Richard and Kevin were amazing! They came out and worked so hard and diligently to repair our plumbing issues. They were friendly and professional. They helped explain everything that happened. We found new mold in the house from the plumbing issues we had, which I wasnt surprised. They tackled it like champs. Richard and Kevin spent the whole day with us from about 8 am until 8 pm to get the work done. I love that they also report and test their work when they are done. They showed us pictures of before and after, and we were able to see the horrible mess we had before. I am so grateful for these two. I wanted to let you know how happy we were with your plumber, Andres. He arrived and was so pleasant and diagnosed the problem, which we thought was a slab leak. He gave us wonderful news that it was just a leak of the copper pipe underneath our hot water heater. He has made the repair and has us back with hot water after us being without for two days with the coldest temperatures we’ve had in Plano, Texas this year. Rhett came out to repair a leaky shower head and it took great care to clean the calcification on the fixture before reinstalling as well as wiping down the shower after he was done. I was very pleased with the service that I also decided to get a decalcification unit. He was able to install that unit on the spot. Super knowledgable and took time to explain things as he worked. Planning to have him come back for a few other jobs in the near future.

Rhett did great! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. The problem ended up being electrical and not in his remit, but he gave a clear demonstration as to how he reached that conclusion and with proper due diligence inspected every other possible cause. Excellent service 👍

First, I’ve always been happy with Billy Go. The service they provide coupled with the cost has made them my go to provider for plumbing needs. With that service they do free annual inspections of our AC and Heating units. Expecting a cold winter we opted for that inspection. Jordan Wiggins was incredible! He determined the good and the not so good. We got it taken care of pretty quickly and we were very pleased with the end results. He was incredibly efficient, articulate and competent. While I don’t hope for future issues with my AC unit, I’m relieved knowing people like Jordan will be able to keep my equipment in peak condition!

Jay was my service tech. He was friendly, personable, and he did a very thorough inspection of my heat pump/AC unit and air handler. He also replaced and re-plumbed my emergency drip pan. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is for the cost: $449+tax just for the new pan and labor for the install.

BillyGO recently bought out our old A/C company Mastertech, and this was our first time working with them. I have to say what a pleasant surprise this has been!Our new tech Asbel Lopez has been fantastic in helping us get repairs completed on our heat pump. He was on time, courteous and has a great personality thats easy to work with.Change can be really stressful, especially when youre already worried about your heat going out during an arctic blast, but I am feeling much better now that I have billyGo and Asbel when we need them.It was actually easier to schedule an appointment than it used to be, and he definitely arrived faster than they used to! The office staff was very friendly which was SO MUCH BETTER than the awful, rude woman Shelby that used to work for Mastertech! Great experience with billyGO! The first person they sent out was Quan and hes awesome! Super personable, down to earth guy who knows his stuff. He walked me through everything that would be happening with my repair, along with the cost associated, so there werent any surprises. I had 2 teams of techs who came out after Quans visit, and all of them were top notch and got the work completely quickly. Very happy with my experience and would definitely use billyGO again in the future.

This family-owned company exceeded my expectations. I booked an appointment online for the next day, with a one hour window (instead of 4-8 hours!). I received a text with a picture of Keith M., my awesome technician, as well as a link to track his arrival (kind of like Uber). He put booties over his shoes before entering, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the plumbing issue in less than 10 minutes! I HIGHLY recommend and will be using them again in the future!!

Last night my heating system broke. Of course it was one of the coldest days all year. So I called BillyGO. I was able to get an emergency appointment, and they came right out. A Master Technician by the name of Asbel Lopez came to the rescue. Within a few short hours he was able to diagnose the issue and get the parts needed to do the repair. It is never a good feeling to lose your heat when you count on it the most, and you need to make sure your kids stay warm. Thank you very much Asbel! Without your help I’m not sure what we would have done. I’ve been a customer of BillyGo for a few years now. They handle all my HVAC needs. I suggest getting the membership. Saving an additional 15% on major repairs is worth the annual fee. Not to mention the free HVAC tuneups twice a year

They always have done a great job for me on both A/C and plumbing. My last issue was with plumbing and Andres Rodriguez did a great job. My washing machine failed as well as one of the faucets to the washer. Realizing my predicament, they moved me up on the schedule and promptly replaced both faucets that were very old and worn out. Jay came out for a simple winter tune-up and spent a good deal of time figuring out why our heat pump was not working properly. Turns out it was not wired correctly. He patiently explained what was happening and we are completely satisfied with his work!

We had a bunch of roots clogging up our sewage line causing water to back up into our drains every time we flushed one of the toilets. Theres an after-hours charge, like most places but it wasnt too crazy. Bryce was friendly and explained everything well and got it unclogged and everything running smoothly pretty quick even though it was dark, rainy and muddy. This is my first time trying this company since the last company I used a few years ago charged us thousands to not fix a problem that I ended up fixing myself in the end so Im happy that it all worked out! Will be calling again if we have any plumbing or ac issues.

Britton at Billy Go did a great job! He was out quickly, did thorough job, and gave us good instructions on how to make sure we were heating as efficiently as possible.

We are having plumbing work done at our house, sewage pipes and water pipes being replaced. The main sewer line from the house to the alley was not being considered until it clogged. Our original contractor send a few guys out to take care of the problem, that was about three days ago. Today it clogged again. The roots were not properly taken care of. I called Billy go. An appointment was set and my tech was there a few hours later with the proper tools and a camera to show where the problem was. My problem was taken care of in a fast friendly efficient manner. Outrageous prices. My elderly parents were referred to BillyGO by me ( sadly ) hoping to save them some money. My father told me he was charged for over $7500 for a SINGLE electric hot water heater. Yes there were other items installed. But my God the outrageous prices. If you have elderly parents, keep them away from here. When I called this business, the service manager only wanted to discuss about blame. I will never refer this company to anyone and I need to warn older people that they better be darn careful what they’re signing for. After this I will take over all my parent’s future home services. This won’t happen again. Be warned. Update to review February 2025: my Dad just phoned me. This horribly expensive hot water heater failed. Brand new purchase. BOTH heating elements were replaced AND the thermostat. BillyGO installed a lemon hot water heater in my parent’s home. Again, be warned to explore other plumbing companies before using BillyGO. No reason a $7500 plus cost for a water heater should completely fail in less than 90 days. My father was not given an invoice for his records. Do not use this company. Iffy reputation and defective product.

Rhett was very professional. He took time to investigate the multiple plumbing issues we had and proposed options to fix them. The service he provided was exceptional.

First of all Ill say the work was completed and fixed properly but I do NOT recommend BillyGo Plumbing for the following reasons. Communication is key in business!1. We agreed on a rough price ahead of the work starting and told the job manager to let us know if it was going to be above that cost. It ended up being 30% over the agreed amount without any communication.2. We were told the job would take about a week. It took almost 3 weeks.3. The communication between the teams doing the work was very poor. The excavation team asked us (the customer) where the leak was. This should have been communicated to them from the leak detection team.4. We got several confusing comments about how the work was to be paid for. At first we were told 50% up front and 50% when the job was complete. Then we were told that we had to pay in the middle of the job and 10% when it was complete.

Bryce was very thorough and knowledgeable and solved my sewer clog problem for the time being. Further work will be required to get to a permanent fix. He laid out my options and I appreciate that.

BillyGo HVAC has great people. The customer service ladies, the master technician, Troy Bentley, and Jose and the install team are professionals and customer focused. Our new Clair AC-Heat Pump is installed and running as expected. I recommend the whole organization as I have used the plumbing team as well.

Bryce Jones came to do my hot water heater flush. He showed up ahead of schedule. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Did try to upsale any additional services. Gave me some excellent advice on maintaining my hot water heater. He was in and out in roughly 1 hour.

Rhett was incredible. My wife and I just purchased our first home 2 days after moving in and we had a water leak which went through our walls into our closet and our living room. Our insurance deductible is over 5k and we were stressed. Rhett was a God send. He helped us fix the issue in less than 2 hours. I couldn’t be more thankful for the work and timely repair. I will only use Billygo and request Rhett.

Before I give this long review please know that the end result is that billyGO took care of the entire problem in less than a day, and it was a pretty major problem. They’re great. Rhett Martincevic knows his sh — excuse me — stuff!So, about two weeks ago the plumbing on one entire side of my home was backing up through the laundry room. Filed a claim with my home warranty company and they arranged for a plumbing company to take care of things. They came — two days later — spent about a few hours and could not track down the problem. A different technician came back the next day with more advanced equipment and still couldn’t pinpoint what was wrong even though he took time to check the entire house, which didn’t seem to make sense because the plumbing stoppage was confined to only one side. “We’re probably going to have to get access through the roof.” Which, of course, is one of the few things NOT covered by my home warranty. On top of that, their presentation and communication left a lot to be desired. And I had to call //them// daily to get updates, which they never seemed to have. So even though I’d already paid the warranty people my claim fee I said “bye bye”.I was going to contact one of the metroplex’s “billboard plumbing companies” but noticed one of billyGo’s trucks a few blocks from my home. Gave them a call. Got an appointment //the next day//. Rhett arrived yesterday in a spotless truck, in a spotless uniform, walked the property with me, took in all of the information about what the other company did, and what they couldn’t find, after which his comment was on the order of “good thing you’re not still using that other company; they didn’t seem to know what they were doing.”Rhett had the main problem figured out in no time and got to work. However, he didn’t have the equipment needed to fully finish the job right then and, with video, he explained why. Rhett immediately scheduled himself to come back first thing this morning and arrived with a back-up tech and the right equipment. In little more than half a day all of the blockage is gone, I was able to watch Rhett’s camera move through the system as proof, and, in addition, got a full house plumbing check-up and a written recommendation of all of the updates the house could use.Did this cost me more than the $95 I paid to my warranty company. Of course it did, but it was worth every penny. I have the means for direct contact with billyGo, Rhett provided his direct contact info and, should the need arise, I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Jordan and Britton were great. They came for inspection of our furnaces. They were on time, gave us a complete inspection report!! Both were so nice and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

We have utilized Troy for all of our HVAC services since early 2022. He has always been so knowledgeable, kind, and professional! BillyGO performed major plumbing work and complete HVAC replacement including all the duct work in the crawlspace of our pier and beam house. They worked long hours and have been very professional and very prompt. We had an issue this morning with the new HVAC condensation line not draining properly, but again where very quick to come. Sadly I now realize how I was soo overcharged for labor for installing damper motor for hvac. It’s appx $95 part Honeywell part..total bill was $580. First guy sent out refused give breakdown for part/labor. Jordan quoted me $580 for 1 damper…still no part #. My recent home inspection guy wanted the warranty info on the part.. is why I NOW see how I was so overcharged. ⛔️BEWARE IF A CO REFUSES GIVE U a breakdown parts & labor ..U’ll be overcharged

Work was done on the tankless water heater systems to solve error code 11. The burner assembly was cleaned and a 2yr warranty on the work was provided. Cost was very high i think, but Marco explained the amount of work he has to put in. He also did my systems descaling. Hoping i wont be having any problems for atleast the next 5yrs, to the unforeseeable future.

My tech did a good job, but the office lady was very misleading after I specifically asked what the service included. I have a cold water leak that I needed detected. They have a special for $249. I told her I had already isolated the sprinkler system and all other valves in the house, she told me they would come out with infrared and a camera to run through the pipes. I thought this was strange as the cold water pipe is not big enough, and the fittings will not allow camera to take the turns. I still agreed for them to come out, and asked the technician as soon as he got here what the service included. He told me it was all the things that I’ve already done. He agreed to do the leak Location service for the same price as I told him I felt like I got the bait and switch.

Asbel was very thorough. He explained the issues that he saw, showed me several options and answered my questions in a manner that was clear and easy to understand.

Michael came over and did the check up and properly answered all my questions. I asked him about routing the duct so AC is more efficiently moving the air. He gave me reasonable quotes and finance program options.I liked his work so much that I decided to sign up for their annual check up service that comes with one HVAC, Heater, and plumbing check up respectively, per year for 99 bucks. (this check up was waived)So I made another appointment for plumbing because my sink stinked when Ptrap was clean, and water pressure seemed to be weak.Andres came over and taught me a bunch of things that I didn’t know how to maintain, like faucet aerators, cleaning sink overflow, water heater maintainance, etc. all included in the annual plan.I will be getting the heater check up thru them, and I know I can rely on them. Strongly recommended.This review seems overwhelminglyk positive, but I did not get any service or freebies from leaving this review. I just liked them.

He patiently explained the difference and provided all the available options. The chosen path forward uncovered old broken and decaying cast iron pipes.
