Camryn and William were the technicians who installed two new units for me. They were super professional, very respectful, and worked incredibly hard. They used care in working around items in the home and had such great attitudes. I received great communication during the entire process. I highly recommend Ken Parker Service! I could not be happier with the experience I have had with Ken Parker Service Heating and Air. I called and had someone scheduled within a couple of days right before Thanksgiving. A couple of issues popped up on the administrative side but Nick absolutely made things right. The technicians who came out, Will, Blake and Noah were professional, efficient and they did incredible work! Fast forward to installing new ductwork a few days later and Blake and Will were back out and they have done another fantastic job! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you Will, Blake, Noah and Nick with Ken Parker Services!

Pedro was great! Pedro from Kim Parker AC came out to do a check on my AC in my rental home and Pedro was kind, efficient, pleasant to talk to, and also called and didnt just SHOW UP. He checked everything in my home quickly- exploring all possible issues and got it fixed in a very efficient manner. Definitely recommend!

Joshua Shupe from Ken Parker Service came and worked on a problem I had with my hvac system on Monday. Set up an appointment and Mr. Shupe text me he was coming and called to confirm when he would arrive. It is hard to find that kind customer service anymore. Mr. Shupe did routine maintenance on the unit and quickly found the problem, checked and found he had the replacement part with him, replaced it and got it working in a short time. Ken Parker Service installed this unit new in 2014 and this is the first time it needed a repair. Price was economical and again great service. Ken Parker Service has a lifetime customer in me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. Thanks again Joshua for your assistance

My husband has been using Ken Parker for years. He would even leave a key for Ken Parker (when he made house calls) to just go in the house and work on things. We have referred MANY people including my husbands company for a huge maintenance contract. We purchased a unit (inside and out) from Ken Parker. We financed it for 2 years. I called Ken Parker for service because the fan outside was not coming on. When the guy came out he said we needed a part that he had to order for something on the inside unit. I was a little confused it was for the inside, but they know more than I do. I was informed by the girl in the office at Ken Parker this was covered under warranty. After two weeks of no contact, I called and was told the part was in and arranged for my daughter to come to our house the day the service was scheduled. I called the morning of the service person was to come out just to confirm the appointment. I was told everything was good for that morning. At 11:30 I called Ken Parker as the tech had never showed up. I was then told that the part did not come in and he would not be coming. No courtesy call to say this at all. My daughter waisted her whole morning for nothing. The tech came back the next Tuesday with the part and then said that we needed a new motor outside because the fan was not working. Thats the whole reason I called in the first place was about the outside unit. Anyway, they had to order that part and we waited another almost 2 weeks. They came out to put that part on and I was still being informed this was under warranty. I spoke to the owner and he said the parts are paid but the labor is not. I understand that. Well we then proceed to get a bill after waiting several weeks after speaking to them about it and the bill was for over $2,000. Obviously, we were not happy and did not intend to pay 2,000 for warranty work. After many calls, I told them that we would agree to pay $500 for the labor and that was it. He reduced the bill to $900 and said we could pay $500 now and pay the rest out at $10/mo. Needless to say I am very sad that it has come to the point that we have to find another AC company due to the un-ethical practices of this company. Until they reduce our billing to the $500 we agreed to pay in labor we are not paying anything. I feel like as long as we have been a customer with this company 20+ years, with many, many referrals this is a slap in the face. I am now going to file a BBB complaint on them as this is extremely poor practice. Also we never authorized to pay that much and if they had said it was going to be so much on warranty we would have went elsewhere.

Great service. Called just before closing with no A/C. They were able to send out a great technician Joshua Shupe. He not only trouble shot a bad part, but also looked over the rest of the unit to ensure there were no other issues. He had the malfunctioned part on the truck and we had cold air not long after he showed up.

Was having a heating issue as a result of the current Arctic Blast. Called the office this morning and Ken Parker had a Service Technician out here asap. Jason Kinser could not have been any more professional or honest in assessing our situation. As always, Ken Parker Technicians don’t try and sell you services or parts that you don’t need. Have always found them to be trustworthy. Would highly recommend Ken Parker Service to anyone.

My father n law suggested that we call Ken Parker Service when our Heater went out. He said that they the only one in the area that he will use. I understand why after meeting with Josh Shupe today. He came out on time, diagnosed the issue and replace the part. Josh did not try to up sell us or anything. I was so impressed with the service that I ask about if they had a Maintenace plan. I was more than happy to sign up and will be using them going forward.

Joshua Shupe answered our service call for a plugged drain. Joshua is a very kind service technician, he explained what happened, why, and how he is going to fix it. I am very interested in the mechanics of the equipment because I worked at a Lennox Manufacturing facility. Joshua also helped us to renew our service plan. Ken Parker installed our unit and has serviced it every since.

I had an on going issue that lasted 2 weeks. After 3 different techs... the issue still wasnt solved. Finally, the service manager, Larry came out and the AC works as if its brand new. Im really impressed with his knowledge and HONESTY (thats rare now days). Overall I appreciated that Ken Parker Service was responsive and professional.

In the process of buying our home, Ken Parker Services was called out to service one of the units it installed years ago. They provided a receipt stating the unit was working properly. Less then 30 days later we moved in and the unit was not working. We called them back out , after 5 days the technician came out and reported the unit had a hole that leaked all of the freon out. Apparently, this was a known issue with this unit, yet they failed to mention it on the report, so I move in and had to purchase a new unit.Furthermore, Ive called them several times, simply asking how can the unit be functioning properly and then be busted in less then 30 days. While also asking why they would not mention a known issue on their report. To date, Ive not received one return call.

I just had KPS redo my entire duct system. Honest, informative, on time with no complaints. They had to do more than they initially thought they would need to do BUT they did not complain or ask for more money. They just told me what the snag was and went to work resolving the issue. I would highly recommend KPS for any service work you need. BTW, they left my place cleaner and neater than it was when they arrived.

Punctual, professional and honest is what I look for in any home service company. The team at Ken Parker exceeded my expectations.No one in Texas likes to have their AC go out at night, in the summer. The next morning I spoke with Susan who took the time to ask questions and make sure our tech would be prepared. We had a tech at the house that afternoon. Long story short. My ac went out. My brother recommended Ken Parker to me as a place to get quality work done. Needless to say, I was very happy with ALL of their customer services. Everyone from the nice lady on the phone, to Larry the repair man. They were quick, efficient and got the job done right. I couldnt be happier. We have used Ken Parker a few times over the last few years to fix our older units. They have always been quick to respond, pleasurable to work with, and have never attempted to upsell. Most recently we decided to replace our aging units and reached out to Ken Parker. Throughout the entire process they were very responsive to questions and in providing a quote. They explained the up front costs and the potential savings based on the three options they quoted. The three options covered a range of systems, allowing us the opportunity to choose the system correct for our needs. When the day of installation came, the 3 installers were amazing and very hard working. They knocked out the job of replacing out two systems in a single day, but were thorough in their installation, even providing a couple new vent lines for the ones that were damaged at no additional charge. The new systems work wonderful and we have had zero issues 2 months in. Included in the quote was a manufacturer rebate for each system. When the rebate was received, there was a $100 dollar discrepancy between the quote and the actual value. We emailed Ken Parker and found out they were one line off when the quote was given and were immediately putting a check in the mail to us for the difference. Mistakes happen and you can tell a lot about a company on how they handle those mistakes. Ken Parker knocked it out of the park, they admitted to the error and corrected it, showing how much they value their customers. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and will continue using them for the yearly services to keep our systems in top shape.

They installed to big of a unit. I have mold all in my attic. They didnt install a fresh air vent. They will not give me there insurance information. All issues that I have had, they told me to flip the breaker or installed a new thermostat and said just pull the thermostat off and than replace it, that would reset the unit. Been going on for three years.

They allowed me to think they were going to help and then lied after taking days just to get a quote leaving me with a hot house and kids suffering. Our thermostat went out late on Friday eveing. I contacted Ken Parker Service and they had someone out on Saturday to replace it. The tech was friendly and efficient. He changed out our thermostat, programmed it and was on his way out within 20 miniutes. KPS has the upmost integrity and provides superb customer service. I have used Ken Parker three times over the last couple of years for a variety of problems and they always come through and save the day. AC recently had a capacitor that went out on a Sunday morning...boom they were there to fix it. Professional-Clean-On time and won’t bill you more than what’s wrong with it. I highly recommend KPS!

I would not ever use Ken Parker Hvac again. I have two kids and they did a bad job on my wiring problem. They could have burnt up my house and my kids were in the house. This company has no morals and values. They also do not stand up to their work. I am still waiting for them to fix my heat in the house.
