Mr. Jose and his son were prompt, incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. I have used this company in the past, and will continue doing so. I have praised this company and recommended them to my colleagues and peers. Mr. Jose displayed concern with my comfort during this cold winter season and made it a point to arrive early to resolve my heating issues. This company is also contracted with American Home Shield (AHS). I highly recommend this company for any heating and air issues you may have.

The experience with Exclusive was overall amazing. I would have given them a 10 if the scale went up that high. The technician had the grace to come in early after a very professional and courteous call. Immediately after arriving he tested the system and could have put everything on a bad thermostat, but he kept digging and found the real problem, one of the electrical legs was busted, failing to send enough energy to the outside unit. After showing me the evidence and giving me sound and believable information, he changed the thermostat and notified American Homeshield to provide an electrician’s services. He was professional, courteous, and respectful. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that was going on with ease so my untrained self could understand. Thank you Exclusive Heating and Air, you guys made my life so much better!!!

If I could give a no star I would. He work with American Home Shield. He came to fix my AC, did not know what he was doing, put the wrong motor on that could of messed up my unit. After roaming around he called someone else because he did not know what he was doing. He after fixing the motor and the AC still not working, he came back and stated that it was my compressor and refrigerant that was the issue by that time my house was 120 degrees in my house with a baby on the house in Texas. I had to called another company which when the came they notice that the heat strip was on that why my house was blowing hot air. They diagnose and look at everything and find out that it was my thermostat that was the issue. Which I had to buy one from them. Now I’m going back and forth with American home shield because they refusing to reimbursed me for because he messed up. Never again. Reach out to him and he couldn’t even take accountability for his action or admitting he was wrong. I hope you enjoy scamming me and the money you got paid from American home shield.

Owner called and gave me a time slot 4 days out. I asked him if that’s the earliest he could make it. He refused to answer just kept repeating himself then told me to call American Home Shield and get another technician. I called AHS and they assigned me to ORR HVAC. They called me within 15 minutes, showed a little compassion and concern about being without AC in 105 degree weather. They promised to come out tomorrow. THAT is how you handle business in a professional way.

Initially the night before I had to call in a warranty claim, they took way too long. So, on a whim, I was recommended this wonderful guy. He was able to get to me because of two no-shows within about 2 hrs after speaking to him about my issue. He told me exactly what it was after describing the issue and gave me the up-front price. Stood his ground and was very respectful! The problem with people in general is usually the bad reviews are posted. (IMO for most cases) however, I told Jose he will get the best review yet! Considering I only spent about $25 more than the warranty company claim fee, he was quick, respectful and knowledgeable. I picked his brain for about 20 mins before I even asked him to assist me with the issue. There’s no doubt in my mind that I would definitely NOT hesitate to give him a ring again. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Exclusive Heating & Air! Kudos to you, Jose! If I could give him more than a 5 Star, I would double it!

Exclusive Air is amazing. Jose showed up to my house on time. He conducted himself in an extremely professional manner. After being at my home for about 30 minutes he had my system back operating and cooling. I recommend contacting Exclusive air for all your cooling and heating needs.

I would not recommend using this company. It was communicated to us that only the bare minimum repairs would be completed. This in fact is unprofessional and indolent. As a corporation, you would think that compassion, respect and empathy for their customers would be the most important factor.

Used Exclusive Air for AC/Heat Inspections and repairs. Gets job done right and on time, provided invoice and info for when I was selling my house and buyer wanted proof that unit was in good condition.

Loved the professional service! On time and helpful advise on general air condition maintenance.

Great guy! Actually teaches you a lot about your HVAC system.
