Had Wrights do a diagnosis call on a system that wasnt properly cooling. They were able to find a leak, but fixing the leak wasnt feasible. Had two other companies come out, they found the same thing. After getting estimates from all three, Wrights was the best combination of price, equipment, and warranty for a replacement system.We purchased the system from them, and the installation went well. Cyle was super kind the entire time, down to earth, good guy. Since then, Ive had them come out to address a few concerns, and they are always on top of it and take care of it to my satisfaction. Ive had great experiences with Cyle. He explains what hes doing each time and always answers my questions with patience and kindness. Ive never felt like Im wasting his time trying to understand my system better.We even had a thermostat go bad under warranty, and they were out within 45 minutes of my call to swap it out with a new one. No complaints with Wrights and would recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company!

Unbelievable. Had Wright install a unit on a remodel with a complete tear down. 3 years later and we are still battling water leaking inside the house despite a minimum of 9 service visits. Owner said they would make it right only to tell me that after they replace one unit I am responsible for any future costs with no warranty period. So despite 3 years of being unable to solve the problem I am supposed to just accept the risk that the new unit is installed properly. Use at your own risk apparently.Update/Edit: I have no words. This response summarizes how some at this company treat customers. Heaven forbid you get a faulty unit/issues with installation. The insulting suggestion that YOU did it will come out. Always a great way to interact with your customers. Despite the response, it has been 3 years of issues. I think any sane person would expect some warranty coverage when a properly working is installed finally. I know the owner of the company agrees, considering we discussed it personally, and the company is now working to replace the faulty unit. But I still dont appreciate being accused of tampering with anything.3 years….. 3 years of an ac that doesn’t work like it should and nothing but blaming the customer as if I had anything to do with it. Videos showing water dripping like a faucet.

Had great service from Wrights AC in Greenville today. Damien was the service provider. He was able to come out earlier than scheduled, which was very convenient for my schedule. He was able to fix the wiring issue for the heating/AC unit and the cost was minimal. Very honest company that does not up charge or take advantage. Would highly recommend and will use them again!

We had a very hot summer this year and one of our AC units went out. We called Wright’s and the next day they were on site and had it resolved within 30 minutes. The service representative also checked the system in the attic to ensure there were no other issues and gave us some additional solid advice to more effectively and efficiently cool our home. Wright’s went beyond their service call request and made sure our system was prepared for the remainder of the summer!Highly recommend their team! Damien and Eian were both very professional and helpful. They arrived promptly and quickly solved the problem. Also, since my unit was new, Damien was able to instruct me on filter changes and other maintenance. I will definitely call them for any future needs!

I did not need a new system, but rather needed dependable service to fix a cooling unit that was installed by someone else. Kyle of Wrights got the job done in a timely and efficient manner, while offering value pricing much less than the billable rates he could have easily charged. I have definitely found my new heating and cooling partner.

We reached out to Wrights Air Conditioning service when out ac stopped working. They were able to get someone out the same day to check out our system. Cyle was able to troubleshoot and make the repairs right away, saving us from the record Texas heat. Thanks for providing great service. I will be using their services in the future.

Called at 4PM and they were able to come out the next morning and fix a problem at a rental I own. Will definitely give them a call again if I need them.

Owner is dishonest. Overcharged and refused to fix it. Steer clear of this company. After reading the great reply , even more bothersome. Good answer for public but we all know what really happened. At the end of the day, everyone answers to God and Ill leave it there. It is a shame though to be so short sighted in. I cant put a price on my integrity but apparently you can. Money comes an goes but reputation..

I have used this HVAC company twice now in the middle of the hottest times of the summer in the past 2 years. I am a first-time homeowner and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business. They came to my house within 24 hours, didnt try to gouge me, and professionally and respectfully explained ways for me to maintain the unit myself to prevent the need for future service calls.

Only complaint I have is I told the dispatch that they were to inspect only the unit in the main house, they did not relay that information to the technician so I was charged for 2 units , but only wanted one serviced. Thankfully I had money to cover it. Would love an explanation as to why that occurred. Im sure it wont end in a refund, but maybe the next guy wont have this issue if its addressed now. Thank you

Cyle with Wright’s Air Conditioning and Heating has been to my home twice now and my office once to look at three separate units with three distinct issues. He is knowledgeable and proficient with Residential and Commercial units. He explains the problems and solutions in layman’s terms so his Customer feels confident in the outcome. He offers all possible choices so that you can make an educated decision on how you spend your hard earned money. You will not find a better person to trust your repair problem with and be insured the problem will be solved professionally and accurately. Not unlike most people, I want a professional service when I am forced to spend my money on maintenance or repair. I don’t want to pay someone who is training on my dollar. I’ve used several different Companies for heat and air problems and will forget all the rest of them going forward. Wright’s has never disappointed me!!

Cyle, came out found the issue. He ordered the partcame back a week later when the partcame in. He put it on and realized it was a wiring issue insteadHe let me know what had happened and didnt charge me as much as he could have. Hw was very honest. I recommend this company. They did a great job!

Our air quit cooling about 2 in the afternoon and it was getting hot quick. They were here about 3:30 and in no time we were cooling again. Kyle was professional and explained everything as he went. I recommend Wrights AC.

Randy and his crew rennovated my entire HVAC system adding new equipment and a new zoning system. They were very professional, responsive and on time, also very good at problem solving. We will continue to use Wrights Air Conditioning for all of our maintenance and any upgrades.

Highly recommend this company. They went the extra mile to work with Carrier to insure our coil replacement was under warranty. We did have a wait time on parts but that is not their issue. Very professional company and service professionals. Answered all my questions, gave me tips on filter selection etc..we will use Wrights Air Conditioning this fall for a furnace unit check -up. They installed a new ac and heater inside and out at my house. They did a excellent job on the install. They were extremely fair priced, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. They have also done repairs on a 30 year old unit at my house before I got the new one. They did great then as well. Even though Im sure I wont have trouble with the new unit I would never consider going with anyone else.

Heat was barely working. Called Wright’s and they sent 2 very polite professional young men who found the broken part and fixed it quickly. I was very pleased with everything about this visit.

The blower motor went out on our central air unit called wrights they came out the same day gave me a price and said 1-4days to get the parts to fix now this is July. Ok we can make it 1-4 daysI called a couple of time just to touch base with them and the lady was rude and told me that I was to wait to hear from her on day 4 still no part and it happens to be Friday so guess what yes no air all weekend. I called back and canceled the order call another company was there that day and got it fixed. I will not be calling this company again

I had a sudden issue with one of my units last night and called a different company for service today. They never confirmed and Im glad they didnt because Im now on a service plan with Wrights and both my units have been serviced for the cost the other company was going to charge just to come out. Thanks for getting me in! You guys have earned my business!

Our heater was not working. A repairman came out the same day I called. He diagnosed and repaired the problems in a very reasonable time. Excellent service!

Thank you Wright’s AC. I called at 830 this am about my AC not cooling and the technician was here by 10. Replaced a capacitor, told me what he was doing and what it would cost before he started. I would recommend them.

Randy was excellent and had our AC up and running within 30 minutes! We were told by another company it could not be fixed and Wright was able to fix it! Will be using this company from here on out including purchasing a new AC unit!

I had a competitor come to my place and tell me that I needed a whole new unit. A friend told me to call Wright and get 2nd opinion. She told me they saved her few thousand dollars on a new unit during remodel. They came out and in 10 minutes told me that I the duct came off under house and that the unit was fine. Its nice to have a capable honest place to use for your A/C work. I will definately call them again.

Wright’s Air was prompt, professional, and performed my annual checkup and re-insulation of condenser lines efficiently. I could not be more pleased with their work!

I had 2 A/C units not working. I called at 9am they were out by 11am and had them both working within an hour or 2. The young gentleman that came out was so polite and very knowledgable. Their price was less than I thought it would be. I will be using them again.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, showed up on time when requested, will continue to call on them for all my HVAC services. Best HVAC company Ive used, highly recommend if you need any HVAC work done!!

It should be known that the maintenance plans offered require scheduling determined by Wrights. I bought the $144 plan, but because I didnt schedule on their timetable I lost both free checkups and was required to pay the regular fee when I asked for someone to come out.

The one air conditioner is working (3 Stars), the other is not, and somehow I was charged $560 for just labor…no parts were added.
