I’m a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex, this is the only company I allow to come out and service our units. I have had no issues with any of the technicians that work there, but my favorite one and everyone’s favorite at my property is Mr. Jason. Everyone of my tenants love Jason he is professional, polite explained what he’s doing. This man has handled heating issues and cooling issues with no issue at all. He shows up once and it’s done, no guess work no nothing. He will do a diagnostic on the system and will find your issue and resolve it the first time every time. If any property manager or maintenance supervisor is reading this give this company a chance. They have everything they need when they pull up. They have replaced out door units, coils, ductwork and even done emergency ductwork repairs for us. 5 out of 5 stars don’t bother to call the rest in my opinion air solutions is the best.Thank you Jason for everything that you have done and will continue to do for our property.

Jordan and Jack did an awesome job replacing the coil of our AC. We have the service contact and the leaking coil was found during the inspection.The coil was replaced and the unit was cooling in no time. I recommend them for all heating and AC needs.The service contact also saved us money.

We have been using them for years. Jason came out today to do our quarterly maintenance. He is personable, professional and navigated our two dogs very well. He called and was early for our scheduled appointment. He did a thorough inspection of our system and cleaned the condenser coil. The staff at the office are helpful and friendly as well. We wouldn’t use anyone else! We appreciate Air Solutions service before, during and after the installation of our HVAC system.

Air solutions is an awesome company they did a damn good job on installing me new trane heat pump . They were very nice and explained everything well and I much cooler in my house and can feel the clean air and can breathe better . I was glad to feed them pizza for lunch those are cool too.Also I like to add this review to air solutions my stack was clogged and the technician Jack came at 7pm he blew it out and adjusted my dampers for more air flow on living room and did a very good job. All these guys that installed my ac including jack deserve a good raise .

Tristan Marks was very professional and very helpful. I will probably replace one of my older units. Prices are competitive and I was given several options to help me decide on which unit is best for my two story house. I have used them for over 7 years and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new unit.

Jose and Tristan at Air Solutions were amazing! Truly the entire team is. We just had new duct work installed as well as lots of maintenance on an older system in an old house. I called out a technician and was able to get them out on a weekend in a couple hours. The technician was already with another customer, but called me right away and kept me informed. He came out and was very professional. He found the problem right away and my unit was cooling again within 30 minutes. Five stars to Air Solutions and a big shout out to the technician, Tristen. Was helped by Jason from Air Solutions on 8/14/23. Needed HVAC looked at to keep the house cool and my toddler comfortable. Jason not only ensured AC running at capacity, but he also caught that there had not been a float switch to stop drain pan from overfilling and leaking onto ceiling. Had the float installed and not have to worry about. Recommend Air Solutions and Jason.

I called Air Solutions today for a second opinion after being lied to by a well known home warranty company. I was not expecting someone to show up the same day as I called mid afternoon. Tristan Marks showed up about an hour later and was VERY professional and courteous. He explained what I needed and why as well as what I did not need and what may be needed later on. He answered all of my questions and called the office to find answers he did not have. Based on his professionalism and the reputation of the company, I authorized the repair on the spot and quite possibly the job can be done the following day. Awesome experience so far and the job isnt even done yet.

Tristan came out to look at our AC unit after it stopped cooling. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything he was doing the entire time. We had called a different company over the weekend and got ripped off. I explained everything that happened and he assured me they don’t do business like the company we had called. I was very impressed and he got us going until we can get our parts ordered and installed. 100% would use them again!!

Our ac was struggling during the heat of day. We called Air Solutions and Jason came out to trouble shoot, unfortunately it was more than just charging with freon. Jason came back the next day and made the repairs much quicker than expected it would take. He pulled the inside unit, cleaned, repaired, and modified some of the piping. He was professional knew his business. Im very satisfied with the job that Jason did. Weve used Air Solutions for repairs and purchased our central air and heating unit from them. Weve had nothing but the best service from them.

I called this morning about my air conditioner making a rattling noise. Eric and Jordan came out before noon and had it fixed in about an hour. Super nice and professional.

Tristan Marks came on an emergency call and was able to diagnose and replace a faulty compressor in record time. He did everything we asked including things outside of his wheelhouse. The old one failed on Saturday. The job was complete Tuesday before 1pm. Highly recommend for any a/c work.

Tristan Marks came to our rescue after hours on a Friday night. We had a power outage due to transformer failure which caused our breaker to blow. He called several times to keep us updated on his busy schedule that evening. He arrived at 10:00pm and was done by 11:30. He was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem and get us a temporary fix until we can get the parts needed. Highly recommend Air Solutions and Tristan Marks.

The issues Ive had in the past have caused my AC to stop working on several occasions. I highly recommend this company. Our unit wouldn’t come on late Saturday night and they weren’t going to be able to make it until Sunday morning, so Jason took the time to call and walk me through how to fix the issue and we were up and running. You won’t find too many people that will take time out of their day to call and help you out these days! They will definitely have my future business!

Our air conditioner had not been operating properly and they sent someone out to see what the issue was and I had to have an entire new system installed. These guys know the ac/ heating business and care about the customer. It was refreshing to experience this kind of care in this day and time. Cary knew just who to send out for our problem. Curtis is top notch. Switching over from my old ac company for good. My sister recommended and I am so thankful she did. If I would’ve went with the other company, I would’ve bought a whole new system when all I needed was a new filter. So thankful for Air Solutions.

I had previously called 2 other A/C companies to come to my house and try to figure out why my living room was much hotter than the rest of my house. During the summer we used a tower fan and would sweat. The rest of my house was cool and comfortable. No one could tell me why and offered no solution. I finally called Air Solutions and Aaron Gibson took one look in my attic and knew immediately what he needed to do. Happy to say our A/C is now working properly and my living room is now comfortable. Best part...my a/c is not running continuously and the price was extremely affordable. I highly recommend these guys for any problems you might have.

What a great company! The installation of a new unit (commercial) was seamless. Months later when we used our heater for the first time it wasnt working. They had someone at our location within a few hours and had it fixed within 24 hours at no charge. Josh and Vincent have taken great care of us and Id highly recommend them!

When my A/C unit went out, Tristen was out to assess within hours of me calling...bad news was we needed a whole new unit! Tristen was very thorough in his explanation of why we needed to replace, the cost, financing options, etc. He made sure I completely understood before moving forward. No pressure to just sell. I opted for the affordable financing on a Thursday, and Weslee & Tristen were at my house at 8:00 the following Monday to install. They were very kind and professional. Our AC was iced up so I called twice because it 85 degrees in our house and we have two dogs and I have a five year. The Amazing AC tech Brian called said he would be here in an hour he was here in 30 minutes. We were low on freon and a dirty filter. He fixed it now you can freeze ice in the house now. Love Brian hes an Asset to Air Solutions as well as Eric which helped me on the phone as well. God bless them both. Our house was the one on Lincoln .

My thermostat froze up and wouldnt function. Vincent arrived on time and went to work. He attempted to see if he could salvage the old thermostat and save me money but his effort didnt pay off. The technician Triston was very nice and exceeded all expectations. Triston informed us of his arrival time and was on time. After routine check the a/c was leaking. Air solutions is by far the best HVAC air conditioning contractor Ive used. They came in and changed out a faulty system and replaced it with a energy efficient system that has reduced my air and heating bill considerably. These guys do amazing work...they had to completely redo the set up ...I could write a paper on how much extra they had to do and kept it all within my budget. When our AC stopped working in the late afternoon, I called Air Solutions and they had a repairman at my house in less than 30 minutes. The repairman was friendly but all business and wasted no time diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Couldnt be happier with this business and I HIGHLY recommend!

I had to have my 24 year old air conditioner replaced in summer 2022. It had a leak, and the old R-22 refrigerant is no longer available. Tristen helped me select available replacement units. I went with Trane, because everyone needs a reliable unit in this Texas Heat. The crew removed the old one and installed the new one in about 5 hours. The new unit is quiet with no issues. I was not going for something cheap that would have issues later.

As a builder who deals with many different city inspectors, energy code inspectors, etc......Air Solutions is ahead of the game and have HVAC down to a science. Could I find someone cheaper? yes I can.....Ive went cheaper and Ive had problems every time. Customer service is outstanding! Air Solutions honor their work and raise the bar when it comes to quality.

The guys at Air Solutions were quick to respond when I came off of a long and very sweaty 12 hour shift at the refinery, to an 80 degree house. It’s not just their response time, but each of the techs took the time to explain what was wrong, and best route to fix the problem. Unit repaired, house cooling, and tired operator sleeping comfortably.

The company (not Air Solutions) that installed our AC unit in 2019 didnt do part of it correctly.

After hurricane and power back, our AC stopped cooling. I called them to come and check it oit. He came on time and went on our attic, and put cooling fluid. Then told me there was a leak that needed fixing( i have no idea about AC) but telling us it would cost us like 1500 to fix it or more for replacing it. He left. 2 days after, our whole ceiling fell with water on floors. i thought our roof had leak or we have plumbing issue. Called the plumber to check it out, found out, our AC pipe busted and broken( they replace the pipe, and it stopped leaking! If you are AC repairman i would expect that they will leave it on working and good condition. I did not know the leak he was talking about was that bad that it would damage our house.I called other AC company and check our AC, just reset our blower to correct setting and he said it is good. My husband called them and one lady answered and was rude and defensive to him. We are so dossapointed to this company.

The only reason that i gave it a 1 star because they dont have zero stars....They came to my house and replaced both A/C units and heat pumps did some duct work ......Wam ...$24,000 yes dollar....year later i find out the the units were the cheapest and will probably about 5 years total ......My church dumped them for their outlandish prices...enough said....

Horrible customer service, never comes out when they say they are going to and have had continuous problems with our “New” unit they say they are 24 hour but when I call on a Sunday because my heaters not working the most I can get is they’ll call the next day to schedule somebody to come out never mind the fact I have two two year olds in the house who are freezing screw the warranty I’d rather pay to have somebody come and actually fix it
