Dial One Johnson, Plumbing, Heating and AC Repair

Just had a new garbage disposal installed due to my current one going out. Although I wasn’t prepared to pay the $500+ cost of a new one we decided to move forward with it. Johnathan and Josh were very helpful and quick. They even showed us how to clear clogs to eliminate the need for future service visits. Definitely considering using Dial One for my heating and cooling needs. I had a positive experience from calling to make my appointment all the way until the technicians left my home. If you are deciding not to use their plumbing services, please reconsider. No complaints!

Fast response when I called for service. The person that took my call in the office was so patient and helpful. Technician Jose was prompt, worked efficiently and with professionalism. Explained everything he did and answered all questions to our satisfaction. He was friendly and respected our property. This is a great company and I definitely recommend them as a service provider.

Michael was a very nice young man. Everything went well. I still have a question about when water quits seeping into the pan the water heater sits in. I can’t put the sensor in it because it still has seeping water coming out from around the water heater bottom. I’ll probably call in the morning. If somebody has an answer, I would appreciate it. I’m also a worry wort. Thank you for getting us help.

What made Jose stand out as a worker was the way he conveyed what he had done when replacing my air filter in my house and the other things he had checked. The guy knows his stuff! Alan inspected my HVAC system today. He was very efficient and professional. He also taught me a few things which were very helpful about my unit which I really appreciated. I called Dial One at 10 am on a Saturday to request a tech. They told me someone would be out ASAP. I called back at noon to see how things stood, same story. Called back again around 3 same story. The tech called me back to let me know he was the only one working. If dial One would have been up front with me on the fact that they only had one tech working i would have called someone else. The tech showed up at 5 ish and stayed till 8:30 pm going above and beyond to rectify my issue. He even had to call the city crew out as there was an issue on their end. I have no issue with the tech, he did an outstanding job, my issue is with dial One for not being upfront about the time frame.

Dan was friendly and efficient. He went over the results from the checkup. He also answered my questions about other service! I give him 5/5 review

José was great! He was on time, thorough, and honest. In addition to fixing our AC problem, he informed us about changes to our account that I missed in email, and saved us a lot of time & money. He left with some recommendations to keep our AC running well.

Great experience. Had a bad leak while out of town. They came and fixed it and took credit card over the phone for payment. Reasonably priced and very competent!

Great response and great repair. Almost everything went as expected.I was disappointed that the plumber didnt perform a quality check when he completed his work. I returned home from the hospital to no water turned on in the house. The water was turned on at the street, but not at the house cut-off point. Not only was that inconvenient at 9P.M. at night and not feeling well I had to turn the water on and flush out the mud at the outside hydrant. The plumber should have tested his work. If he had I would have returned home to a home with clean running water.You can see the water cut-off valve is only six feet from the repair.The repair hole is still open because I requested that the plumber not fill it in so that I may use sand instead of the rocks that came out.A side note: I opened the hole and will fill it back in which saved the plumbers time and effort. I still paid the same price as if i hadnt performed the hard work.

Our 20 year old HVAC unit broke last month and they were able to send out their technician Allan super quickly.He was very knowledgeable and offered an estimate that was so much better than any of the other companies we consulted. He thoroughly explained the differences between all the systems they offer and not once tried to sell us something we did not need.They had our new AC installed a day later and everything went smoothly. The installers were super quick and did an amazing job as well.I highly recommend them and we will definitely continue using them from now on.

Technician was conscientious (shoe covers) and helpful in discussing the finding and providing solution. The problem was corrected first attempt and so now cleared up. Only complaint I have is not with him - it is the cost of clearing a drain with one easy plunge taking about 10-15 minutes. Way too high fee ($228) in my opinion. Difficult for retired limited income customers to pay these high rates. We do appreciate your company - have always provided competent technicians and excellent services.

I needed same day service for both my kitchen sinks being clogged. I called this morning and was given a same day appt. The tech Cody came out and assessed the situation and fixed the problem in a timely efficient manner. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and I would use the again.

James showed up and got to work. I needed an estimate for a sewer line replacement as the one that in the ground is no longer useful.

I called the get an inspection for plumbing based on my home inspection report. They were very responsive and friendly. Called before coming out and performed the inspection quickly and sent a report. Overall a great experience from the initial phone call to the service call. Highly recommend.

From the very first phone call the service I received was great. The team kept me up to date with the plumber’s estimated arrival time. When the plumber arrived he quickly figured out the issue, gave me the price and had everything good to go in an hour. Will definitely call them again if needed in the future.

The office team of Melissa & Ashley are thoughtful and efficient. The HAVC tech team of Emmitt and Joe were patient with my questions and were able to solve my thermostat issue so quickly we didnt have a chance to chat.

Absolute Overselling. If you are in a nice place, they will tell you the best thing to do is replace your entire unit. Very disappointed in this company. I do not mind paying a premium for good advice. I believe their advice is bad and will sell you things you have no need for.

Services rendered was very professional. The administrative staff contacted me to confirm my appointment and also to notify me of the technicians arrival time. The technician arrived on time and did a quick assessment of all my concerns. A few of the items e.g. lighting hot water tan and adjusting chain in toilet to stop running water, were quick fixes that required no payment.The repair of the kitchen sink and a leaky faucet required going to get more parts in which he quickly picked up and returned in a reasonable manner. He knocked on the door prior to entering my home so as to preserve my privacy and avoid scaring me. He repaired both items and cleaned up his mess in less than 20 minutes. I was able to pay using their hand-held scanner. Overall, it was a great transaction. He even told me how to light the hot water tank. I was sent my invoice via email and given a quote on some other items. More importantly, I will not have to pay for another home visit assessment for that particular should I decide to repair it in the future.

Dan came out to do an estimate for our HVAC maintenance plan. I checked no because we have not decided yet on how we will go forward with bids and such. But Dan was very personable, professional, and very easy to get along with. He had very good knowledge and is an asset to your company. Ive dealt with difficult people who have come to give bids before, and hes not one of them! Thanks

Dial One fixed our AC really quickly. Turns out when they flushed the condensate, it caused one of our sinks to drain slow. They sent over a plumber today and fixed it in 5 minutes! Highly recommend!!

In the last year, they’ve repaired my hot water slab leak, which included re-routing the leaking pipe through the attic vs digging under my house (James Bielamowicz), extensive heating & AC work (Emmet Elston) filter changes, plumbing & heating maintenance work & duct repair. In all my experiences, Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing, has been honest, took the necessary time I needed to fully explain exactly the whats and whys of every procedure and answered my numerous questions without attitude or irritation. All of their employees, in the front office (Nitta, in my home were kind, considerate & very knowledgeable of the issue. I like the fact that I get a reminder call a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and again 30min from arrival. I also appreciated that for every need repair, employee to the time to search and find all available discounts (awareness of costs/abilities). My favorite is the membership - reasonable monthly fee gets you a discount on services provided, twice a year check up on plumbing & heating/AC systems and filter changes. I’m a believer.

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

Dial One is a great company. I installed a crawlspace dehumidifier and, after a week, it wasnt working properly. Upon inspection, Emmitt and Big Dan quickly identified and corrected the problem. The dehumidifier was not level and its pump was not able to reach the water in the collection pan. No parts required and done in less than an hour... problem solved. Great service with no shenanigans; they were timely, clean and personable. They explained things so that I could understand. I will definitely call them next time!!!
