Delivery was great however there were no instructions for operation included and the unit is no longer made or published.

Thermostat works great and was delivered within the timeframe giving with instructions on how to use/install it.

But appearance-wise it looks a lot nicer than I expected of a used product and the display turned on when I inserted a a pair of batteries into the unit. This item was 100 miles away and it took 6 days to deliver as it wasn’t received by the carrier for 4 days. I was assured before ordering that it would ship same day...The model I ordered- TH8321U was not what I received- TH8320U. The model with “1” has a humidity control where the 8320 does not.Not the best of transactions

Our digital thermostat failed and I went on line to see if there was a replacement and Value Controls, Inc popped up on my screen. They had the exact model I needed for half price of other vendors. I was able to pass by the contractors price and installation charge of several hundred dollars. Easy to order and fast delivery

I ordered 2 of the same parts. Both came in new packages. One was missing parts. I called Value Control, they answered the call promptly. I explained about the missing part and they sent shipped out a replacement the same day. I will be back!

I ordered an old model of Honeywell Thermostat. Came well packaged and ahead of time. Unfortunately, due to my mistake, it was slightly different. They took it back with full refund with no questions asked. Will let me know if they get my model in stock. Buy from this company without any hesitation. Great people to work with.

I received my thermostat on time and as expected. However, the best thing about my purchase was the customer service. I installed the thermostat but couldnt get it to work. I sent an email, told them I had a problem and within the hour, I had someone call me from customer service. They asked if they could help. Within 5 minutes it was up and running. Couldnt ask for better support.

Internet Sale. I have a discontinued RobertShaw 9825i2 thermostat & really like its features. I got to thinking what happens if it dies & went looking for a spare. Zero anywhere. Value Controls had a few used 9725i2s for sale, the only difference being no humidity control & I dont use that feature, so I bought a 9725i2 from them. The transaction was easy & it arrived on my doorstep 3 days latter well packed & it immaculate condition. Happy customer!!!

Very impressive!! My air conditioning unit was not working properly, and a friend recommended I try getting a new thermostat controller. I was unable to find the one I needed at Home Depot, so I ordered from Values Controls, which I found online. I was a bit concerned because the online information states that thermostats are used. I took a chance, and I am so glad that I did!! I installed the thermostat all by myself at just a fraction of the cost of a new thermostat and my problem is solved!! The thermostat controller looks and works like a new one. I had a little trouble with the delivery because I forgot to put my unit number on the address, and the company even called me to verify the address and resent it at no cost. I was thrilled with the product and the service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 STARS!!

I highly recommend Value Controls.I just installed my Trane thermostat that I received. Thanks very much to Jordan for walking me through the set up. It works great and you guys saved me a lot of money. My service company wanted $418.46 for a new one, and your guaranteed one only cost $169. Also, Jordan showed me that the base part that the unit fits into is wired so that it does not need the batteries that the service guys were putting in it. The batteries were also causing the thermostat to go bad, due to corrosion.
