Erik was our service tech. He explained the process before he started his inspection. How refreshing!We had a bad problem with our 20 year old unit. Erik asked if it was okay to call a coworker to drive out and talk options.Michael arrived, inspected and explained their main concerns with the unit. Eric did a great job fixing an issue with my unit. Nest thermostat was cycling and popped a fuse that they didn’t have in stock. He came the very next day with the fuse and an alternative thermostat to ensure everything was running properly! Will be using these guys for the foreseeable future!

The entire process, from the phone call with Gina and the initial consultation with Duncan to the installation, it was smooth and professional. The technicians were very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and ensured the new unit was installed properly. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job waa done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable air conditioning services.

I would give them more stars if possible. The entire service was excellent from start to finish. I found them on Yelp, and Celeste got in touch within 10 minutes after my message. I got a swift appointment and even received a picture of the technician on his way to help me (I loved it! Its a great security measure!). The technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He also did his best to inform me about what was happening. When I learned I needed a new AC unit, they explained why and guided me through the options. Before leaving, they installed two portable units so I could sleep with AC because the installation was scheduled for the next day. Finally, the installation happened, and everything went smoothly. Their staff, Danny and Duncan, are probably the best I have ever been served by. Terrific customer service!! After a long day, the technician got the AC working and left my place clean, just as they found it. Thank you, guys!

I was very impressed with Comfort Land. They came out REALLY fastOn the same day (within 2 hours of calling them). That itself, was impressive! The gentlemen were friendly & professional. They were wonderful in working with our unit, embedded in our brick wall of our sunporch. It has been next to impossible to find someone, who would work on this unit, at all! No other place would even look at it! Comfort Land not only fixed it, but cleaned it too! It was just $39 to come out & look @ it. Thats impressive, as well. They advised what could go wrong in the near future. We had them fix that also. It WAS a little expensive, but it was definitely worth it. Thank you Comfort Land for responding so quickly, repairing & cleaning so quickly, also. We practically live on our sunporch. It has been too cold NOT to have it working. We will DEFINITELY use them again!The Torrances.

Used Comfort Land for a tune up and inspection. Martin was great, answered all of our questions and helped us identify everything needed to keep our heat working.

First thing to note, I was told he would arrive at 9 a.m. he was here 5 min prior. Geez you know its off to a great start.Eric was professional, even had boot covers upon entry. He did a thorough diagnosis. The diagnosis cost was $39. No, this wasnt service call $39, then an additional cost for diagnosis. This was both.Very comfy Eric did an awesome job as Im familiar with my HVAC system. Built in 2005, so this wasnt my first issue, or 5th.You never want to see a repair person, but if I have to again, itll be Eric.Take care, and Happy Warm New Year!!

The 5 stars is 100% accurate! Martin also might be the best technician I have ever met. From his expertise to his personality, we are so lucky to have had him come out and evaluate our leaking AC unit. He broke down all the costs, was very thorough AND even washed off our dirty AC unit for us. That is going above and beyond. Even with same day service. We will definitely not be using any other companies besides Comfort Land in the future.

Very satisfied with this company. I called and spoke to Celless and booked an appointment. The next day I called and had to reschedule. She was once again very helpful. I got a text with a picture of the service guy that was coming. I had him simply attach a heating coil in my oven. 10 minutes later he was finished. He also offered a complementary A/C inspection. The technician was friendly. A copy of the invoice along with photos of his work were promptly emailed to me.

I got ComfortLand to come and and take a look at my unit about a week ago because it was struggling during this last Texas summer. I figured it needed a maintenance so I signed up for their program. They sent a technician out and he was very thorough on his maintenance and let me know everything about my unit. He cleaned the outside unit, he got all the leaves out and washed the fins because apparently that was causing my unit to work harder and was probably why it struggled to keep up. He also put a treatment in the inside coil so that my water line doesnt back up again, which is pretty nifty. I still have another visit with them after this, and I like the fact that 17 bucks is autodrafted and they will reach out and remind me to schedule twice a year because I would forget. I would definitely recommend comfortland, the tech answered all my questions that other services have kinda ignored before. I need to find the before and after photos they sent me, it was impressive how much dirt hides in the unit outside. Edit:I found the photos

Fraud, I called them to check my AC Unit, they told me that my breaker, capacitor is bad, i authorized them to fix both items and they only replaced the breaker then insist i need new HVAC Unit.I called somebody else and they fixed the capacitor and HVAC is been working great for more than a month now.They only want to sell new system never call them for repair or maintenance work.

They destroy your property while attempting to install a new water heater and then admit their error by crediting your account for the mistake to only charge you again 4 days later!! Nothing but good things to say about Comfort Land! Our AC stopped cooling well, so we called the company that installed the system to take a look. They diagnosed the issue but didnt have the replacement condenser motor in stock, and told us it was going to be 2 to 3 days before they could get it.We called Comfort Land, and explained the problem. Assuring us that they had parts in stock, they got us scheduled right away. Martin was our tech and he is awesome! Very professional, and polite, he did a thorough inspection of the system, verified the problem and got it fixed. He communicated with us on his findings and the status of repairs throughout the process, and took great care to not track stuff into the house. Highly recommend!

I called out Comfort Land Heating , Cooling because I had tried using A1 Heating and Air. So I searched the web and went with the company who had 5 star rating. They sent out a very professional and understanding gentleman by the name of Juan Vigil. He stopped at the door told his name and asked could he enter. After diagnosis of my unit the first time there seem to be nothing wrong with it. Then a couple days later it started acting the same way. So I called the company back and then sent Juan out again. What I love about this company is that they keep you informed and send out the same technician and that helps because they already know the system and if any repairs have been made. Juan care of the customer is outstanding because he wanted me to be taken care of always so he suggested a care package for my unit and yes I did take it. Lastly my unit needed a blower motor Juan came to install finding the blower was defective and he was very very apologetic for the issue. Company was also very upset with the issue but they got a replacement for the defective part. So air is blowing good myself, daughter and fur baby are cool and happy. Thanks

Someone wrote a good review about Comfort Land so I thought Ill give them a try. I needed a complete unit, inside and outside 5 tons. Danny and his crew showed up and they laid down carpet runner to protect the tiles and carpet and did a good job replacing the system. If any one needs any a/c repairs, I would suggest you give them a call.

Everyone with Comfort Land has been professional and easy to work with. They provided options for me to consider when my 29 year old unit finally died. It truly felt like he recommended the best unit for my house and not the most expensive unit (which when it’s 90 degrees in the house would have been easier to convince me!) Comfort Land provided two portable AC units for the two days before they were able to install the new AC. The subcontracted installation team from Two Brothers was amazing, as well.

I initially spoke to Celeste in the office and let her know my past experiences and that I was very hesitant to have any one in my home . Celeste provided me with the services and with a initial appoint and had Martin and Joseph out who explained and provided excellent service . They did find corners cut from prior installation, still no pressure to have the corrections made. They provided this service with no cost, pictures, and a print out of explanations. Comfort Land Heating, Cooling & Plumbing are the BEST...We had a very old plenum & returns lines that needed to be replaced due to them blowing out a fowl odor in our home through our air condition vents...Enrique came first to look at the problem and told the absolute truth about our system not to get money but to solve the issue...Enrique gave us 2 options and we went with replacing everything..So we set up our appointment and Enrique & Tendo came out and tore out all that old stuff and due to the fact it was a 2-day job before they left on the 1st day they made sure we would not be left in the heat and hooked up 2 air blowers in our home that kept us nice & comfy through the night. Day 2 they came in and installed a new plenum and new return lines and my house smells wonderful and fresh like it used to. I hate a awful smelling home. My system was roughly 20 years old and had to be repaired a number of times over the last couple of years, definitely time for a replacement. Been shopping around for a while, but had Duncan and Mike out a week or so ago for an estimate. They were thorough in reviewing my system, answered all my questions about sizing and efficiency, and provided a very competitive estimate. After reviewing my options on pricing, brands, and service I decided to go ahead and book with Comfort Land. They got me booked in a reasonable time and finished a full replacement in the time that was quoted. They showed up on time, were diligent about putting down tarps to keep everything clean and keeping me informed about the process. System is running now and cooling very quickly. Overall looks to be a very successful installation and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Land to anyone!!

Great experience repairing our HVAC with Comfort land. All of the staff and owner were extremely helpful and professional. Very timely evaluation and repair. We also switched our yearly maintenance service because we left ked and the way they run their business.When we had a problem and called and Juan came within a few hours and did not leave until 9pm until he was sure the problem was fixed. The details given by Juan on what was lacking with my system and the likely odor were great. Checking the system pressure too gave me the peace of mind the compressor is doing its job. It would have been nice if some sort of cleaning were done instead of letting me know how old my system is and that it was beyond cleaing; as that was the entire reason for the call.

Dont contract them unless they do a thorough diagnostics your HVAC. They start off with reasonable initial fee.Then they keep finding new issues, after new issues. As they fix one thing, they find another problem, and another problem, and another problem....(progressively gets more expensive...) I stopped at ridiculous estimate at the end. If the diagnostics were thorough, I could have saved on labor charges per visit. Lets just say, they started initial estimate of few hundreds for repair to final estimates that would have cost in the upper thousands. I found another company that diagnosed and gave me one estimate (for a new unit) with thousands of savings.

We ended up needing a full replacement and after getting quotes and opinions from serval companies, we chose Comfort Land and I’m so glad we did. I frankly thought the storms the other night were nothing special. But then our power went off and stayed for 23 hours. I thought we were out of the woods when it finally came back on. We had watched and waited while Oncor cleared 38,000 other outages ahead of us.But finally, it was our turn. I got the message it was back on, web enabled devices looked good, so we moseyed home several hours later to give the house time to cool back down. Imagine our surprise when it wasn’t.Weird things were happening too, but cooking was our priority. It was Memorial Day Monday and most companies could get to us Wednesday at the earliest. Some were a week away.My wife found Comfort Land. I had never heard of them, but they said they could be here in two hours so we signed on. I still thought it sounded more like a funeral home than an AC repair business.Joseph arrived and was amazing. I’m not stupid, but electrical things are not within my knowledge base. He was methodical and procedural in his troubleshooting skills. It didn’t take too long for him to discover: 1) That what I thought was my primary breaker box was actually a sub, and; 2) I was only getting half the power from my meter that I should have. He referred me back to Oncor.(Kudos to those guys too. They actually arrived before Joseph left and noticed a broken overhead power line coming into the meter.)I’m not sure I spelled it out, but Joseph was amazing. I had really feared an expensive call, but it was more than reasonable. Only then did a daughter tell me about the hundreds of five star reviews these guys have. They well deserve them!

Be sure to ask for your service estimate in writing. (They are very pricey.) They charged us $500 for a 30 minute pressure check after telling us it would be $286. Even if you are stuck in a hot house, get competing bids, don’t feel pressured by their tactics of driving a salesman over to your house after the tech. Comfort Land recently performed maintenance for my HVAC. The scheduling process was easy, and they were able to come out quickly. Some other companies I contacted could not get me on their schedule for over a month. I think Comfort Land is locally owned/managed, and you therefore do not have to deal with the runaround like you do from other companies. The technician came out and cleaned/checked the unit. He was very knowledgeable and offered tips on how to keep the unit running better. The technician made sure the unit was running properly and maintained without trying to upsell me with a lot of expensive things that I do not really need, which is unfortunately not the experience I have had with other companies I have used previously.

Great service they did an amazing repairing my heating system.Very professional from start to finish.They put down drop clothes to access the heating unit in the attic and took pics to show me what had failed. Comfortland was great and was able to quickly get our AC working without trying to upsell us on anything. Our AC that is only a few years old stopped running when it was 105+ outside. I called some of the big companies in the area and only one of them was able to send someone out that day. They wanted to replace the entire unit for thousands of dollars. I wanted a second opinion so I called Comfortland and they were able to get someone out the same day. After giving it a thorough cleaning and some minor repairs they had the unit working like new again. Came home after work and spotted a water leak. After getting the run around from a few companies, these guys at Comfort Land were the most understanding and respectful of my situation when I called AND they came out that night. they went ahead and checked out my entire system. They found a clog in my drain line, informed me about it, and fixed it. Best part was they spent the time that night to clean up whatever mess was made even though their tarps caught most of it. These guys definitely impressed me.
