didnt diagnosed wrong now they wanted my to pay another 280$ to get it fix on top of that they mess up my control panel I dont know whats wrong with it I called them back ,they said they will call back to do a recall but they never do ! My recommendation is get a new appliance if they insurance wont cover its a waste of time

Our repair technician, Balde was professional and has great communication skills. He was thorough and talked to us through different solutions. My dryer broke and was fixed very quickly. These people are thieves and liars. Because of them and LG my family and I did not have a stove for over a month, after it was found to have a propane leak. These people are also dangerous, as they also told LG, the stoves manufacturer, that they had NOT found any leaks after checking everyvalve, even though they never moved the stove to take anything apart. They never showed up when they were scheduled to and yet they decided to close the ticket and label their job as complete, without a valid explanation. This made sure LG paid them for wasting my familys time while doingabsolutely nothing to solve the issue. Then, they had the audacity to want to fix my fathers washer,as if nothing had happened. I wouldnt trust them to fix a sandwich, much less anything your family needs to run a home.

They were quick to respond to my call They came and assessed the issue. I received a call from the office with the estimate, all very professional. My only complaint would be that I had to call a second time to inquire how long before the repair would be completed. They were there within the hour. I also appreciated the fact that I got a text message with a picture of the technician coming to my house and that he would have a helper.

We are going on week 2 without being able to do laundry. As of last call the staff had still not ordered parts. Now we gat a message from the insurance company that the job is completed, which it is not. Perhaps we will give a better review when the job is actually completed. Hopefully it will be soon.

Julian, the technician did an excellent job. However, the parts took a long time to come and therefore went about two weeks, not able to use the dryer.

Matthew was courteous and fixed the washing machine without any problems. He was informative and told me what was wrong and made sure the washing machine was working properly after replacing part.

I called late this morning when my oven locked up and wouldnt unlock. They were able to fit me in quickly and fix the problem in a short time. Both the person on the phone and the young man who came to service my oven were professional and personable. Highly recommend!

I don’t recommend unless you want to wait multiple weeks. Initially called and set up a date tech would come out to look at my washer, never showed. Called again and set up another date, he came out and was very friendly, diligent. He told me the issue shortly after looking at the machine and after the diagnosis, I was told I’d receive a call about the parts and how much it would cost to repair. Waited for about a week - week and 1/2, never received call. Called again and asked, was told there was no notification/note about parts or anything. Told they’d speak with the technician about the appointment and to expect a call within the day, never received the call. Although the technician was very nice, nothing got done. Ended up having to replace the machine :/

I have uaed the center in the past with excellent rsults. The center had a quick response this time again and it was not to costly! Definitely will use them again in the future. Their friendly helpful service and follow up call makes them my go to center for repairs.

Julian was prompt and professional. As soon as the problem was diagnosed, a second visit was scheduled when the part could be brought and installed. Very happy with the work.

After making an initial appointment for a dryer repair, they were a no-show TWICE with no explanation. When a technician finally came, he inspected and identified the problem, then ordered the part. The next week he came back with the part and “fixed” the dryer and even “tested” it and then left. Absolutely nothing was fixed even though I paid over $200. Then when I called back to get someone to come back and finish the job, I was ghosted again and they won’t even answer their phone during stated business hours. This has dragged on for several weeks now and is beyond ridiculous. Don’t bother with this company.

My dryer was not working well. I called them in the morning and they were able to schedule for same day service that morning. Will definitely use their services when we need repairs. Jessica (office) and Mathew (technician) are professional. They have excellent customer service.

Everything as far as the complimentary check up was perfect. Unfortunately at this time, financially, we are not able to move forward with the recommendation s, but do intend to do so as soon as we have the means for it.

I submitted an online inquiry via email. After 2 days with no reply, I got a call from a woman named Jessica, stating to call her back on Monday!!! (She called me on a Saturday). This is horrible, all I needed to know was how much they charge for a diagnostic service. Then after reading the reviews, I found out that they charge $60. I personally wouldnt do business with a company that fixes technology but is not updated on how to reply to customers using such technology. I never leave reviews but this time I had to.

Tech worked fast and repaired my stove. He was Friendly, and I didn’t have to wait all day. Thank you. I will definitely reach out to them if needed in the future.

I had an issue with my oven not heating correctly. I called and someone was able to come out to check within the hour. Everything was resolved quickly and professionally!

Baldemar was my technician. He called prior to arrival. He quickly assessed the issue and provided the required part (starter) for my refrigerator which wasnt cooling. He communicated well and the service call was quick.

Great customer service! Nathan came and promptly addressed the issue I was having with my fridge and came back quickly in order to have it repaired. Previous people with other organizations had dropped by only to cancel the order, but My Repair Center and Nathan were kind, prompt, and extremely helpful! The folks at My Repair Center went above and beyond our expectations. They were professional, prompt and very reasonable. We had an older model front loader and they went out of their way to look for the parts to repair our unit.They then sent their senior technician to put it all together and it now runs like new. Last night we noticed that our refrigerator wasnt cooling, and we had water leaking onto the bottom of the freezer compartment. Because it was after business hours, I filled out the online questionnaire last night and received a call back within 1/2 hour. After explaining my situation, I was told that they would have someone out the next afternoon. Due to a cancellation, the very personable, knowledgeable and efficient, Esteban (Steve) showed up this morning and corrected the problems. I am very impressed with the customer focused responsiveness of this organization.

The service was above and beyond great. The technician Melvin, could not have been more professional and fixed my washer in no time. The part had to be ordered but it came in the next day and was put on my machine in just a few hours. I really appreciate the quality and professionalism the tech provided. The washing machine is making weird and loud noise, upon tech troubleshooting he found out the motor for the drain bad, and suggested to replace the motor. Tech came back with the back ordered parts and installed in. The tech is knowledgeable, and very professional. I can recommend them to our families and friends.

Mr. Mark Lopez was great. After 3 solid months without a washer, and 3 repair men before, he was called in to help by our warranty department and his company. He performed a detailed diagnostic, none of which had been done before. He took his time, we observed him on phone with technical support until he pinpointed the problem, always asking and thanking us for our patience since we had been washing at laudry mats. I was a first time, walk in customer with a non-working Samsung Smart Oven.Rob, the customer service representative whom I had spoken to over the phone and primarily dealt with at the business location was very friendly and professional.I had the opportunity to observe and listen to all of the customer service reps speaking to numerous clients over the phone. They were all polite, respectful and good listeners.The technicians are knowledgeable, fast and proficient. Omar and Ashraf were very professional and made sure we knew who and where they were from. They did an extensive search to find the issue with the dryer and made sure it operated properly before they left. They took their time to make sure they found the problem and were very courteous through the whole process.We got ridiculous quotes from other companies and they just tried to make a profit. If you dont use this company, you are making a mistake.

Melvin performed service on my GE refrigerator/freezer. He was very professional and courteous. He also possesses the skillset and knowledge required to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue. Once parts arrived, he kept me informed as to location and when he would be arriving at my residence. Great job, Melvin. We will be utilizing My Repair Center as service issues arise at our home. Overpriced. They were quick to take my money. I needed 2 dryers and a washer fixed at same location. They said it was going to be $560 to fix the 2 dryers and another $400 to fix the washer. I declined the washer, because these units were already 6 years old. I paid over the phone and asked for a receipt. They never emailed it to me. My credit card shows another charge for $460. Apparently that was their original trip charge in addition to their quote. And they still charged me $60 for the trip charge on the washer they didnt repair. So long story short I was charged over a $1,000 to repair two 6 year old dryers. FYI I looked up parts online afterwards and the control board parts for dryer retail for about $200 each. Leaving me to guess that labor must be around $600 for the 2 hours worth of work.

My Samsung washer recently broke down. I had A&D come out twice and it still wasnt working. I contacted my repair center and the quickly sent someone over the exact same day. The tech Alex was polite and fixed the pump the other guys left unplugged and then also notified me that the washer was on recall. They had great customer service and the tech was very well informed. Definitely using them for any future repairs.

Called My Repair Center to check out my busted dryer.... after running a few tests of my own. The tech ran the exact same tests and said it was the motor. Total for repair/parts was about $320 (almost the cost of a new dryer). I declined the service- bought the motor online- replaced the motor..... and nothing. Still have a busted dryer, and I wont be using this company for any repairs. Shouldve trusted my judgement and not the service tech. They got my first and last $49.

Great customer service from the phone calls to the technician. Rick was great and very friendly, fast and efficient. The part for my ice maker came in rather quickly and was installed in less than 15 minutes. Great job!!!

Service was prompt, professional, good communication. Appeared nothing was wrong with appliance but electricity was interrupted by jiggling of plug/wall outlet. Recommended we have an electrician check it. We did this and electrician says nothing is wrong and the appliance is working. And it is. ??? No idea what happened.

We are from Colorado staying at Riverbend Resort in Brownsville TX. Our microwave broke in our 5th wheel. We bought an extended warranty (will never do that again) which covers the microwave. I called around using the internet and found only one business that would even consider working with our warranty company. I understand why businesses hesitate working with them because there is a lot of paperwork and rules. It takes more time for the business. However My Repair Center was fantastic. I talked to Vincent. He was incredible, friendly and understanding to our situation. He said he would talk to Haru in their Warranty Dept. They were willing to work and contact our warranty company, Preserve. After contacting Preserve they would only pay for parts and labor but we had to take our microwave out and take to My Repair Center. My Repair Center sent a technician out for a diagnostic for warranty. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. We took our microwave to the shop and Robert and Veronica helped us finish the paperwork so they could work on it. Nice to see smiling friendly faces even on a Saturday. I have never worked with a business that is so helpful, went over and beyond in their service, friendly, polite, professional and great customer service. I would highly recommend them even if you had to drive quite a ways because they are well worth it. They are incredible!!! I used to work in customer service before retiring. Our icemaker stopped working. We submitted a claim through our warranty and were given the runaround by two repair businesses that had been assigned to our claim.Our claim was then assigned to My Repair Center. Balde identified the problem. The part was ordered. Problem solved. Impressed with how quickly they fixed the issue and Balde even followed up with me to see how the icemaker was working.

He evaluated our freezer and we decided it would be cheaper to purchase a new one rather than having him fix it and take the chance the the fix would fail. Great guy!!

WAITED A MONTH- I gave three stars just because I had to call several times to ask for update about parts that were ordered. I never got a courtesy call about any delay on parts nor anything.The fridge was checked on May 4th, parts were ordered, and repaired on June 2nd. It took a MONTH to finally repair my fridge!!! The service person that came by (Nathan)was very professional and courteous. He had good communication skills and repaired it as expected.

Mr Vega gave us useful information about what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. We also appreciate that the service fee covers another trip to our house if we have the problem again within 30 days.

I have had the worst experience with this company! I had them come in to see where a leak was coming from in my garage. They put a hose on the roof and they said its coming from the roof No kidding?? I knew that. I had them come in to check the water lines also, they found that 1 flapper on the toilet needed to be replaced. They did that and then they said - That will be $160!! When I complained, they decided to throw in free maintenance for my air conditioner. They scheduled to come out 3 times and 3 times they didnt show up for maintenance on my air conditioner. (I left work for this and they were no shows) When i called to try to get a refund on what I had paid them - they refused to refund any money. Are you serious? The flapper costs $25 or less. Ridiculous! What a ripoff! They are great salesman though. Take the money and run.

I had to cancel the first visit because the repairman went beyond the three hour window so we rescheduled for the following day. The repairman showed up after the time he gave. The checking of the appliance was done and he said he would come again in a few days. When the parts arrived, I was contacted by the company and we set up a time. AGAIN, the technician went beyond the three hour window! There was no courtesy call from the technician that he may have been running late. Very disappointed with this company, I will not use them again.

Balde came to my house to repair my refrigerator. The job was quick. Great service-very professional and he explained the process. I was very happy with the results. I will recommend this place plus The repairman Balde.

Emailed them about a problem I’m having with my washer . On the website it says they’ll either call or email you within 24 hrs . That was 2 days ago. Don’t know how they’ve been in business so long if they can’t even keep up . Don’t put that you’ll get in contact within a certain amount of time if you can’t keep up.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Over a month ago I made the initial call to have them fix my fridge. Three different techs and about $350 later, my fridge still doesnt work. Supposedly my fridge was going to also need a compressor, another $200. Went ahead and had them order it. Its been about 2 weeks since the last service call. No one has called. Im done with them.

For the past few years I have done everything I could to avoid repairs by American TV & Appliance, due to bad customer service previously received by one of their technicians. I had no choice this time as I would have to wait longer to have another company fix my Dryer. I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from Melvin H. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and explains everything he is doing. He answered all my questions and concerns. Martin mercado was excellent in knowledge of the problem. He went directly to the problem and explained how he came to the conclusion from expertise and past experience. With that said I took it upon myself to tackle the repair. I ordered the part and within a week I had the part and fixed the refrigerator. Thanks to professional service and the prompt attention from the service center dispatcher. Will definitely keep you on my call list and recommend.

My freezer in my refrigerator stopped working and after a day or two of trying to fix it myself, I called in the experts at My Repair Center, based off of reviews I saw online. They were awesome to work with! They sent out a repairman quickly and he showed up when they told me he would! He quickly figured out what was wrong with my refrigerator. Unfortunately, he did not have a replacement part on hand and had to order it, but the part came in within a few days and they called me to set up an appointment to install it as soon as it came in! The repairman again showed up when they told us he would be and he quickly installed the new part and my refrigerator/freezer is working again as it should! My Repair Center was great to work with and they are very professional and efficient, I definitely recommend them! The price for the parts and repair was very fair!

Repairman arrived and went to work on my dryer and had it fixed in around 30 minutes. He put the hose on and put the dryer back where it goes. Very polite and courtesy.

All people involved in the process of the service call is very friendly and accommodating. They were consistent with the job description. What I like the most, is the follow up after the service. Management is always on top of satisfaction. I would recommend them anytime.

The work was done under a warranty. As soon as they received the work order from the warranty , the tech was right out to see what the problem was. The part took a little longer than normal as it was an older machine. When the part came in Esteban tried to come out but we had just left, a note was left and we called to rearrange the appointment. He was here after phoning to make sure we where at home. He arrived when he said and the part was in within 15 minutes the dishwasher was back working. Excellent job by Esteban.

Esteban did an excellent job on my refrigerator repair---punctual, efficient, clean and his explanation of the problem and of how to avoid further problems was concise and understandable. Plus he cleaned my freezer and the hardwood floor where it had gotten ice on it. Super polite, as well!

This place is a rip off and should be reported. Called them for 2 issues on my flat screen. They fixed one and returned and picked up the TV FOUR times for the 2nd issue. Kept my TV for two to three weeks at a time! I was very patient with them and they failed. They were never able to fix the distortion on my audio. I paid $290 and they returned $0. Guess what the repairman said was the problem? The cable company!!!! Even though my other TVs work fine on the same jack! Took my TV elsewhere and the audio problem was fixed in 2 days. I feel scammed by these people. There are other repair centers that are way more reputable, technically proficient, and honest.

Spoke to Joe Garcia from the Harlingen office concerning my freezer. Mr. Garcia was able to provide me with advice to troubleshoot the problem before sending a tech. After following his instructions my freezer worked. No tech needed 👍. Mr Garcia still had communicated with the manufacture in getting me a part concession just in case the freezer went down again before we knew that freezer was going to work. Great service from someone that cares even though unit did not need to be repaired.

No service on weekends, Please anybody thinking of purchasing a unit from this company DONT, if your AC gives out on the weekend your screwed, no AC for you until Monday or Tuesday. When I purchased this unit I was told that I have a 10 year warranty on parts and labor and that if my unit stopped cooling they will have our system cooling with in 24 ours, well thats BS, all three times that I had problems, took them 2 or 3 days to fix and have left us with out AC all three times. Once again do your research and think twice about dealing with this kind of service for 10 years.

Not in a terrible hurry to fix your Television. It took 20 days from drop off to pick up for my TV to be repaired. They do not have parts in stock, they have to order it. That took 12 days to receive the part. Then, it was installed and sat in the shop for 7 more days before I had to call to check in on its progress. They werent in a terrible hurry to call and inform me the unit had been repaired. The excuse given was that it was being tested because the unit had some issues responding to the type of soldering. Testing doesnt take more than a day. So, I questioned the manager about this process. The answers given to my questions were evasive, defensive, and non answers. This shop is not qualified to fix your Television. A true TV repair place can get your unit fixed in days, NOT WEEKS. They are trying to be all things to all people. You cant run a business this way in this age. This business is doomed to fail, just give it time. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED.

I found MyRepairCenter through an internet search and initially inquired with them because they were closest to me - I had nothing else to go on. Boy Howdy, am I glad I did! When I described my problem (with a Washing Machine) they were able to accurately determine the problem (maybe that isnt always possible but it was in this case) and provide a precise (as it turns out) estimate.The technician, Nathan Cohorst, was courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am extremely satisfied, grateful, and will not hesitate to call again with any appliance (or even other) issue I may have.

From an engineers perspective let me tell you that their service is A+ in terms of sales people. What I didnt like is how a technician OBVIOUSLY damaged my stuff and tried to tell me I connected it into a 220v circuit. Thst requires an entirely different plug. Poor integrity on whoever that was. Will not be coming back.

Horrible customer service! Don’t let this company scam you. My Repair Center is a complete rip off. Called place for two issues. One for my tv and another for my stove. Company picked up my tv and took 2 weeks for them to return even though I declined the service due to them overcharging for labor and parts. Another issue I had is I wanted my gas stove to be repaired and they sent the wrong technician, with the wrong parts, gave me a the wrong estimate, and then the technician ended up breaking another part on our stove. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this place!!!!!!!!!! If your seeking a refund good luck! Had to wait a complete month for it.

I was charged full price service fee for the gentleman to tell me there’s nothing he could do. There was no service performed so i don’t understand why I was charged $60 for service he didn’t do. I was told to just buy a new tv. He was hoping I had warranty so he could just order new tv. I knew I had no warranty so that’s why I called them to repair it. I wouldn’t have minded a $20/$30 charge for the drive but $60 for doing nothing was unacceptable!

He axplained everything about what we should do about our air conditioning. He also was very polite. Would recommend him for the job 👌 👍

Customer Service was good. Edward was very friendly technician. The only negative was the appointment time of between 4:00PM to 5:00PM turned into 5:30PM, but at least the technician came and fixed my refrigerator.

One star only because I couldnt do a zero. Hired them to fix a dryer. The sevice guy was incompetent. I was charged close to $300 and the dryer never worked right. The top of the machine would get so hot it burned your hand. Asked another repair man online and he said it was a safety hazard. Obviously still heating after the spinning stopped. Discarded the dryer, took the loss and bought a new one. I will never use this service again. By the way the service guy came out 3 times, never got it right.

It was a long and drawn out process due to parts availability. Communication could be better between the repair and us the customer. Other then that when we did speak to Mr. Garcia he was helpful and apologetic.

Tech order part and came around the second time to install, here is the fun part he came to my house without the correct tools to us so he ends up asking my wife if I have any tools he can us to get the job done, the problem with this company they hire tech that look at your product without even trouble shooting it and then they want us your tools to get the the job done. I would not recommend this company for any type of work done to your appliances.

Noe Trevino did maintenance on my dryer. In comparison with other companies that leave a mess of fluff on the floor, this worker cleaned the fluff at the end of maintenance along with vacuuming and cleaningthe pipe behind the dryer. We used My Repair Center to repair the the water filter housing and control panel on our RV residential Frigidaire refrigerator. The company management team was excellent and their mobile repairman Mathew was prompt and professional. I strongly recommend them.

Really unprofessional. Lowes sent them to repair fridge I bought six months ago. After two times and three months later, still no success. I ended up buying a new fridge from Sears. Still trying to get the other fridge fixed after first repair which is now seven months later. Excuses after excuses. They keep saying tomorrow. I called to get my washer serviced because it was showing me an error. The person that came said it was the thermister, mind you all he did was type in something to his tablet. He never moved or checked my washer, he charged me the $49 and left. The part was later replaced and the error was still showing. I called once more and the lady said I would have to pay again so a tech could go out and look at it again. $220 and my washer is the same, I had to call another company to come and fix my washer. If he would of opened the back panel he would of seen a lose wire..... very bad service, rude people I would not recommend this company.

I had to fix my washer called this people to get it fixed they charged me right away 1/2 of what the cost was going to be and told me they would order the parts and i would have my washer fixed in a week... weeks passed my husband called and questioned them they came out that the parts they had orderd wr the wrongs once OH and that is was going to be more then what it was in the beginning! I was in such need of the washer we agreed since my daughter had been diagnosed lyme disease i needed that washer ASAP and they knew what i was going thr. They set an appointment to stop by i waisted a day of work only to know they had lied they never came!!! They told me they did come to my house when in my house i have surveillance cameras NO ONE stoped by i had proof! After that day we requested our money back we had enough of thr lies it took us 2 months to get our refund back... THIS PEOPLE THIS COMPANY NEED TO BE REPORTED !!!!!

Melvin H. and Angel both came to our home to repair a microwave/oven combination appliance. Both individuals were exceptional in their repair and their personalities. They kept us apprised of where they were, when they would arrive at our home and arrived as scheduled. Melvin has been to our home for an earlier repair on our wash machine. Angel came this time as the senior team associate who in effect was training Melvin for the next time this problem occurred.I highly recommend My Repair Center to repair your appliances.
