Great reliable service, pricing was good, called and set up a service call to have our Trane Rooftop unit looked at. Found multiple issues, and they were able to get us up and going that same day.Will definitely recommend and continue to use BIMS for our HVAC services.

The chiller was having constant issues and shutting off, another company made repairs, but still was shutting off. We called BIMS out and he found it just needed the coils cleaned and refrigerant adjusted on it. Its been working better and actually staying on now.

Im located well outside of their normal service area, and they were upfront that this would probably make them not the best candidate for my job. However, they still took the time to review my project details and discuss my current quoted replacement options. They even suggested going with an alternate system design to improve our reliability! Bellomy Heating and Air services our commercial office buildings. They are always honest, hard-working and informative. They do our regularly scheduled maintenance as well as help us update and replace ac units and systems that are old. They always give us a rate quote with several options. Grant or Randy alre always willing to explain everything. They are also very responsive in situations where we have needed something done right away.Ten years ago, this company also put in a unit in my personal home.This is a great family-owned business. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.

I am not someone who usually post reviews. But I cant say enough about Grant Bellamy. He arrived on time, he was courteous, and professional. He made sure that he explained the issues so that a layman like myself could understand. Mr. Grant runs his business with integrity and professionalism you dont see any more. These people are a total scam. The tech charged me $118 per hour and that included him sitting in his truck searching for parts, taking to another tech, and whatever else he deemed necessary to do on my dime. The key to business is to provide VALUE to the customer. Today I paid $555.00 and my freezer STILL DOESNT WORK. BEWARE!!!

The crazy thing is that we were looking for a place to repair our heating system in this area as we just moved to area. This 833 Try Bims truck road on my tail while my young children were in the car. Very reckless driving swerving in and out of lanes off of 360 at 603pm on 1/2/2022. When I tried to get into the other lane this man got behind me again and would not get off my tail, mind you the speed limit is 65 on 360 and I was already doing 70. If your work is as wreckless as your driving we do not want to hire you. Might want to act like you have some sense if you are marketing a company.

We called Bellomy air out to see why the a/c wasnt working. They did not replace any parts and they were here under an hour but they charged us $500.00. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! So much for good business practice. Dont use these people.

We (United Site Services) have used Bellomy/B.I.M.S for years now. We call and they are here same day or by the next, during busy season! We will not use anyone else for our ac/heating needs. Awful. They do not care about their work and my ceiling needs to be repaired because of the damage the tech did by leaving the drain pipe OPEN. Water leaked all through the ceiling. They just don’t care. Another company had to come to fix everything.

Its nice to talk and work with real professionals who know their trade and have years of experience... especially when it comes to commercial and industrial HVAC-R work.
