This company is a farce do not deal with them they are trying to clean a square trunk with a round brush its impossible to clean the inside corners of the square trunk the best way to get your Ducts clean is the Push Pull system high CFM vacuum system and high compressed air with different tips and Wands and ends to beat up the inside of the deck work the bristles from the Roto brush does not get the inside of the Ducts completely clean

I have been using rotobrush vacuums since 2003 when I first got in to duct cleaning in my college years. I have watched them improve their product over the years and have owned 4 different generations of the rotobrush.The latest Rotobrush Brush Beast DR is a nice upgrade. With a direct drive system, the drive mechanism is even quieter than before and feels well connected and smooth in operation. I really like the fact that now there is variable speed via a dial on the unit itself. This comes in handy when working on larger intake vents where you do not want the brush rotating at full speed.The same easy to use, compact system that fits easily between doorways and up/down stairs, but now more powerful and smoother.After nearly 2 decades of duct cleaning, I am very happy with Rotobrush products and customer service. I will surely be keeping my eye out for future products that they put out.

Upon purchasing equipment I signed up for the indoor wellness program. I didn’t think much of it(thinking it might be a waste of time). I received an email from Michelle Landers about a day or so later. Michelle was more helpful then I could ever imagine. She created a website, gave me suggestions on marketing, even informed me on the equipment I had purchased. Michelle really went above and beyond for my company and let’s just say the website turned out beautiful😃Thank you so much Michelle, you truly are an asset to the rotobrush family.

If you are having thoughts about doing business with this company I would think twice about it. Although their equipment is OK their customer service sucks. Its almost like They make the sale and get your money and dont care much about you after that . I never even got a follow up from my sales rep to find out if Im happy with their equipment or if I had any questions or any other matters. They offer a free website, I have tried numerous times to set it up but no one seems to get back with me. I am very unsatisfied with this company you should be too

Its a good machine/unit but the replacement parts, bags, brushes and so on are a complete rip off. Once you have their very costly machine you have no choice but to buy the replacement products and man do they get you!!! They charge $60 for 5 replacement bags and then $21 to ship them. I order things from many different places all of the time and I know when Im being ripped off on a shipping charge! If your thinking about buying a unit I will say this, if I knew then what I know now I would have never done it!

This group is outstanding! After weeks of researching various Duct Vacuum Systems, we discovered the BrushBeast is clearly the BEST system available in the world. Therefore we recently purchased a BrushBeast Gold Duct Cleaning and Sanitization system. I spoke with Damian who made the process painless. I financed through their financing company, who was also a pleasure to deal with. The part I will never forget is my misunderstanding of the contents of my machine. I was under the impression that I would also receive the Dryer Vent Cleaning System as a part of my Gold package. When we received the machine and I unboxed all the components, I did not see the Dryer vent system. I immediately called RotoBrush and was connected again to Damian. Again, the misunderstanding was MY FAULT, I didnt read the document describing the contents of the Gold Package, in its entirety. Damian told me he would see what he can do. I told Damian that if they couldnt do anything to make it right, to wait until Monday to call me back so you dont ruin my weekend!About 30 minutes later, I believe the VP of Sales, John Kovac called me and told me he was going to make it right. And boy, did they EVER! Now I have the whole Brush Beast Gold System and the Dryer Vent Cleaning System! These folks are ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!

I am a duct cleaning specialist for Servpro of Sussex County DE. I use Rotobrush equipment and absolutely swear by them! The Brushbeast is a BEAST for sure. With its dual vacuum power, rotary driven cable, and all of the different brush attachment options; this system for cleaning duct lines is second to none. I have been on the phone with the wonderful Rotobrush team out of Texas many times for a multitude of reasons. They are always available when I need them for tech support, training, parts ordering, or any dumb question I can come up with for that day lol. I also just got done with a truly great Zoom video training course with my favorite team member, Melissa, who is always helping me over the over the phone any time I need her. We purchase a Rotobrush system 11 years ago after using the truck mount sytem for years. I must say I was blown away by the convenience of this system. What would normally take 4-6 hours to do with the Rotobrush system it cut my time in half! We have had a few things go wrong with our system over the year nothing major and all we do is phone Rotobrush tell them what tge system is doing and they tell us how to fix it. When you order parts they send color photos on how to change what ever part you bought. Very good system to add to our chimney cleaning business. Thanks guys!
